1. Make a list of formulae (Maths and Physics) (Easy for revision)

2. Underline the important lines while revising before exam

3. Learn objective type questions first!

4. Start with your weak subject

5. Make a timetable

6. Take breaks in between but the 5/10 minutes break shouldn't include social media asit disturbs your previous concentration.

7. Learn some stress relieving exercises

8. After completing your studies, solve a question paper and time it to know your speed.

9. Eat healthy, nutritious (and, hopefully, delicious) meals. This is kind of a given seeing as your brain needs food to function.

10. it's a basic human need that, unfortunately, needs to be stated. Get plenty of rest while studying (and before the test or quiz). Your body needs to sleep to think properly.

11. Teach someone else the material you're trying to learn. Teaching someone else is such an effective way for you to better understand the material, plus, you'll earn karma points for helping out a classmate who needs a little extra help!

12. Light helps your brain focus, affects visual clarity, psychological factors and the wrong types of lighting can contribute to off task behavior.The best type of lighting for maximum productivity (which you obviously want for studying) is soft and natural, though still as bright as possible so you can see clearly.If your lighting is too dim, it will affect focus and visual clarity. Lighting that is too bright (like fluorescent lighting, for example) can contribute to getting off task.

13. Try reading out aloud, Although this may make you look a little crazy, give it a go! You will be surprised how much more you can remember when you've said it out loud.

Warning: Don't try this in a crowded library!

14. Practicing sample answers to past exam questions can help train your brain to retrieve information.

15. Do not stay up all night before the exam, it will make you drowsy in the exam hall.

16. Meditation is one of the study methods that can help students stay focused when studying. Not only will meditation help you concentrate when studying but it will help reduce pre-exam stress as it improves both mental and physical health.

17. Studying with groups is a lot more efficient because you get to hear everybody's answers. You can all share certain things that you have that others might not have had if they studied alone.

This also makes the studying a lot more fun. Studying alone can get boring and will make you tired. A group will keep you focused in the task at hand. If these are your close friends that you know you can't focus with, don't do it.
