"Where Is My Super Suit?!" (3/5)

"Don't thank me, citizen. I'm just doing my job."

Full Name || AJ Smith

Superhero Name || The Platinum Dancer

Age || 23

Gender || Male

Sexuality || Bisexual

Looks/FC || Nate Owens

Personality || AJ is a kind soul that wants nothing more than to work hard and make the world a better place. From the outside looking in, he looks like the epitome of a good Samaritan. He helps people carry groceries, returns dropped change to its rightful owner and tries his best to say hello to everyone in town every single day. He tries to look at every situation from a positive perspective and works hard to find a solution.

Getting to know AJ is fairly easy because he's a laid-back and positive person. He gets along with most types of people as long as they're nice to him and respect his wishes. He's usually in the center of the crowd, listening to everyone and weighing in on a topic every now and then. He's usually the friend that people come to for advice. Lots of people know AJ and he has a large circle of friends that he talks to almost every day. The only thing that strains his relationship is his mysterious 'job.' Most of the time, he can't make it to a lot of events or birthday celebrations because of his 'job.' Only a handful of people know that he's a superhero and that he doesn't always have the time to hang out all the time.

Once he opens up to someone, they find that AJ's personality is 100 percent genuine. He really is a person that likes helping him. He likes helping people because his community was with him during a tough time in his life, and he wanted to return the favor by helping all of them. He only tells the people he's closest to (his family, his significant other (ie your OC), etc.) that he's the Platinum Dancer.

(Watch this be the photo that gets this book taken down)

Likes ||  Dancing- He's named the Platinum Dancer...When he was younger, he wanted to be a part of the ballet, but his mom wouldn't let him because it wasn't 'manly' enough.

Coffee- He's absolutely obsessed with it. He goes to a local coffee shop almost every day if he can.

Helping People- The people in his town helped him when he was struggling to pay for dancing school, so he decided to return the favor in any way he could.

Fashion- In addition to dancing, he's also interested in urban streetwear. When he has money, he loves to spend it all on clothes and shoes.

Dislikes || Villians- He's a superhero...The concept of villainy contradicts all of his ideals.

Rain- His ultimate loss as a superhero and as a dancer happened in the rain.

Slow Dancing- He's more into hip-hop style dancing. Slow dancing makes him antsy.

Occupation || Superhero

Hobby || Dancing (Duh), Playing the Guitar-

Backstory || AJ grew up in the sleepy seaside town of Ocean Vista, Florida. He lived in the slums right outside of town. His childhood was the roughest time of his life. His mom struggled to make ends meet (his father left his mom shortly after Mrs. Smith announced that she was pregnant with his baby.) As such, AJ was expected to be the man of the house and get a well-paying job. His mom wanted him to be in the military or maybe be a construction worker or an entrepreneur. However, AJ had other plans. Ever since he was little, he'd been interested in dancing. Krump, Ballet, Voguing, (at one point) ball dancing, all of it. He and his mom didn't see eye to eye on that, however. His mom thought that dancing wasn't masculine and that he wouldn't make anything out of his life. AJ moved out of his mom's house at the age of 18 after a fallout with her. He got a cheap apartment and started saving up for a dance school in California. With a little help from his neighbors, he saved up enough to get in. Little did he know that the 'school' was actually a training school for new superheroes...

"Tell anyone that says dancing isn't a sport to come talk to me."

Scenario 1 ||

Date || Present Day

Location || Ocean Vista, Florida

The day started ordinarily enough. You were going downtown to get some money. The sun was bright and beaming in the blue, cloudless sky. The concrete streets were packed with hordes of people that were all going to clubs and restaurants and malls and wherever else. You were by yourself that day, as all of your friends were busy with work that day. You were walking down the street, sighing as you finally spotted your destination. "...Wells Fargo," you said under your breath. You walked into the establishment and stepped into the line.

It all went downhill from there.

A group of tall men busted into the establishment. All of them were bulky men and women, dressed in tight, all black clothes and black masks that hid all of their facial features. They were armed with guns and thick sacks. Everyone in the bank--the people in line, the people at the receptionist desks, and you, ducked and took cover from the intruders.

"Nobody move," yelled the one in the center. He ran over to you, wrapping his arm around your neck tightly and aiming his gun at you to to make sure that you didn't move a muscle. It seemed like he was bluffing, but he wasn't. The weapon was fully loaded. All he had to do was pull the trigger...

Before he was able to do anything, a man dressed in all silver skated into the building, kicking the man off of you. He was dressed in a fitted silver suit that was made of some type of tough rubber. The chest plate and biceps were accented by strips of silver metal. The man's face was hidden under a matching silver mask. It all seemed like a blur. One moment, the masked people were all charging towards him. The next, they were lying in a pile on the ground, groaning in pain.

The man in the silver suit turned back to you. "Are you okay," he asked, reaching out to help you.

What do you do?

Scenario 2

Date || Present Day

Location || A Major City of Your Choosing

You're in the supermarket, gathering up your items. It's fairly late in the afternoon, and the number of customers in the store seems to be climbing by the minute. After all, it's a weekday, and people have started to leave their jobs and head to the store to by food. You pick up the last item that you need and place it in your reusable red bag.

You're walking down the frozen pizza aisle. The cash register is straight ahead. You're almost there, but before you know, you slip on a puddle and tumble to the ground, the items in your bag flying through the air. However, before you and your items can reach the ground, a man rushes to the scene. He uses one arm to hold you, and uses his other to skillfully catch all of the items one by one as the fell from the sky. He placed them all in the bag before looking back down at you. The man has a rather dark complexion. He wore a long-sleeved black shirt and a nice pair of jeans. He had a concerned look on his soft, chiseled face.

"[Sir/Ma'am], Are you okay?" He asked.

How do you respond?
