In the normal dimension, everyone was training hard; Sora was giving a little bit of a hard time. Pure was switched with Marshal so that he could do patrol.

Horatio: Hey, hey, hey, easy Sora, I don't want anyone going to the medical bay.

Sora was not listening, Silver saw what he was up to and intervened. She grabbed his shoulder and clamped down on a nerve.

Silver: He said back off.

Silver cramped harder and Sora let go.

Sora: A wolf never let's go of their prey.

Silver cramps again and he was in pain.

Horatio: Silver, let off.

Silver let off of the cramp but didn't let go.

Horatio: You should learn to follow orders, especially the ones that would save your life.

Sora: So what, a wolf only follows his pack, no one else.

Horatio: Silver, would you be so kind.

Silver clamped down hard again.

Snow: Sora, all of us are one pack now, you signed up for this.

Sora: I signed up for action not this!

Silver: Sora, let off.

Sora: I bet you can't even beat me with one arm tied behind your back.

Silver: Is that a challenge?

Everyone stopped and looked at Silver and Sora.

Pure: That is a really bad idea right now.

Kyoko: For him yes.

Sora: All right, it's a challenge.

Silver: You know what, tie both of my hands.

Sora: -laughs-

Kyoko: He shouldn't have done that.

Silver: Can someone tie my hands please?

Pure: You sure about this?

Silver: Tie me up.

Pure uses his hell chains and ties them behind her back, he does some chains around her chest so that they would stay put behind her back. She turned around and faced Sora.

Sora: -scoffs- you look good in those chains.

Silver stood ready and so did Sora. Both of them squared off and Silver was keeping up, even though her hands were tied she was defending and attacking comfortably.

Pure: Any bets?

Horatio: Silver

Jack: Silver.

Rick: Silver

Pure: Silver.

Everyone was watching the match closely; Silver was using her tail and legs for attacks, she was very nimble. Sora was keeping up but it was not enough to beat Silver. After five minutes, Silver had him pinned down with her legs on his arms and her tail around his neck. She had him pinned to the floor hard.

Pure: Sora, my advice, you should give up now.

Sora: No, I will not lose to a Neko.

Horatio: Silver.

Silver used her weight and made it hurt more.

Sora: All right, All right, I give, I give.

Silver let go of Sora and got up. Pure took the chains off from Silver.

Jack: She just beat a wolf with both hands tied behind her back with chains weighing her down a little bit, how quiet is she?

Miku: Total isolation quiet but get her pissed off and you are in the medical bay for months.

Pure heard what Silver is about.

Pure: Silver, a word.

Pure pulled Silver aside while Sora was recovering.

Pure: You an inside person?

Silver: Yeah but I come out to play when my friends that is a fun time but I have a few.

Pure: Is that them?

Silver: Yes, the main reason the Nekos were on board was because I could understand things better.

Pure: What about the others?

Silver: Maud and Miku are the shy ones but Miku is shyer than Maud but Kyoko is the rough kitty.

Pure: Made a note of that.

Silver: But Miku is opening up to Gear somehow.

Pure: That's a new one, let it see how it goes but I got something in mind to keep Sora in check and get some steam out of your system.

Pure and Silver come back to the training area.

Pure: Hold up everyone!

Everyone stops.

Silver: Sora, since you are a loose cannon, Silver will be your Captain until you get your head on right.

Sora: What!?!?

Horatio: Ooo... This is going to be good.

Sora: What makes you think I would listen to her?

Pure: Silver.

Silver grabbed his hand and pulled it back.

Pure: Because she has my permission to kick your butt if you are out of line and you better not.

Silver lets go.

Pure: You don't go on any missions either until one of us approves it.

Sora: Aw come on!

Pure: Miku, Gear take a break for a few minutes, get something from the cafeteria real quick and come back.

Miku and Gear went to the cafeteria together; she used her Exo-suit to get higher and Gear saw her, he reached out his hand and she landed on it, both of them started to talk.

Gear: How was it getting your first mission?

Miku: Pretty great actually, even though I got some cuts and bruises from those demons, the forest healed me right up. It was actually pretty fun.

Gear: Good to hear.

Miku: I don't know when you will get some action though.

Gear: I will get some action when it is my time.

Miku and Gear got a quick snack from the cafeteria but Rick was watching them in Wraith Mode. He went back to the rest of the team.

Rick: Looks like we got another big-little couple.

Pure: Then let's keep it that way until after we deal with this threat.

Once Miku and Gear came back and everyone went back to training but Silver was keeping an eye on Sora. In the interrogation area Alisha and Carolina were coordinating with Tactic, Victoria, Builder, Niko, and Reese.

Alisha: From the information we got from Immanuel and Daniel before we sent them packing. Venetia is looking for an artifact that can hide anyone from anything.

Victoria: If it is artifact-wise, it shouldn't be hard to find it.

Niko: Not exactly, if it is that good of an artifact that can get past us they would keep it out of the midnight zone.

Builder: Even so much a whisper can cause your head to get severed.

Reese was thinking on something.

Victoria: What is it Reese?

Reese: Something about this artifact is puzzling me, who made it and who had it at first.

Carolina: Egyptians, Mayans, the list is endless.

Reese: I have a possible guess but I would like permission to test it.

Alisha: At this point, go for it.

Reese calls Seth over the com.

Reese: Seth, I am requesting permission to make contact with the monster dimension.

Seth: For what purpose?

Reese: To see if an artifact has been brought from the monster dimension a long time ago.

Seth: Opening portal and contacting the monster dimension.

Seth fired up the particle accelerator and set it to monster dimension. The AI that was maintaining the portal got the signal and Seth called for the dragon king. Seth put the call through to Reese and the team.

Dragon King: This is the Dragon King of the monster dimension.

Reese: Greetings Dragon king, there is something I would like to inquire you about.

Dragon King: Proceed.

Reese: We are inquiring if you have artifacts in your dimension that grants powers to an individual.

Dragon King: We do in fact.

Reese: Is there one that causes you not to be found anywhere?

Dragon King: Could you be more specific?

Reese: Something that can make people no longer find you, no matter what or who you use.

Dragon King: That sounds familiar, let me check something.

The Dragon King goes to the books and comes across the one thing he feared it was.

Dragon King: Oh no.

The King rips the page out and heads back to the portal.

Dragon King: Destiny team, it is I have feared, only one artifact that can do what you requested, send this through.

A mini-drone with the page came and the AI put the page in. The AI sent the mini-drone through and it was flying straight to the fort. When it got there it went straight to the interrogation area and opened its cargo hold. Reese took the page out. Since the page was way bigger than them they laid it out on the table and got some altitude. Reese held onto Tactic to look at the page.

Dragon King: What you are looking for is the Ancient Amulet of Abusam, it can create and close areas it makes. One problem is about it, you need air and somewhere to at least build a base.

Carolina: Is there any way to track it?

Dragon King: Once the air is the same you have no idea where to even begin.

Tactic: And they would have already set up by now.

Builder: Ok, let's play this like a game, when you set a base in the middle of nowhere, what do you need?

Alisha: Water, food, electricity, way to contact the outside world so that you can still work on an army, people and a lot of demon juice to power them.

Niko: Some of those would create big directions on the market for redirecting resources that way.

Builder: Not if you could synthesize most of that, but finding people is the hard part.

Tactic: Not that hard to do when you put the words "can put the destiny team out of business, permanently" in there.

Carolina: Then we got a lot of tracking to do and not enough to get a solid lock but it's a start, thank you Dragon King.

Dragon King: My pleasure.

Seth ends the call and closes the portal.

Victoria: Great thinking Reese, what made you think it was something from that dimension?

Reese: I was going through prehistoric history and looking at fossils and then it hit my RAM sticks. You all said fox spirits were here for thousands of years but where were their bones if they were still in fox spirit form and they died?

Victoria: We would have found them when you guys scanned the earth years ago but we didn't find anything similar to the normal fox spirit.

Reese: So they had to have used that artifact to stay hidden, but they would have had to put the entrance somewhere that can't be disturbed.

Builder: Or abandoned over the years.

Tactic: I'll search to see if anything is heading to weird locations.

Carolina: -grunts- the best person to see what is going on is Matchstick.

Tactic: Matchstick!?

Alisha: You know him?

Tactic: He was the best person to get information during the war; he turned the tides every single time.

Carolina: He is off the grid from the heat.

Tactic: If he is off the grid, then that means it is hotter than he can handle.

Just then Rick got a call.

Rick: Hello.

Matchstick: Rick, I need you to come and pick me up now, I'm in Venice staying out of sight, I go information you all are going to need.

Rick: We are on our way, you need to be in the water for pickup.

Rick hangs up.

Rick: Horatio, mermaids, we got an emergency. You need to pick him up in Venice, which is the optimal place for you all.

Horatio quickly takes off some of his armor and coat but leaves his weapons.

Horatio: Ok, you two follow me and gun it.

Horatio jumped into the water and all three of them were out of the fort like torpedoes. In Venice, Matchstick was hiding in the shadows. The Medusas served him well in keeping him alive and on the move. He stayed put in an abandoned building near the water. When Horatio and the mermaids got there, they were looking around and it didn't take long to find the right building.

Horatio: Matchstick!!

Matchstick heard Horatio and he went running to the side of the building.

Horatio: Jump in!!

As Matchstick jumped he got hit by a few bullets but the Medusas blocked them, he jumped into the water and Horatio came over.

Horatio: You good?

Matchstick: Yeah, these Medusas saved my skull more times than I can count now.

Horatio: Here.

Horatio put on a scuba mask and oxygen tank on Matchstick, some bullets were flying to them but Horatio made an ice wall to block them.

Horatio: Hold onto them.

Matchstick held onto Taeyoung and Madeline and he saw they were mermaids.

Matchstick: What the heck?

Horatio: Talk later, survive now, I got your backs.

Horatio got up and started to make ice to run on, some boats were coming to them with miniguns attached.

Madeline: Uh, you should have kept the armor.

Horatio: I always got armor.

Horatio iced himself up to get ice armor.

Horatio: Keep behind the ice; we got to make it out of Venice.

Horatio brought out his assault rifle and was running forward, the ice was forming under his feet and he was taking out anyone coming their way. He used the grenade launcher to take out the boats and any heavy artillery. They were almost out when a helicopter came and blocked the way out. Horatio put away his assault rifle and used his ice breath to ice up the rotors. Once the helicopter was out of the way another one was coming towards them.

Horatio: Underwater, now!

All four of them went underwater since they were deep enough to not be seen. Since they were underwater they could travel faster and get out of range before the helicopter could get a decent lock to fire or launch missiles. Matchstick was being supplied with oxygen for the whole trip. Once they got back to the fort they surfaced inside. Horatio went up first and held out his hand, Matchstick grabbed it and he was pulled up. He took off the scuba mask and oxygen tank and caught his breath.

Matchstick: Oh my god, that was crazy.

Horatio: Welcome to the fort.

Match: Where is Pure, you guys need to hear this.

Horatio radioed everyone and they came to the main hall.

Rick: You good Matchstick?

Matchstick: With your Medusas, I lived but that is not important right now, I got some info you all should hear this.

Tactic: Enough to break radio silence?

Matchstick: Try the deck is on board with your demon girl?

The team looked at each other.

Taeyoung: What is the deck?

Jack: The deck is the top ten most wanted terrorists in the world after the war, how many are in?

Matchstick: Eight, was supposed to be nine but you put Deadshot in a cell years ago.

Zero: Wait, you said eight, why not nine?

Matchstick: The Queen of Hearts, Julia Petrova was not on board and I got word she is coming to you to surrender.

Everyone was puzzled.

Pure: Why?

Matchstick: I have no idea and they have been moving things in and out of ports but you don't know where, when and why, they are keeping this real quiet. You need someone to at least hack into there to see what is going on.

Pure: Which port?

Matchstick: Russia or China, best bet.

Pure goes to the side and makes a call.

Kadeem: Hello?

Pure: Kadeem, it's Pure.

Kadeem: What is it?

Pure: I need you to swipe at the major ports in Russia and China.

Kadeem: I'm headed that way in a week.

Matchstick: Tell him to head to the Kaliningrad before; they will armor you up if you say my name.

Pure: Kadeem, head to the Kaliningrad before you make it to the ports, say the name Matchstick and they will armor you up along with the Medusas.

Kadeem: You got it; I'll watch my back too.

Pure: Just be careful.

Pure hangs up.

Pure: Head to the medical bay for a checkup Matchstick.

Matchstick: Roger that sir.

Tactic: Hold on Matchstick, let me come with you.

Tactic was heading to the medical bay with Matchstick; they were talking while they were on their way. Pure went to Horatio and talked about the mission.

Pure: How were they?

Horatio: They performed right to the letter.

Pure: Good job Taeyoung and Madeline, get some rest, you earned it after that rescue.

Taeyoung and Madeline headed to the cafeteria, Derek and Renee went there too to help them out. Both of them sat up on either side.

Derek: Nice work on your first mission.

Madeline: Thank you, it was a tough mission but Horatio guided us well.

Derek: Well get some rest and get something to eat, I got training to go back to.

Madeline: All right.

Derek leaves Madeline to get some rest; meanwhile Renee went to Taeyoung and talked.

Renee: Had a good time?

Taeyoung: You know I would.

Renee: Too bad I can't come with you.

Taeyoung: You will get the chance.

Renee was walking away but Taeyoung splashed a little water in her direction. Renee heard it and dodged it. She looked back and smirked at Taeyoung, she was heading back to training when she saw Mima.

Mima: That was slightly better and he is catching onto you.

Renee: You really think I can be changed into you after this is over?

Mima: I earned this body, all you have to do is earn yours, now get back to the training area and earn it.

Renee headed back to the training area to continue, the fire on each threat is getting hotter and each team wants to douse the flame to be able to live in peace once again.
