From the office of Dr Mai-Wei

Client DOB: 04/19/2551 (BC)
Diagnosis(s):
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (Severe)
Bipolar Disorder (Severe)
Depression (Extreme)
Intermittent Explosive Disorder (Extreme)
Date: 02/10/2051

Client notes major concerns over the safety of self and others around him. He accepts his flaws and understands the implications behind his actions. Shows signs of sympathy (albeit occasionally) and eagerness to change positively. Hatred towards ex-partner remains problematic. Supervision may be required.
Client is easily aggravated, often by his own actions. Highly susceptible to negative influence leading to severe outbursts of rage and physical violence. Client started the session in a hunched position, acting skeptical of his surroundings. He later showed signs of relaxation. He was attentive and semi-cooperative before the incident.
• Erupts into an emotional state of rage at any mention of former client, Valerie Dacey.
• Repeatedly shows signs of suspicions - Could be reminded of a past incident in similar circumstances.
• Continuously raises his voice, uses explicit language, and shows signs of hostility and physical aggression.
• Claims to be a 'hero' before disagreeing with himself - Possible multiple-personality disorder.
• Mentions an Emily character that is non-existent in every form and statement - Related to an upcoming client sharing the same name?
• Maintained a nasty and immature attitude for most of the session, displaying personal signs of disgust towards Dr Wei near the end - 'you people' comment - Racist towards Asians/Sexist towards women?
• Briefly mentions being chased by an imaginary lion - Possible brain damage?
• Changes his beginning argument near the end - claiming that he 'holds no accountability for any of this' and 'does not take responsibility for the actions of (his) sin'.
• Drastically alters his mood and emotions rapidly - Most severe case of bipolar-disorder recorded yet.
It is clear the client's actions are primarily related to post-traumatic stress. There are no doubts in his case of being immortal (as of now - further assessments may be required). Ultimately his 'wrath' as he prefers to describe it will inevitably lead to more destruction and bloodshed (whether it be his own property or others').
Informing the police of his actions is a consideration, but this may only lead to drastic and horrible consequences. The time is perhaps not yet right. If his immortality is existent, resistance is to be fully expected, thus resulting in countless deaths should the situation escalate.
