Amity

***

Amity couldn't help the shriek that left her mouth as her boyfriend made a running start to jump on the bed that she was currently "starfished" on. She couldn't help the 'oof' that escaped her lips when all one hundred and seventy pounds landed on top of him. She couldn't help the smile that was on her face as he moved so that he was lying on top of her.

She had been awoken by the sound of ruffling in her apartment and had started panicking. That all changed when she saw Calum standing at the doorway of her bedroom.

"I missed you," Calum said softly, burying his face into the base of her neck.

Amity giggled when her boyfriend blew a raspberry into her neck. "We saw each other like four days ago, Cal."

"For like two hours. Before that we hadn't seen each other in two weeks. I've been so busy writing this new album with the boys," Calum said, his voice muffled from Amity's skin blocking the soft sound.

"I know you've been busy. I'm excited to hear your new music though. I've liked what you've shown me so far," Amity admitted.

Calum rolled the two over so now Amity was on top of him and let his arms rest on his girlfriend's hips. "I wrote a song about you."

"Really?" Amity asked excitedly, smiling widely, "What's it called?"

"San Fransisco. Because that's where we met. And where I asked for your number. And where we kissed for the first time. And where I asked you out," Calum said sheepishly, a blush growing on his cheeks that made Amity coo.

"We live in Los Angeles now though," Amity said, making Calum pinch her bum teasingly.

"It's the thought that counts."

"It's so cute though. You're so cute though. I love you so much. I better be the first person to listen to it once you have it recorded," Amity said excitedly. She leaned forward and pressed her lips to Calum's softly.

Calum ran his tongue along her bottom lip but she pulled back quickly.

"Not now, Cal. I feel gross today and I haven't brushed my teeth yet," Amity said softly, poking at her boyfriend's chest with her small hands.

"You could never be gross. You are quite the opposite of gross, love," Calum said, bringing his hand up and grabbed Amity's that was still poking at his chest. He laced their fingers together and let their entwined hands lay on his chest.

Amity was so beautiful. Her dark brown hair was in a giant knot to the side of her shoulder and her dark brown eyes looked exhausted. She was wearing one of Calum's old shirts that she had claimed and a pair of sleep shorts that had little sheep on them. Calum thought she was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. Even if she had just woken up. He was everything he could've ever asked for.

"Give me two minutes, and I'll be back," she said, before climbing off of Calum and off the bed. She spun around Calum reached out, swatting at her bum. He loved the little squeal that left her lips. She turned around and 'glared' at him but the small smile gracing her lips said otherwise.

Amity turned on her her again and made her way into her bathroom. She brushed her teeth quickly and put her hair up so that it didn't look like a giant knot and walked back out again. She was met by Calum lying on her bed with his phone in his hand.

"You're supposed to be paying attention to me, not your phone," Amity said sarcastically. She popped her head up behind Calum's phone so that her chin was resting on the cold metal top.

"You're so cute. I love you," Calum sighed. He placed his phone down and placed his arms on Amity's hips. "It's okay if I take my pants off right? My jeans are uncomfortable. I didn't think this through."

Amity nodded her head shyly. Calum always asked her if he could do anything that could potentially lead to something more. Even though it never did. She loved Calum. She really did. But the idea of sex completely terrified her.

Amity was so innocent and barely understood it. They had barely done anything in the ten months they had been together but Calum didn't mind. He was willing to wait. He cared about Amity so much that he wouldn't ever do anything to jeopardize that.

"Nice boxers," Amity snorted, once she saw her boyfriend was wearing monkey boxers.

"You love them," Calum said smiling. He collapsed back onto the bed and Amity climbed up on top of him again.

"Can we just lay here today? And listen to some Sleeping With Sirens. Maybe go out and watch the streets from the balcony. I don't feel like going out today," Amity admitted.

She flopped down so that her chest was pressed against Calum's and Calum moved his hands to slowly move against her back.

"That is one hundred percent okay with me. I don't want to go out today honestly. I've been constantly going out with the guys and I need a break. Do you want me to make food?" Calum questioned.

"You set pasta on fire last time. Maybe I should cook," Amity said, a hint of teasing her voice as she mussed her boyfriend's hair.

"Okay but then I'll show you the song I wrote for you."
