Executive Branch
Monarch
+ can be male or female
+ has advisor(s), ministers, generals to help with decision making
- meetings are held every 20 days (I haven't yet established what they have instead of years, months and such any ideas welcome)
+ monarch is also high judge
- every 30 days there's a free entry judging session. When no matter your status or case the Monarch will view it
+ monarch will receive reports on each county from both the Lord and (combined report) 5 "men" of said county every other full moon (again I might change the time and so far it's not relevant to the plot)
+ there will be a separate post about succession of the crown, lordship, or any other title/property

Legislative Branch
12 Lords (aka the High Council)
+ rule their respective counties
+ must be knighted
+ any law has to pass though them (more on that later)
+ have personal meetings with mayors of towns in their county
- required to meet at least 2 in 1 moon cycle
- commonly referred to as the County Council
- mostly discuss taxes and profit in markets
+ can be male or female
+ can give Knights villages to live off of making them into "Noble/Knightly Mayors"
+ can give knights estates (big house with lots of land generally used for crops and livestock) similar to giving a village but smaller and without place in the County Council
60 "Men"
+ 5 people chosen by vote from each county
+ lords have no say in who is chosen
+ monarch has no say in who is chosen
+ reelected every 5 years
+ can be male or female
+ mostly create laws (again more on that later)

Just saying, yes I took inspiration from the British and American governments. If you want to use this particular system you're welcome to it, just credit me. I spent time and thought on this government. It's practically my baby. Don't kidnap my child.
