The first zombie did the stupid thing my ready to swing bat. The zombie was female did the stupid thing by coming right up to my swing ready bat and was I think with a missing arm and tried to grab my arm to get to my neck but I brought the bat down on her arm making her screech out in pain. I reared back again but my bat was caught by another zombie behind me, this one was a male wearing a ruined and stained police uniform. I quickly gripped my tomahawk and slashed it from below straight up his face then elbowed him making him fall to the ground. The female zombie had recovered from me breaking her arm and casually popped it back into place. That was disgusting to watch.

I reared the bat back as if I was getting ready to hit a home run at a baseball game and right as she started to run at me I swung the bat hitting her square in the forehead. She was so not getting up from that.

I turned to check up on the other two and saw Lance was doing just grand with his knifes and cro-bar against this relatively large bald zombie that wore a shirt that I think used to be white starting" Linemen Are People Too". However, Lance was to occupied to noticed that Info was struggling with two zombies and a third coming from behind. I quickly jumped over the fallen police zombie, grinding the back of my boot heel into his face ( Did I forget to mention I like cowboy boots?) just to make sure he stayed down. I took out my super-hammer thingy for a better way to hit the zombie on her left since I didn't want to miss and accidentally hit Info. I took the back of the super-hammer that had a pointed end, similar to that of a stake and shoved up under his chin making it go through his mouth. Dark, soupy black blood started to issue from his mouth. I then pushed him back and away from Info.

Info had managed to get the end of her sledge hammer into the face of the second zombie that had been going for her shoulder. However the third zombie behind her wrapped his arm around her neck from behind and let out and exited gurgle before it went for her neck. But right before the zombies infected teeth could find Info's neck and arrow lodged itself right in between the zombies eyes. Immediately dead, the zombie slumped to the floor and I turned around knowing the arrow had come from behind me and saw a person dressed in complete black atop the roof with a black bow in hand. I could only look at the person for a few seconds before another zombie tried to grab my shoulder and I just shoved my super hammer into its face forcefully. I saw Lance had taken down about 3 zombies that all laid dead around him.

Info looked fearfully spooked and was still staring at the roof where the mystery person had saved her. The person was gone from the roof of the apartment. " Do you think we should bail or go see who that was?" I asked and made a quick look for other zombies but thankfully we had killed all of them. I think there were about 12 that had come out but there could be more lurking around somewhere. They would come out sooner or later.

Lance and Info looked at each other than back at me " Well if they wanted us to die then they just could have let me get bit" Info said slowly walked towards me. She did have a good point however I was not about to just waltz into that apartment. " I say we proceed with caution, that person had a good aim and I'd rather not get skewered today" Lance said putting his trench knife back into its sheath.

I sighed, it was getting darker and we needed to find a place to stay. This would either go really well or get us all killed. " Alright I say we should go in there, see who's there. If we are un welcomed we will just leave and find somewhere else. Just make sure to watch your back for zombies or whoever else is in there. I think they are watching" I said looking back up at the roof for any signs of human life.

" Alright then it's agreed, we go in" Info declared and started walking ahead and I just followed suit. We walked cautiously towardsthe building which smelt heavily of bleach. It seemed like someone had drenched the entire place with it. The front door was padlocked but that didn't stop Info who unlocked it with some sort of clip from her hair. There was dirt on the floors as we walked in that looked like the kind of stuff you use to plant flowers. Oddly enough, this place did not seem barricaded very well. The three of us walked to the stairs quietly however no zombies came out for some reason. Where were they?

We continued around the hall till we found a door leading to stairs. We started up them but I made sure I took the lead since I was likely the best fighter, especially in close quarters like this. But the stairs seemed to be covered in a combination of bleach and laundry detergent or something really slippery. There were no hand rails either it was like they were ripped from the wall. " Guys it's really slippery " I said outload and tried to use the cement walls for support. " You don't say" Info said from the back as she struggled with her sledgehammer.
