Sometimes when it's cold and dark,

There's no moon, there's no light,

Haunting eyes stare from behind the bushels.

I was alone. It was dark.

But, then you reached out to me,

Wrapped your arms around me

And I held you so tight, then

You look in my eyes and

Said to me that I'll be safe and sound....

I was lonely, everything seemed to be on fire.,

But you smile and it all came frozen down.

Everything was on fire, but

When you held me in your arms,

Tears were flowing all by my cheeks,

You wipe my face and you said,

You and I are safe and sound....
