Alexis wakes up the next day in her room.

Alexis: "(depressed) The news and the doctors wouldn't shut up yesterday."

Samuel: "(puzzled) Why you so glum about that? I thought it was great."

Alexis: "(getting dressed) When you begin to question why you are alive, you just don't want to deal with it."

Alexis finishes getting dressed.

Samuel: "Just who did I bond with?"

Alexis: "(depressed) Even I don't know."

Samuel: "Let's just get ourselves to school."

Alexis meets up with Amanda at the usual place.

Amanda: "Yesterday was pretty crazy huh?"

Alexis: "Yep."

Samuel: "That's going to be the least of your concerns. Soldiers will be after us now."

Alexis: "(in head) At least there will finally have change."

The two enter their first period as the bell rings.

Teacher: "Now for attendance, Adams..."

Samuel: "I'll have to shut up today, don't I?"

Alexis: "(in head) Yep."

The teacher has gotten to Alexis as she was talking to Samuel.

Teacher: "(irritated) Heartfield!!"

Alexis: "(startled) Here!"

Teacher: "(calmly) Thank you. Irestone?"

Amanda: "Present."

Classes pass by in a flash until lunch.

Amanda: "(puzzled) Why were you spacing out first period?"

Alexis thinks for a moment.

Alexis: "I'm just tired."

Amanda: "(in head) There is something there that wasn't there until yesterday. I feel it."

Samuel: "Looks like she's onto us."

Alexis: "(in head) She is a straight A student like me, she's not dumb."

The days move on for a week, until school finishes next Tuesday as Amanda meets Alexis in the main hallway.

Amanda: "Alex, you're hiding something from me."

Alexis: "Why do you think that?"

Amanda: "You're spacing out, as if you're talking to someone.."

Samuel: "Because you are."

Amanda: "(crying) Not knowing hurts."

Amanda attempts to put a piece to a different puzzle in her head on this mystery.

Amanda: "(crying) Is it suicide?"

Amanda grabs Alexis's shirt.

Amanda: "(crying) Is it?!"

Alexis: "You can't understand."

Amanda walks outside.

Amanda: "(crying) I'm going!"

Alexis rushes out the door.

Alexis: "(frozen with fear) Amanda."

A Soldier, thinking Amanda is Alexis, rushes at Amanda with it's sword.

Alexis: "(screaming) Amanda run!!!!"

The Soldier stabs through Amanda's heart.

Samuel: "(grossed out) Jesus!"

Amanda falls to the ground, not knowing the cause of the giant hole in her chest.

Amanda: "(shedding a final tear) Is god choosing me to die now?"

Amanda's eyes fade as Alexis rushes to her body.

Alexis: "(pissed) Bastards..."

Samuel: "I'm with you. Even if I really didn't know her, I can tell she was your friend. No one deserves to lose everything!"

Alexis stands up and walks away from the blood pool.

Alexis: "(crying) Zero Fiction!"

Time stops as the spear enters Alexis's hand.

Alexis: "(crying) I'll kill you bastards!"
