Third person POV

Beverly and Debbie made their way into the classroom just as the agric lecturer left. They went to where marvis and Stanley were sitted discussing. Marvis and her seat partner both looked up after noticing they had visitors.

"Hmmmm they are here" Stanley hissed facing the other direction.

"Who are you talking too? Shebi you are mad abi?" Debbie retorted.

"Just leave him alone,he just wants attention but we are not here for him" Beverly continued facing marvis,"so you are the famous newbie that insulted my girlfriend?".

"Sorry but do I know you?" Marvis who still didn't understand anything asked.

"You remember the queen bee and her minions that I told you about right?" Stanley asked.

"Yes I do..." Marvis answered.

"Well they are right here in front of you" Stanley sighed.

"You talk about us as if we are not right here in front of you" Debbie huffed.

"Blah blah blah" Beverly said yawning,"stay away from Andy,okay" she continued.

"But I'm not even a lesbian or whatever you guys do here. I'm not scared of you,okay" marvis countered.

"You know I could get you out of this school with just a flick of my fingers" Beverly smirked.

"Just watch out cause we will make your life miserable while you are still in this school" Debbie said.

"You guys think I'm scared right? Well guess what,I am not!!!" Marvis continued,"you guys think you are crazy,I am a chronic lunatic,understood??".

"Tell them!!!!!! We are certainly not bowing down to you guys" Stanley supported marvis.

"You people just wants it the hard way abi ??" Beverly huffed.

Debbie noticed they were being watched by students around, whispering to each other. She turned to Beverly whispering into her ear then another unusual second passed.

" This isn't over yet" Beverly said looking directly into marvis eyes.

"Girl bye". Marvis faced the other direction. Beverly and her friend walked out of the classroom.

"Those two are just full of drama honestly" Stanley said.

"Can you imagine? They thought they can come here to scare me,what am I? Five?" Marvis asked laughing.

Stanley grunted,"don't let them get to you,okay? I trust you sha".

"Omo I'm going to my room,see you later".

Marvis POV

I was walking down the hallways when I heard someone say,"here she is again". I looked up to see my worst nightmare.

"Uh, excuse you?" I glared at her.

"You know, I've had enough of you honestly" I continued," your girlfriend and her sidekick just ruined my mood and I just had to see your nasty face again".

"My girlfriend? What are you talking about?" Andy asked looking confused.

"Oh you want to act confused right? Beverly of course. You know what? I'm tired and I need to get to bed" I tried walking away.

She held my hand causing me to stop abruptly,

"I'm so sorry for what happened earlier this morning. Let's just say I'm not a morning person and I took out the aggression on you" Andy said moving closer to me.

I was speechless as I kept on looking at her unable to say anything. Why was she being nice to me all of a sudden?.

"What? You don't think I'm capable of apologizing?"she said laughing. Gosh her laugh has to be my favorite sound right now and her dreamy eyes. I could get lost in them.

"Well from what I heard, you are not capable of that".

"Now what do you mean?" She frowned.

"It's none of your business" I retorted.

"Okay don't bite me".

"Mtcheeww, excuse me" I glared at her.

"Can I at least get your contact?".

"No" I tried walking past her just for her to block me again.

"Puhleeaase" she said giving me puppy eyes.

"No" I said with a straight face. I pushed her out of my way.

Moyo POV

I was scrolling through Instagram while laying on the bed when I heard someone slam the door harshly.

I faced my new roommate,marvis as she slammed her bag on the bed then proceeded to remove her shoes and uniform.

"What's up?" I asked her.

"Can you believe those two had the guts to confront me and then as fate will have it,I met the devil herself. Today is just fucked up" she sighed.

"Okay calm down and explain what really happened" I said.

She nodded her head,her long straight black braids following the movement.

"So I was gisting with my seat partner Stanley when the agric period ended,then two proud peacock came from nowhere talking gibberish about insulting Andy and all that shit. They were threatening me, telling me to stay away from her then as if that wasn't enough,I met Andy herself while I was on my way here apologizing about what happened this morning".

"Andy apologized to you?? Please what charm are you using?" I frowned.

A groan erupted from marvis throat as she rested her chin on the back of her hand," so out of everything I said,the only thing you heard was Andy apologizing to me?" She continued,"yes she did,then she asked for my contact".

"She asked for you contact?" I asked shocked.

Marvis grunted,"whatever I don't even know why we are talking about her anyways,I did not even give her my contact".

One thing I've noticed about marvis during this short period of knowing her is that she doesn't take nonsense and she is strict too.

"Well you should forgive her,okay?" I continued,"how was class with Stanley?" I asked.

"That guy is a talkative, you have to see the way he defended me when the so called queens came to stress me. I'm beginning to like his vibe" she replied.

"Well from the little I know of him,he is a nice guy".

"Yes he is. Anyways I need to call my best friend now, can't believe I have not spoken to her since I got here".

"Well you should hurry and speak to her" I faced my phone.

Tola POV

"Hello mother" I greeted in a monotoned voice. I was surprised to see she was home since she was mostly too busy to have my time.

I proceeded to climb the stairs when I heard my mother sighed and said,"you don't even look happy to see me. I left work early just to spend time with you".

I just stared at her with widened eyes waited for her to say ' just kidding,shoo! You stranger child'. When the absence of my reaction took too long,my mom walked past me proceeding to the kitchen.

She made sure to glare at me before leaving my sight,' huh,what did I do?' I wondered. I got to my room unlocking my phone while I dropped my school bag when I got an incoming call from my best friend. I picked it grudgingly cause I was mad at her,

"Hey sweetheart" she chirped.

"Hey"

"I know you are mad at me and I'm really sorry. I just got here so I've been really busy and a lot of drama also happened" she sighed.

"But you should have at least called for a minute or even text me" I replied still mad.

"I'm sorry jhor,how are you doing?"

"I'm doing fine,how are you? How are they treating you over there?" I asked her.

"Omo a lot has happened. I had an accident with the goddess of the school who is a masculine lesbian and then I made two friends then had another accident with the queen bee who was also the goddess girlfriend. Then I decided to go sleep it off just to meet with the goddess again apologizing to me" she finished.

"Wow...... that's alot" I said amused.

"I'm facing alot here. I can't wait for the holidays so I can come visit you".

"I can't wait too. I wish I could transfer there so we could rule the school together" I joked.

"Hehe,I have to go now" she said sadly.

"Okay babe, don't be a stranger" I told her.

"I won't. I love you, bye!"

"I love you too" I ended the call.
