Neil just glared her and left ..

Nurse sighed ..."pata nhi kya khake paeda kiya tha inki maa ne inko"

In OT...

Neil-keep a track of His heartbeats...ya give me the scissors...

Operation was going on and neil was just so engrossed in his opearation......he was not worried about his family and relatives who were  probably waiting for him at "HIS" engagement party ....

On the other side a girl is seen sitting in front of a mirror ......observing herself in the mirror and smiling...then her phone rang and looked at the caller I'd frustrated...cuz but showed *mom*....

Spotboy- ma'am the shot is ready ...shall we go ...

Avni sighed and nodded ...and left after him ....there nandani was waiting for her she gave her phone to nandani and went to give the shot.....

While a lavish hotel is shown.....

Around 8- 9 people are sitting together with serious faces while continuously calling someone....

Gia-mumma chachu kidhar h ?! Or apne toh kha tha chachi bhi milenge aaj?! Yha toh koi nhi h ...CHLO na ghr ....neene aa rhi h ....

Riva-gia ....beta quite...wait ....will go ....if u r sleepy then comehere.....after saying this to gia she looked at her husband .....and raised her brows askinh what to do !!?

Nishant signalled her to come to him ....so she gave gia to bebe and went after him ....

Riva- where is Neil?! Nishant everyone is waiting ..

Nishant-idk riva....he said that he had an operation today .....but I really didn't take it seriously and now hr is not picking up my calls ....

Riva looked at him in disbelief....when he told that he had an operation then u should hv  postponed it ......

Nishant- I can't u know na this date was fixed for this day and bebe says na is inauspicious yo delay good works...

Riva sighed heavily and asked but now what?!...

Nishant- ik what to do !!
These 2 will regret for not coming today ...

Nishant went back where everyone was and held a mic...

"Ladies and gentlemen ....sorry to keep u waiting but there is some emergency so the bride and groom may not come today ...but today they are officially engaged......and about the ring exchange we will hold a private party for that ....now you all may enjoy the party......thank you"

Everyone was shocked and riva looked at nishant in disbelief....

Riva- do u really think nishant that Neil will be fine with ur this decision ....

Nishant- it is his fault ....I didn't do anything .....

Riva just shook her head and left to look for gia....

Nishant- neela aunty rishi uncle ...I hope u guys are fine with my this decision...

Neela- no nishant it's not ur fault .....this is what they both deserve for not coming to their own engagement......

Rishi too nodded......

Back to avni-

After completing her shot ...she came bavk and sat ....nandani came and gave her a water bottle...and again avni's phone rang which was with nandani....

Avni-don't .....she was cut off by a loud voice .....avniiiii...and she glared nandani ....who gave her an apologetic look...
Then she took the phone from nandani and kept near her ear...

Avni- yes mom....*innocent voice*

Neela-where are you?!

Avni-set!!!!

Neela-where you not supposed to come to your engagement?!huh?!

Avni-mom , I already told u na ...i'm not free....

Neela-yes avni mehta ....u r only busy soul in this whole world ....

Avni-mom just calm down ...I'll talk to him about not coming today ....

Neela - to whom?!

Avni- who so ever my fiancée is...

Neela-he himself didn't come...

Avni-what?!then wth hell are you criticizing me ...if I would hv come na ...then also mere hi disrespect hoti ....kaisa ladka chose kiya h apne .....how dare he stood me up ?!AVNI MEHTA!!!....*annoyed*

Neela just rooled her eyes at her over dramatic daughter ...shut up avni he had an important operation...

Avni-operation ?! Are you marrying me to a cancer patient or what?!

Neela- AVNIIIIII.....he is a doctor 😑😑.....

Avni-ohh...so he is a doctor ...Ohk mom will talk to you later ....I'm busy now ...
Before neela could say anything avni already hanged up the line...

Nandani looked at her in disbelief...giving her are you serious looks?!...

Nandani- u don't even know what ur fiancée does?! Don't tell me that AVNI MEHTA is doing a blind arrange marrige!!

Avni-aree..no I hv met him when I was a kid ...baki toh vo mujhe janta hi hoga ...after all I'm "the avni mehta".....*with attitude*

Nandani was so done with thus girl ....a he had no courage to handle her anymire for the day .....it's ur packup time ...so I'm leaving first I hv something to deal with...

Avni nodded and nandani left ....

At hospital ..

Neil was  sitting in his cabin ready a file ...and typing something on his PC .....
While someon  knocked his cabin door ....

Neil- come in

Manika quickly came inside and kept a small box on the table ....hv ur dinner and no need to thank me !!!!*showing his teeths*

Neil-i'm not doing that and also I not hungry...

Manik-ofcourse how can u be hungry?! Ur toh super hero ...normal people need food for energy but u need these files for energy ...
Neil-whatever!!!

Manik just rolled his eyes at neil and went toward the mirror which was placed opposite to neil's table ..

Manik-btw Neil don't u think that I'm more handsome the  u!!!but still all these nurses send gifts to u not me!!!they are all blind .....I'm more handsome and more friendly...

Neil gave him not intresred look ....u r not friendly ...u r a big flirt ....

Manik-yeah ...it is the same thing*cheeky smile*...

Neil-it is not *rolled his eyes again*

Manik-BTW Neil,I want to ask something ?!

Neil-go ahead *still concentrated on his file*
Manik-u really don't care about those hot chics waiting for u!!

Neil glared manik ...no I don't cuz they wait like this for every boy .......

Manik - if u r always gonna behave like this na ...u'll be single forever ...*said laughing*

Neil- I'm already engaged *with poker face*

Neil-believe me or not ur wish ..but run my engagement party is going on ....ir us about to be over *looking at his watch*

Neil -i had an important opertation which was more important...anyways it is a childhood betrothal so id really care ...

Manik- don't tell me u r goona abandon ur wife..hawww*said dramatically*

Neil - are you done ?! Just leave and please the door before leaving * reading his file*

Other manik sighed heavily and left ...

It is really hard to make a room in your busy schedule to write stories just for u guys....many of u may not know but I'm in 10th standard and with the current situation it take double efforts from us .....so  I think u'll respect my efforts and if the target isn't complete...then for sure I'll unpublish this book !!!

Guys I never give targets .....if u don't trust me then check any if my books ...this is the first Time cuz  i'm just too disappointed.....
