Leo. He has very powerful senjutsu or sage art called dragon sage mode which is a upgrade to the snake sage mode. He has the the rinnagan but only that and not the lower form of sharingan. He has the eight gates as well, he has tons of regeneration which includes hashirama cells, normal regeneration, 100s healing and chakra that heal his wounds. Like I said he has hashirama cells so he has wood style, also he has madara uchiha cells . And finally he has equivalent exchange which lets him make anything out of nothing, oh yeah and his lightning style is red.
