The next evening...

Grace: "(exhausted) That should be it Nia."

Alexis and Grace helped Nia unpack and put together Nia's new house a ways away from their complex. The house is a simple, white house with a driveway big enough for two cars, stone covered lawn, a brown door, and is big enough for two people to live.

Nia: "Thanks guys."

Alexis: "No problem, but we really can't rest easy."

Ethan: "Tomorrow?"

Faith: "Sounds about right. Then afterwards we'll check with Camilla and Zeke."

The two hop into Alexis's car with Alexis driving (of course).

Samuel: "Meet us at our place!"

Nia: "Good thing I don't start my new job until next week."

They drive away..

The next day...

Nia has arrived at the apartment.

Bell: "We were waiting."

The four have gathered.

Everyone: "Zero Fiction!"

They make the dive.

Ethan: "Looks like this Requiem really likes the bizarre."

They've arrived inside of a gigantic arcade, standing on top of a set of buttons and next to a joystick twice as tall as Nia.

Grace: "And the classics."

Nia's weapons are black chakrams giving off a purple, menacing aura.

Nia: "Watch out!"

Nia tosses a chakram that bounces off the joystick and straight through a Soldier's neck.

Ike: "Nice shot."

Nia catches the chakram midair.

Ethan: "We've been practicing with frisbees."

They see more at the bottom of the machine.

Samuel: "Let's get this show on the road!"

They leap down.

Meanwhile...

Requiem: "Chast, you're the first."

Chast is standing at what seems to be a prize counter, with Requiem to it's side.

Chast: "I'm only to be a taste for what's to come."

Requiem begins to fade.

Requiem: "ALL of you are meant to be a taste for what's to come."

Requiem is gone.

Chast: "Of course... Master Requiem."

Two hours later...

Samuel: "Anyone else want to hug those 100 ft tall teddy bears?"

Samuel and Alexis have swapped as they arrive at a staircase up to the counter of the prize corner.

Bell: "I wouldn't mind, but we've got something to fight."

They find a genderless being holding a giant sword towards the middle of the counter.

Nia: "Ethan, take a turn."

A purple light flashes in Nia's eyes.

Ethan: "Alright."

The being walks towards the group, menacingly.

Chast: "I am Chast. Chastity and Lust combined into one."

A shiver runs down their spines.

Grace: "Already?"

Chast swings her sword over it's right shoulder.

Chast: "Come at me."

Grace fires two arrows, only for the sword to slice through them.

Ethan: "Any ideas to get past that chunk of metal?"

Samuel boosts himself into the air with wind.

Alexis: "We've got something!"

Ike freezes the area around Chast.

Faith: "You'd better!"

Samuel dives towards Chast.

Chast: "Pitiful."

Chast perfectly blocks the attack, locking it and Samuel in a standstill.

Alexis: "Pitiful? That's an extremely strange way to be screaming in the face of death for a second time."

Nia's chakrams have sliced of Chast's arms.

Chast: "(in pain) A diversion?!"

Samuel's spear goes through Chast's stomach as gravity pulls him down.

Alexis: "I'm surprised Chastity or Lust didn't remember our tricks."

The ice skewers more parts of Chast.

Bell: "Wrap this up Grace!"

Grace aims another arrow.

Grace: "Grab that Soul Coin!"

Grace lands her shot right between the eyes, ending Chast instantly.

Ethan: "Perfect."

Chast turns into a small coin before reality begins to fall apart.

Samuel: "(grabbing coin) Let's get out of here!"

They swiftly leave Zero Fiction...
