Cassidy has really been pissing me off and it's now time for me to say something, right after Lexi and I have a talk. I walked into our room and sat on one of the chairs. Lexi just looked at me, not wanting to talk about it. We have never been in a situation like this. Never. I don't know what's going to happen. 

"Edgar, why did you do it? Why did you steal?" Lexi questioned. She must be confused out of her mind... So am I. 

"Maggie." I answered.

"Are you blaming it on her or? You can't just say one word and expect me to understand it." I knew she was a annoyed.

"I couldn't sleep and Maggie came downstairs, she started drinking the beer. I couldn't let her do that, pure adrenaline, I guess." 

"We have money!" She yelled making sure I got that through my head. 

I nodded, "I know. I know."

"Do you? Because it doesn't seem like it." 

"Please don't get mad at me."

"Don't tell me what to do. I'm not angry, I'm just upset."

I felt like she was a little out of line. Lexi would do the same. If she was with me that night, she would've went along with it, "You're starting to act like my mom."

"Oh please," She rolled her eyes, "Since when would your mom ever care?" 

I saw how Lexi regret that, right after it came out of her mouth. She never really liked my mom, but pretended to. I would never complain, as long as it was just her and I.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say that." 

I jolted at her with a passionate kiss. Weird, right? I'm hoping to get out of this. With the kiss of bribery... Don't worry, I regret saying that and never do it ever again. She pulled me off and looked into my eyes. She was about to say something, but decided this was more important, which I will agree with. So, um, after we finished, we just laid there. My arm around her, just cuddling. It felt great, after all the stress we've been through, we needed that. 

Lexi turned to me with a smile, "I'm still mad at you." And kissed me on the lips. 

She got out of bed and put her clothes back on. I sat up, shirtless with the blanket covering my waist and lower. I didn't even care that she was angry. Lexi can't be mad at me for long, I know her too well. She sat back on the bed. 

"Do you think Cassidy likes me?" She questioned.

I shook my head and started to giggle, "God no. Did you see how the cup just 'slipped' out of her hand?"

"I knew that was weird. Why wouldn't she like me?" Awe, it's cute. Lexi is usually so smart, but right now she seems pretty dumb. 

"Because she likes me." I replied, smiling. 

Oh... remember how I said Lexi was dumb, like five seconds ago? Yeah, I'm now the dumb one. It was an "in the moment" type of thing. I just thought it was so cute and funny how she had no clue Cassidy hated her. I was not going to tell Lexi. I was going to talk to Cassidy first. Well, now I can forget that plan. If you're wondering, I'm smiling out of pure fear. 

"That bitch. Ugh! I should've stay while you were passed out! Who knows what she has done to you." Lexi was disguested and annoyed.

"Lex, please let me talk to her first."

"Oh fuck no! Once that bitch gets you alone, she's gonna go ham on you!" Lexi gets very sassy when, she's uh, angry. It's scary and cute all at the same time. Mostly scary. 

I cringed my head back to my shoulders, "You're scaring me, please stop."

"Cassidy is going to get the worse revenge." 

Lexi isn't usually jealous, but when she knows someone else like me, she releases a spirit animal. I don't like to go into details, so just use your imagination. I'm actually super terrified to see how this will turn out. Lexi is boss at revenge. No one messed with her in high school, after some jocks shoved me into a locker, the lockers were very small, by the way. After she found out what had happened, she went on a rampage. Not like, calling them out and making a scene, but a sneaky kind. For the past three weeks, she would spy on those jocks and once she got enough information, she started to spread rumors. Very true rumors. The one was a fuckboy, another was super gay (back then being gay wasn't something to be proud of - I never had a problem with it), the gay had a crush on one of them, um, I don't remember all of it, but it turned out to be messy. They found out it was Lexi and went to her, to probably hurt her. She smiled and said, shall I quote, "Don't fuck me with me. I know things that could end you forever, like how you guys like to cheat in football. You know, making it so you get to nationals. So, stay away from my boyfriend and friends." I don't really remember what happened next, but I do know the guys were scared and already in big trouble with their parents, girlfriends, really everyone. They couldn't lose their precious football. So, that's why I'm nervous about Lexi's revenge.
