"Shut the hell up Jane." Michael had shouted the next day when she got to school.

"Michael please calm down, let me explain," she tried to reason.

"Explain what? That you were talking to other guys while I was out there striving to bring honor to the school? If that is what you are trying to explain, then save it I don't want to hear," he finally said and walked out on her.

    Flash Back
Yesterday after the competition had come to an end, Cynthia had dragged Jane and Cilia out of the crowd to go greet her mother who was waiting by the car for them.

Mrs. Ugonachi had talked with them briefly and zoomed off after wards.

While they were returning back to class, some boys had stopped the three of them and began to flit with them.

Jane wasn't really comfortable with the way the boys had been acting but she let it slide because at least she wasn't the only one been talked to.

They talked and gisted for about thirty minutes before Cilia had announced that she would soon be leaving. That gave Jane and Cynthia the signal that it was time to go.

As they stood to move, one of the boys, whose name was Tunde who had particularly been speaking with Jane had tried to kiss her. He grabed her by the waist and tried to kiss her and as the universe would have it, that exact moment was when Michael had seen her.

Immediately she froze and try to pry tunde's hands off her waist. Michael didn't wait or spend a moment more there, he turned on his heels and left the scene.
She ran after him, but he was long gone.

  Sitted in the classroom, Jane thought of how to appease Michael.

"It wasn't as though I had done anything with the guy, hell he was the one that tried kissing me so why was Michael angry with me, she had thought.

  The chemistry teacher had called them all for the impromptu chemistry test earlier than usual because he wasn't going to be around on the day of the test.

Jane just kept thinking about Michael. She couldn't concentrate throughout the classes for that day and he wouldn't even speak to her.

   She had confided in her best friends and they advised her to give him time to come around.

When she finally saw him after closing the next day, she once again pleaded for his forgiveness.

The funniest part was that, unlike the day before where he hadn't listened to her, this time around however, he simply told her he had forgiven her and it had ended in his mind.

At first she didn't believe him and still went on pleading but when he hugged and kissed her slowly, she relaxed and returned the kiss.

Since they were the only ones left in class at that moment as others had either gone home or lurked around somewhere in the school including Cynthia and Cilia, Michael began to change the velocity of the kiss.

It was slow at first but soon it picked up speed and it became rough that each time they made way to breath, they just were panting heavily.

They continued to kiss again until Michael began using his hand to roam all around her body.

She didn't mind at first but the moment he brought his hands to the front of her shirt were the buttons were and began opening it, she immediately regained her senses and pulled away from him.

"What? Why are we stopping?," he had asked.

She was stunned by his question and made to speak.

"B...but Michael you w...want to have s...sex with me?," she stammered.

Michael who saw no big deal in it replied, "yea, I can have sex with my girlfriend if I wish and there's no biggi in it."

"B...but we are still students and we haven't really gotten married and all of that," she said.

"Well I believe you said you loved me, so if you do love me like you claimed, then I guess this wouldn't be a big deal," he told her.

"So is this why the both of us are couples? Because you want to have sex with me, really?" She asked almost crying.

Michael quickly moved to her side and rapped his hands around her neck then spoke, "no baby, you know I love you and would do anything for you. If you don't trust me enough to give me your virginity, I won't force you it is your choice but know that I will always be here for you. I promise," he said crossing his heart.

With those words, she felt relaxed once again and continued the kissing.
