<<(Y/N) POV>>
"You guys are joking right?" I asked as I sat in the back of the squad car, "I haven't sent my father in years, there's no way he'd be looking for me now."
"Really? He already filed a abuse and abduction report against your mother saying she was the one to take you away."
"Seriously? You'd believe that? My father left her when she was pregnant with me! She never once hit me!" The shook their heads as we stopped in front of a big house, almost a manor.
"Alright, out you come." They pulled me out of the squad car.
"Wait, you're seriously gonna let me walk up alone?"
"What do you expect us to do? Escort you? Go home, kid." The hopped back in the vehicle and drove away. I looked at the house, surprisingly my dad has done well for himself. I looked around, it was pitch dark and I certainly don't wanna go to the city or the ghetto. I took a deep breath and walked up to the door, knocking a bit quietly. The door opened to a tan, young looking, beautiful lady. She looked at me strangely before realizing who I was.
"Oh, darling! So glad you're home!" She seemed to look around too, then the smile was Gina and she shoved me inside. "Get in."
"There she is! My beautiful girl!" A brown haired man with a cigar hanging from his mouth came down.
"It's okay bun, the police are gone." The lady had a bit of an accent. He nodded and him smile as well, was gone.
"How much money?" He knelt to my level.
"What do you mean?" He rolled his eyes and knocked on my head.
"Hello!? How much money? God, she's like her mom. Stupid and vulnerable." I clenched my fists. "So how much do you think she'll pay to get you out?"
"She'd try! Not like you, who didn't dare to visit me or her!"
"Well, look on the bright side bunny! I own you." He laughed.
"No you don't! You don't-"
"I do indeed hold custody to you now." He held out a long white paper. "Now you're mine." He tugged my arm and led me upstairs. He shoved me in a large grey room with peeling wallpaper and a single person bed. "Just in case." He grabbed a ankle chain and chained it to the bed. He laughed again and blew cigar smoke at me, I coughed.
"I hope you get cancer.." He slapped me, I rubbed my cheek, though I've been used to this abuse by Tyler.
"You don't say that to your father." He stood and went to the door, "oh, and for the record, you're changing schools. I already bought the uniform." He slammed the door. I stood up and looked out the window, trying to open it but it seemed locked, almost glued.
"Let me out! Let me go now!" I kicked at the walls. My light shut off, the moon light from outside illuminated the room.
"Lights out!" My dad called. I curled up in a ball and sobbed, falling asleep there
~*Morning*~
My door creaked open and I get hit with shoes, waking me up and I rubbed my head. My dad stood there with my uniform and threw them in front of me. He unchained me and let me stand, he grabbed me by the chin.
"Any funny business, and here will be a missing person profile on the news. He threw me against the wall and left, I flipped him off. I slowly took of my sweat shirt and dressed in my uniform, putting on my sweat shirt. I opened the door and went down stairs where the lady was cooking food. She glared at me and called for my dad.
"Oh no. That can't go with you." He ripped it off me, I instinctively reached for it but he pushed me back. "My old sweat shirt? Is this what you've been wearing all your life?" He laughed, along with the lady.
"Well, yeah. After thinking you actually missed us, I kept it on. Cause I longed to see you as a happy and reasonable man, not this." He growled again, throwing the sweat shirt the the lady who placed the sweat shirt on the stove, burning it. "No!" I tried running to it but he threw me back.
"Aw, what's the matter? Something got you upset? No food for you." He kicked past me. "Oh, and because you're under my custody while your moms on trial, your last name is now Rochester. So have a good day at school (Y/N) Rochester."
"Fuck you!" I yelled. The lady smacked me with the back of her hand.
"Watch your mouth!" She pushed me to the door. "Go to school already!" She slammed the door behind me as I went out I rolled my eyes as I started walking, no bag or supplies or anything.
"(Y/N)?" I turned to my left, groaning. There, standing in casual clothing, was Tyler.
"Great, could my life be any worse?" He came over and examined the house then crossed his arms at me.
"You're a Rochester?"
"Wish I wasn't. Ever since I've been taken away yesterday my life's been a living hell." I went to the sidewalk and started walking, him following behind. "Now a stupid prep school is the cherry on the cake!"
"So you're not going to our school I more?"
"No. I'm guessing my dad is afraid my mom will be there to get me." I huffed. He came over by me and looked at me.
"Must be tough. I mean, my parents are half way to divorce and they're pretty strict but to go as far as this? Can't you file a report against him."
"I can't. He's hot me chained to a bed post in 'my' room and plus he has custody over me now. What can I do?" I shook my head and stopped looking at him in a rude manner.
"Why would you care about me anyway?"
