SooJin's POV

Its already 3 in the morning and i was still at my dance studio. just then i got a call from Kai.

"Hello?" i answered while panting.

"Babe, are you still practicing?"

"oh hey babe, yeah i am. wanna join me?" i asked him

"wait for me" he said then hung up

as i waited for Kai to come i went to dance. during my dance Kai enters the room, he takes off his jacket and sat down. i stopped the music and went to sit by him. i took out my water bottle and drunk some.

"arent you tired?" he asks me

"no, i just want to get this dance right."

i stand up and start the music, as the music plays i stand there waiting for the right beat and Kai stands up with a deep sigh. he walks over to me and hugs me from the back.

"Cant you just rest for a little bit? you like sit down with me and sleep while i cuddle you?"

"Babe you have no idea how much i want to do that but i just cant" 

i turn to face him and he pecks my lips and tells me to rest a bit.

"I cant Kai. i wanna get this right."

Kai lets go of me and i start to dance. Kai goes back to sit down and watches. just then he starts to tell me what im doing wrong and tries to help me. After hours of dance Kai and i were already shouting at each other. i stand in the middle of the room with my hands on my hips and panting from dancing.

"WHY ARE YOU DANCING IF YOU CANT EVEN GET IT RIGHT SOOJIN??!!"

"KAI IM TRYING MY BEST!!"

"WELL, YOUR NOT TRYING HARD ENOUGH SOOJIN!! JUST STOP DANCING!! YOU STUCK"

"Kai, i never though you say that." i started to tear up

"well, accept the truth" he said and grabbed his jacket and walked out.

i could accept it. i ran to the door and locked the door letting no one in. i put the music loud so i wouldnt hear anyone outside and just danced without rest or eating.

2days later

Kai's POV

SooJin hasnt been home for two days. i thought she went to sleep at her friends house but then i got a call from her dance instructor.

"Kai, Soojin locked herself in her dance studio with the keys and no one can get in. its been two days and she just keeps on dancing with the music on blast. get over here."

i hung up and drove there as fast as i can and became worried about her. 

was i to tough on her? was i to mean?  i thought to myself

once i got there i ran inside and ran to her dance studio.

"Kai, here"

i walked over and looked through the window and saw her dancing and it was perfect. i was knocking on the door and pounding but she couldnt hear it. i then told everyone to back up and i did to i kicked the door in but then SooJin fainted right when i got in.

"SOOJIN!"

SooJin's POV

i was dancing and i finally got it perfect. i heard pounding and knocking but i ignored it. just then the door opened and the last thing i heard was my name before i blacked out.

Kai's POV

 i carried her to my car and drove to the hospital. i brought her into the hospital.

"HELP! MY FIANCE PASSED OUT!! HELP PLEASE!!"

a few nurses and doctors came and helped me put her down onto the bed and we all pushed her into the ER.

"im sorry sir, you have to wait here" i nodded and watched the nurse fade into the room. i then fell to the floor. as i sit on the floor hoping SooJin would be fine and that not bad happened to her i got a call.

"Hyung, where are you? when we woke up you werent her"

"Oh, Baekhyun hyung, im at the hospital."

"What are you ok?!"

"yeah im fine Xiumin hyung, am i on speaker?"

"yeah you are. why are you in the hospital then?"

"Soojin passed out. she was sweating really hard and she was pale so i brought her here"

"ok, we'll like manager hyung know and we'll stop by later."

"ok suho hyung"

just then the doctor came out.

"hyung i got to go. i'll call you later."

"ok let us know what happens."

"ok"

i walk up the to doctor.

"doc how is she?"

"she has a high fever and she needs to rest."

"thank you so much."

"but there is something you need to know"

"what would that be?"

i started to get worried and scared of what the news might be

"she has a problem with her lungs. she can dance but not as much as she can. if she dances and loses her breathe she may have problem breathing."

"ok thank you doctor."

"yep, just make sure she gets enough rest and eat."

"yes, thank so much"

i walk to her room and sit next to her bed and hold her hands.

"i hope you will wake up soon."

Next day

still Kai's POV

i woke up and saw her looking at me.

"hey babe. how you feeling?" i asked her.

"im fine."

i knew she was mad at me but not as much. i stood up and reached into my pocket and pulled out a ring. then EXO walks in while i spoke on my knees.

"SooJin, i know your probably mad at me, but i need to do this. i fell in love you because your on of a kind and you make my life complete. without you i dont know if i would be who i am now. look, when you faint and wouldnt wake up i became so worried and hoped you would open your eyes for me to see your beautiful eyes again. at the moment i realized i dont want to live without you. even though we have ups and downs i care and love you. i want to spend the rest of my life with you. so please would you forgive me for the mistakes ive made the past years we've been together and marry me?"

i waited for her answer. i looked at her waiting as she wipes her tears.

"we've been through so much together and i wouldnt be who i am without you and i also cant live without you so my answer is....yes, i'll forgive you and marry."

i was so happy that i stood up and put the ring on her and EXO cheered for us. i kissed her and hugged her. EXO came in and hugged us and congratulated us.

"Yah! how could you get married before me?!" Chen shouted at me playfully. everyone chuckled and laughed.

5 weeks later SooJin was discharged from the hospital and i brought her to our house that i bought with the help of EXO, manager hyung and YG hyung we then lived happily ever after.
