Grace begins a call.

Grace: "Nia?"

A woman's voice is heard on the other side.

Nia: "Grace? Why do you sound worried?"

Grace: "Bad news, they're not dead."

Dread fills Nia's heart.

Nia: "I'll head over as soon as I can."

The call hangs up.

Faith: "Sounds like we can at least grab Nia."

Alexis has just gotten off the phone.

Alexis: "Luckily, Marcel only just wrapped up high school."

Samuel: "Yeah, but he can't get a place that easily here."

Both begin more calls.

Alexis: "Shoma?"

A male's voice is on the other side.

Shoma: "A-Alexis?"

Alexis: "We've got a major Zero Fiction problem, can you try and get to Vira ASAP?"

Shoma: "I-I can try, but it'll be a while."

Alexis: "Yeah you're still saving up for college."

Shoma: "I-I'll let you know when I'm on my way."

Shoma hangs up.

Grace: "Guess we should be glad that they haven't gotten back to you. See you in a few weeks."

Grace hangs up.

Faith: "Amanda is going to try and find somewhere cheap here. The university she applied to hasn't gotten back to her and she's towards the end of the list."

Ike was sleeping the whole time.

Ike: "(stretching) Thankfully no one's worrying about school."

Bell: "But how long do we have to wait for them to get here?"

Alexis: "Too long, so we've got to fight to keep Requiem at bay until we get some more backup."

Faith: "Nia should be the first."

Bell: "Not a bad start."

It's getting fairly late.

Samuel: "We'd better try to get some sleep."

Alexis: "I don't want to repeat junior year."

They all head for bed...
