//That girl is Ava. 

After Gabriel had his visit, he gave Kayla a kiss on the cheek goodbye and a hug towards his brother and fluttered off. "Where's Dean? He's in love with Ava! I should go surprise him!" Kayla said through a grin. Cas did his thing and closed his eyes so he can find him. "He's in the garage working on his car" 

"Ok! Wanna come with? see his reaction?" 
"I would love that. Does he really love Ava that much?" 

"Oh yeah! you'll see!" 

They walked into the garage and found Dean working on his baby. Kayla bit her lip and held her smirk before she said "Look who's back" in sing song. Dean looked up and his face brightened up with a huge broadened grin "There's the baby girl!" he exclaimed before he walked up to them. "Hey sweet heart" he said in a coo before he was about to take her off Kayla's hands 

"Woaw! Puppy! Oily Hands! Dirty clothes! Go take a shower! Then hold her!" Kayla said seeming like a mother. Dean gave her his famous puppy face "But kitty" 

"Nope! Shower! Then Ava" she said definitely being like a mother. He huffed and rolled his eyes and muttered "Not fair!" before he went and took his shower. Kayla turned over to Cas with a "see?!" kind of look.  Cas was awe struck "woaw! He really does love our daughter" Kayla chuckled at his words "Told ya. Now we just have to wait for him to come." she said arranging her hair band leaving a pause before she said "You know what I'm thinking of? what her first word is gonna be" 

"I'm hoping is papa or angel!" 

"I'm hoping it's Mama" 

"well, we'll see when she says it." Cas said before he walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed their daughters head before he kissed his wife. "We have the most beautiful family." Cas continued speaking but now in a more fonder and sweeter voice while cupping Kayla's cheek with one hand. "I can't wait to have this next baby with you. Did you have any other symptoms yet?" 
"Well. I am late. So I think that's a good sign and for now, I'm not throwing up every morning but I am really excited into having this baby. Do you feel like it's a boy or a girl?" 

"I told you when you were with Ava. I can't tell after 4 months." 

"Oh. Right. Forgot about that." Kayla said with a pout and looking down "Honey?" Cas said tilting his head so his eyes could find hers "Babe, you ok?" he asked one more time. 

"I'm just worried." She said now spilling the beans. "I mean what if I don't deserve this baby?"

"Nonsense. Kayla you're the best mother any child could ask for. and this next kid will be lucky to have you as a mum, as I am to having you as a wife" Cas reassured. "I love you... and so do our kids." Cas slowly kissed her again stroking her cheek with his thumb. As soon as they let go, Kayla smiled and pressed her forehead against his "I love you too" Ava squirmed in Kayla's arms. "Oh. I think she's hungry" She said before she went out of the garage and into the kitchen trying to put a bottle in her small lips and she started to suck on it. "Yep! She's hungry" she said starting to make the bottle. 

"By the way, Cas. The twins and Jack need to be picked up from school, soon. Would you mind if you go get them, I have to clean the house"

"Sure. It would be my pleasure." Cas smiled. 

"Awesome thanks babe" she said kissing him again still with Ava in hand. 

"Can I for once hold our daughter?" Cas asked with a chuckle. Kayla sneered a chuckle and nodded "Of course. here" she handed the girl to Cas finally feeling weightless before she went over to finish up the bottle. 

"KITTY!" Dean exclaimed 

"Oh! Kitchen, puppy!" she called out. After a few seconds a showered and  clean Dean came through the kitchen door with a smile. "there she is" he grinned before he walked up to Cas. Cas sighed and rolled his eyes feeling his thunder as a father was ruined before he handed the girl to Dean. Dean exclaimed silently with a broadened grin before he started to play with her. Hearing her coo and giggle. Kayla loved when her daughter had her uncle/niece moments they were adorable and really beautiful to watch. She wishes Sam had more time for her daughter but nowadays he isn't in the bunker that much for some reason and she was getting worried for her twin. The bottle was finally ready. 

"Puppy, would you like to do the honours?" She asked showing him the bottle. He nodded "sure kitty" he said before he took the bottle and tried to give it to her which was effortlessly easy for everyone. This girl is going to be like her mother and uncle, She has their stomach. "That's my girl" Dean stated proudly. Kayla chuckled at that .

"Hey, I have to go pick up the boys. I'll be right back babe" Cas said before he kissed. "Alright" she kissed back "Take a car! Don't attract any attention by appearing out of no where" She added. He chuckled "Will do!" "DON'T TOUCH BABY!" Dean called out "Kayla" Cas tried to make her disagree with her brother.

"No! Not Baby! Take my Land Rover!" Kayla said shaking her head. Cas sighed and shook his head too before he left to the garage and took her Land Rover. She sighed and frowned pouting "You ok, baby sis?" he asked but being interrupted by a gurgle from Ava. He made a baby face and saw that she was finished up from the bottle. "Oh yeah. I'm fine. I just miss precious" she admitted. "Ah! Your chevy camaro exorcist, right?" She nodded at Deans question "yep! She was my precious! and I lost her!" 

"Hey. You have a new car now" 

"Yeah! Sure! A Land Rover!" 

"She's a beauty though" 

"I know but she's no precious, you know?" she looked over at Dean who was holding Ava in his arms and seeing that she is playing with his fingers and immediately changed the subject "How are you like a second dad to her?" she asked "It's easy. I love kids. I'm good with'em" he bloated with a smirk. She shook her head with a grin at him. "That you are... Hey puppy, I  just want to say something" Dean looked over at her and narrowed his eyes curiously "what is it?" 

"Thank you. For everything." she replied 

"Hey no problem. It's my pleasure to take care of Ava" 

"No puppy. Not just that. I was saying about everything, everything. Your support for the wedding, Your support in general, when you found me and saved me. When you saved me and Sam... I am so thankful for all those things, you don't know how much. I love you." 

Deans eyes turned soft before he went next to her still holding Ava and kissed Kayla's head with a gentle touch "And I will do all those things again if I had to." he whispered leaning  his chin on her head. "I love you so much kitty" 
"I love you too puppy" she said softly 

A sound was made out from Ava... Kayla's eyes widened. As so did Deans.. That sound was now made a bit more clearly "P.P.." 

"She's having her first word" Kayla said nonchalantly still with eyes widened 

"Yes, she is! Did you understand what she said?" 

"I uh.. Let's see what she says again I can't really und" she was cut off by Ava again

"Pie!" The baby girl squealed.  Kayla and Dean's mouth were widened more than ever "Pie!" the girl exclaimed 

"D...Did she just say?" Dean said shocked 

"Uh huh" 

"THAT'S MY GIRL!" He exclaimed. Kayla laughed and buried her face in her brothers neck happily enough "You say it way too much in front of her! And to be honest... I'm actually proud that it's her first word!" 

"This baby girl will be the death of me!" Dean exclaimed again kissing the girl all over her face making her squeal and giggle again. This was the perfect moment... and Kayla now felt bad that Cas didn't witness it but at least she was there when she first said it. And it was a moment she will cherish.
