Two days later, Susan had already left and she had a really good report about the fort and the alliance. Everyone was helping out with the construction, smelting house or taking a breather with hot chocolate. Pure was checking on everything and then the pod room signaled it was done so he went to the pod room. He opened up the pod to see Rory, Siri and Elysium with humanized, modified bodies to handle their special bodies and powers.

Pure went down and unplugged each of them and brought them up. Rory had her exhaust pipes the same place in her back and has dragon metal scales along with her new skin. Siri had vents in her legs and her back to distribute the steam so that she could stay hidden. Elysium's body was given the magic division and he was strengthened and better armored to handle Mekuboto on his back without any problem, also, his hair was white, naturally white,

Pure allowed them to boot up and they all were working correctly.

Pure: Hey you three, welcome to your new life.

Each of them look at their new bodies and saw the difference in each other's bodies.

Pure: Ok, let's get you guys up first.

Pure helped them all stand up.

Elysium: Is everything?

Pure: Just as you need it.

Elysium: Where is Mekuboto?

Pure whistles and Mekuboto heard it; she came running on all fours to the pod room and looked inside, she still had the six orbs around her.

Mekuboto: Mastah?

Elysium: Yes Mekuboto, I'm here now.

Elysium reached out his hand the six orbs came to him and went around him, he tried to step forward but he fell over, Mekuboto caught him while he was falling and held him up.

Pure: You have to get used to your new body which would take time.

Elysium: its ok, my Mekuboto will help me.

Mekuboto supported Elysium and helped him out of the pod room.

Pure: Let's get you to your new rooms.

Pure used his tails to help them get used to their new bodies, Pure took them to a room which was prepared for them.

Pure: Rory, I did a little modification and upgrade to your engine, also that ECU fix you were looking for, you now have seven thousand, five hundred and forty two. You also have a dimensional tank of 200 gallons and an oil tank of 50 gallons so that you won't have to refuel as often.

Rory: Thank you.

Pure: Siri, the vents in your back and legs will allow you to let out more steam and I upgraded the water Synthesizer to let out way more steam to cover more ground and hold it for longer.

Siri: Thank you.

Pure: Some of the others will help you out with your walking and daily routine life of us. If you need anything, just ask them.

Pure got to their rooms; Reese and Alex were there to help them.

Reese: Hey you two, let's get you started.

Pure handed over Rory and Siri to Reese and Alex.

Pure: Get them some clothes and make the necessary adjustments for their powers.

Reese: Got it.

They start heading to the clothing room to try on new things while Pure went back to work while they got used to new things.

Rory: Is this what it was like when you got humanized Reese?

Reese: Yeah, the feeling, the senses, actually being able to understand feelings and emotions.

Siri: When can we get started on that?

Alex: After a clothes change and a small checkup since your bodies are specialized for your powers and we need to make sure they are operating as they should.

Rory: What about Elysium?

Reese: His is more common than yours so it will take easier.

Meanwhile with Elysium and Mekuboto worked their way to their room with Mekuboto supporting Elysium. When they got there the door opened and they went inside.

Elysium: Set me down in the bed Mekuboto.

Mekuboto set Elysium down in the bed and she came up into the bed as well.

Mekuboto: Mastah...

Elysium: Yes Mekuboto, your master is here.

Elysium reached out his hand and petted her gently; she took the hood off of her jacket to make direct contact. Mekuboto laid down on him and she could hear his heartbeat, which she never heard before but she liked it. Mekuboto looked at Elysium and she was happy that he was humanized so that they can really have a life. Mekuboto wanted a kiss so Elysium complied and kissed her but this time it was way less metallic.

Mekuboto: My... nice... mastah.

Both of them laid down with the orbs circling them, now that Elysium was humanized they can now start being completely together and nothing was going to tear them apart. In the cafeteria Cody was talking to Maia, they were sitting down taking a breather from work.

Cody: So you are part of the team here?

Maia: Yeah, the team found me with all the others after some of our parts were removed.

Cody: So, what was removed from you?

Maia: Nerves in my legs.

The nerves in Maia's legs were exposed and damaged to not let her walk anymore, the Destiny Team had to rebuild the nerves and make an interface so that her brain can use her legs again.

Cody: That must have been painful.

Maia: It was but the team got me through it.

Cody: That is something I always ask myself, why does life have to be this way?

Maia: You feel depressed?

Cody: Depressed?

Maia: Feeling down.

Cody: Been that way as long as I can remember.

Maia: Why?

Cody: Don't know but it feels like all the pain and suffering we go through is for someone else's gain.

Maia: Cody, listen, people will always try to push us down no matter what but things will get better.

Cody: How can it get better with people like what Pure faced is trying to destroy us?

Maia: I don't know. But that's why life can be beautiful. Separating yourself from all the pain and suffering and think about the good. Yes there are people trying to destroy us. But there are other people that we build relationships with that get woven into our lives.

Cody: So what do you think we should do to have that goodness?

Maia: Take life by the horns. Send off a huge fuck you to those trying to destroy your happiness but also remember that there are people that care for you, like how the Serpents cared for you in your battle.

Cody: And they cared for me by watching my back.

Maia: Exactly but, what you need is someone to help you with that depression.

Cody: How?

Maia reached behind his head and scratched his wolf ears.

Cody: W-what are you doing?

Maia: Helping you.

Maia kept scratching his ears; Maia guided Cody's head to her lap, he didn't do anything and just let her calm him down.

Maia: If you want help, just ask. Everyone can help you.

Cody: I'm not so sure it would help.

Maia: It wouldn't hurt to try.

Cody stayed there while Maia kept him company. Over in the medical bay, Kyoko was going with a round of therapy with her arm and she was getting good at recovering her sense of feeling.

Doctor: That's it Kyoko, take it slow.

Kyoko was lifting up a small dumbbell to strengthen her arm and get it back to normal, she was struggling a little bit but she was pushing through it.

Doctor: That's good, you are improving.

Kyoko: I can feel my strength returning day by day.

Doctor: Which is a good thing, also your wound is fully healed and you can remove the gauze if you want.

Kyoko: I kind of like it.

Doctor: Well you might want to switch that with a waterproof and more durable to make sure the repaired tissue doesn't get hurt again.

The doctor went to the side and got a different type of gauze to use.

Doctor: This is for long term use and will protect you better.

Kyoko: Thank you.

The Doctor switched her current gauze with the new one, she bandages up her entire shoulder and down almost to her elbow. When the doctor was done Kyoko pulled back up her shirt.

Doctor: That one is reusable, just give it a wash.

Kyoko: Ok.

Doctor: And that's the end of therapy, you can head back to your room, I got Penny and Keir now.

Kyoko: And how have those two been going?

Doctor: They still feed on each other but they back off on going blood crazy, I have been working on a blood substitution so that they would get the same essentials they need, I'm close to what they need, just need to make a few more tweaks.

Kyoko: All right, I'll leave you to it.

Doctor: Don't forget to keep working the arm.

Kyoko: Right.

Kyoko heads out of the Doctor's office, she puts away Kyoko's medical file in a file cabinet. All medical documents at the fort are kept on paper in case anyone was going after those for weaknesses. She was looking at the other files and checking her schedule. A few minutes later Keir and Penny came in.

Penny: Hello Doctor.

The Doctor grabs Keir and Penny's files.

Doctor: Hello you two, keeping your thirsts under control?

Keir: Well, it's been a little tough, had a small snack before we got here.

Doctor: -smirks- Even though I'm a sucker for the vampire romance, you two got to watch it.

Penny: Can't help it.

Doctor: Well, if we continue with the right blood mix we might let you two get some recovery time so that you can get back to your full blood count. Right now I got it down to five different blood mixes for you two to try out hopefully we are close to a winner.

The doctor goes into a small fridge and takes out a tray with ten marked vials; each had numbers of one to five twice.

Doctor: Ok, take your shots.

Penny and Keir each took up the vial with the same number and each took a sip of each one.

Doctor: Ok, give it to me straight.

Penny: Number four is speaking to me but something is missing.

Keir: But number two did have it though.

The doctor checks her notes on the blood samples she made.

Doctor: And we have a winner, certain essential vitamins are missing from number four that two has, let me make the changes real quick.

The Doctor goes over to a blood genetic transfuser, a modified transfuser that was specifically built to handle Penny and Keir's blood problem; it takes any blood and gives it what they are looking for without any side effects.

Doctor: Ok, putting in the correct ones and taking out the ones you don't need.

The Doctor operates the machine and they see the blood working through the filters and tubes until it comes out of a vial. The machine stops and the doctor picked up the vial and take it over to Keir and Penny.

Doctor: Try this.

Penny takes the vial from the Doctor and she takes a sip.

Penny: Tastes like fifteen year old spiced wine.

Keir takes a taste.

Keir: I agree and I had my taste of some good wines back home.

Doctor: Now that we got something that you two can agree on, let's start making reserves for you two.

Keir: Will this mean we get to stop...

Doctor: It's just a substitution so your bodies can recover and from how I heard you two at it, it sounds really hot.

Penny: How many vampire novels did you read?

Doctor: What can I say; I was fascinated on the subject.

Penny: Don't worry; I won't turn anyone, even if I can do that yet.

Doctor: With magic anything is possible.

The Doctor goes back to the machine and starts making reserves for Penny and Keir.

Doctor: Now, if you two want to have another hot time I suggest you make it now, it is going to take a while to make reserves.

Keir: Want some more juicy details?

Doctor: The thought of it gets my blood going.

Penny: I'll gossip a few things once the reserves are made.

Doctor: It's a promise.

Penny and Keir leaves the doctor's office, they were talking while they heading back to their room.

Keir: What is up with her about vampire romance?

Penny: You never had any sort of heated romance with some love and blood?

Keir: I had a few romances as a king but we never go into blood until you have a really stable relationship.

Penny: And you let me feast on you the first time we met.

Keir: One, council's wrath is not to be taken lightly, second I couldn't just leave a beautiful girl like you hungry and third I kind of felt something when you first bit me when you were yourself, it felt like you cared.

Penny: I did care because you helped me with my transformation, the first taste of blood was actually like a limited edition champagne I once tasted but couldn't forget.

Keir: Do I taste that good?

Penny: You do, want me to read you some of those vampire romances while we go at it?

Keir: Start with the hottest, I want to see what the doctor meant by how hot it gets.

Penny: Get ready for a romantic ride.

Penny and Keir headed to their room to read up on some vampire romance and get a good taste of blood while they are at it. Meanwhile Reese had Siri and they were walking after they got her some clothes, Reese cut out some holes where her vents are so that she can use them.

Siri: Did you have to do it like this?

Reese: Chun used his tails to support me since the threat was active. Once you get used to your body you can adjust to doing your assassin stuff.

Siri: So how were you dealing with the humanization?

Reese: It got a little complicated with the emotional matrix and the new sense of feeling but Victoria helped me sort out which is which. Do you feel anything?

Siri: You mean a small rumbling in my torso?

Reese: That is your stomach, it means you are hungry. Let's try you out with something simple but we need to check you out with the doctor first.

Reese gets Siri to the doctor and sets her down.

Reese: Siri is here doctor.

Doctor: Ok Siri, let us see if your body is responding correctly.

The Doctor came over and took her blood pressure and temperature.

Doctor: Blood pressure is correct and your temperature is within normal range. Just need to do a scan of your insides.

Her medical drone came over and scanned Siri.

Doctor: Looks like everything is working correctly, your built-in steam function isn't impairing you and the water synthesizer was relocated to your right arm, you won't even know it's there but I need you to do a steam test.

Reese allowed her to stand up and she got the controls to her steam function, she fired off a big set of steam.

Doctor: Do you feel any different?

Siri: Just felt the steam come out of the vents in my back and legs.

Doctor: Which should be normal since you have to let out steam through your body, you should practice using that after you get used to your new life. Drink water and have simple things to eat until you become fully used to your body.

Siri: Ok.

Doctor: Rory is a different check-up though, Zhēnbǎo and Daiyu are handling Rory since she has the machine heart and parts so that is not of my area. You can go now, check back with me tomorrow to see how things are holding.

Reese: Thanks doctor.

Reese helps Siri up and they head out of the medical bay. They see Wilco walking past them.

Siri: Wilco?

Wilco: Siri, is that you?

Siri: Yes, the humanization is finished.

Wilco: You look great.

Siri: Thank you.

Reese: She has to get used to new things now, we are headed to the cafeteria to start.

Wilco: I'm headed that way too, let me help.

Wilco transformed into his wolf form and came next to them. Siri rested on Wilco while Reese walked with them.

Reese: Once you get used to your body and everyday living, you can talk to Pure about getting your other equipment back.

Siri: Thanks you two for helping me transition.

Reese: No problem.

Siri, Wilco and Reese walk down the hallway to the cafeteria to start with what she has to learn, looks like everyone is liking this alliance more and more, humanization, substitutions, help where needed when it be mental or physical and able to work together to achieve anything.
