Back in the normal dimension, five days later, Pure, Chun and Ming were playing with Pure's children; he was waiting on the next emergency after dealing with all Exo-suits and equipment of everyone. Pure had his armor and coat off. Both of them were sitting down on in Chun and Ming's fur while Pure was reading them a story. He was reading to them until he got something from Matchstick over the com.

Matchstick: Pure, Julia wants to see you, she just got off the phone with me and she wants to give you something and turn herself in to you.

Pure: Where is she?

Matchstick: She said she is in South Korea.

Pure: Heading there now.

Matchstick: Better take a vehicle, the rest of the deck will be after her for coming to you.

Pure: Roger that.

Pure gets up and puts Pure Jr. on Chun and Auriella on Ming. They were in fox Spirit form and were behind their heads. All three of them went to the garage where all their vehicles are stored. Pure went to Thunder and he started it up. He came out of the garage; Chun and Ming were at the side watching their dad take off. Pure revved up the engine in which Pure Jr. loved doing that, Pure heated up the tires and got ready to launch, this time he would open a portal to South Korea. Pure gunned it and headed out; he opened the portal and jumped through. He ended up on a highway, he reduced to normal speed. He got a message from Matchstick saying she is under the bridge near the stock exchange. He got off the highway and headed there, he saw two black jeeps trail behind him when he got close to the stock exchange and saw them.

Pure: Here we go.

Pure put his hand on the shifter and was making sure they were following him, once he made sure, he gunned it and lost them easily. He was looking around for her until another car came behind him but it wasn't anyone he recognize, he then got a call on his satellite phone.

Pure: Hello?

Voice: Follow the car behind you to me.

The call ended and the car behind him came in front of him and he followed it. Both of them stopped at a building, Pure got out and set Thunder to drive a random route till Pure got back and lose any suspicious vehicles.

They went inside and down to the basement, there Julia was heavily guarded.

Pure: Julia Petrova I presume?

Julia: You presume correct.

Pure: Why did you call me here, you could have just handed yourself over anyway.

Julia: Because this is important to you and me, they threatened to hurt my family and my little girls if I didn't accept.

Pure: Where are they now?

Julia: Split up and no one can find them; I am offering my surrender and information if you give up on the death penalty.

Pure: And how do I know you aren't pulling one on me?

Julia turned to the bodyguards.

Julia: Leave us, keep them distracted.

The bodyguards and the other woman left.

Julia: Handcuffs.

Pure hands her a set of handcuffs and she puts them on.

Julia: Convinced you now?

Pure: One more thing.

Pure opens a portal.

Pure: Ladies first.

Julia steps through and so did Pure; they ended up outside his house in Barbados.

Julia: Where are we?

Pure: Small safe house, we need to talk properly so you can head to the fort and explain things.

Pure had the keys and opened the front door, she went inside and Pure followed, Pure put his hat and coat on the stand but still had his sword, backpack and guns with him.

Pure: Ok, tell the truth, you don't have kids and you just gave yourself up, that sounds off.

Julia: What will make you believe me?

Pure used one of his tails and wrapped around her arm.

Pure: Why do you want to give up being in the deck?

Julia: I...

Pure: Don't bother lying, I know when you are.

Julia: I didn't have a choice when I became a part of the deck; it was kill or be killed at the time of the war.

Pure, Seth, Vincent, Randal, Qiang and Chun were listening.

Pure: Go on.

Julia: At the time of the war I had to follow my father's orders, he had no sons and I had to execute his plans.

Seth was checking the files while Randal and Chun were keeping an eye on her vitals.

Pure: Why couldn't you just say no?

Julia: Not when he has a pistol aimed at your brain.

Seth came back and there was one problem.

Pure: Says here your father is dead, a full meg to the heart.

Julia: Yes, because I am the one who put them there.

Pure looked at Randal and she wasn't lying.

Pure: But you picked up the business anyway, why?

Julia: I didn't have a choice, it was a critical time in the war and it was going to be way more anarchy if I didn't step in and keep things in check. I would have been hunted by the deck anyway if I didn't so I played along until I got a chance and a reason to hand myself over.

Pure: Randal?

Randal: All clear.

Pure: Where is the info?

Julia went into her pocket and gave him a flash drive. He plugged into it and it didn't have a virus. He left it in so Seth could get analyzing. Pure went into his bag and put a set of clothes next to her. He undid the handcuffs and used his tails to form a ball with him outside it.

Pure: Get changed.

Julia took up the clothes and went inside the ball, he closed it up and waited, once she changed around she knocked on the ball and he opened up, he gave her prison clothes to change into, he had a bigger set of handcuffs. She put them on herself and was ready. Pure opened a portal and whistled, two succubi came out. Pure grabbed his hat and coat while they were coming through.

Pure: Take her to the fort, questioning only.

Pure removed the flash drive from his cable.

Pure: Get this to Seth; I got to lose some heat.

Julia went with the succubi and they went through, Pure closed that one, opened another one, he locked the door and went through. He ended back up in South Korea; he saw his car coming to him with a lot of vehicles behind it. He came running and jumped into the car and took back control. He was maneuvering the car through the city to lose them. He ducked into an alleyway to lose them only for a few minutes until he saw someone in a cardboard box. Pure knew he only had a few minutes so he got out and looked inside, there was a child inside, that was bundled up but there was one odd thing about him, his right arm was gone. Pure realized it when he had the sleeve tied up.

Pure nudged him a little to see if he was still alive, he was and he was startled that Pure woke him, Pure went into his bag and got him a bottle of water. He opened it and put it near him; he took it up and started to drink it. Pure reached out his hand and he took it.

Pure got him into the car and strapped him into the passenger seat. He saw that the same vehicles were back from chasing him. Pure got back in and buckled up. Both all alleyways were blocked. Pure reached behind and opened up his nitrous bottles. He revved the engine and the tires were heating up, Pure activated the jet thruster and it was firing but he kept the brakes locked. He activated all four nitrous bottles and the car's tires were on fire. Once Pure let go of the brakes the car and it went on two wheels. Pure then opened the thruster to full throttle and it blasted the car off the ground. Pure redirected the power from the engine to the thruster and it blasted Pure and the kid right into the air. The resulting blast got them out of the blockage and onto a highway. Pure turned off the thruster and allowed the nitrous to rebuild. While they were recharging Pure was talking to the kid.

Pure: Do you have a name?

The boy doesn't say anything.

Pure: How did you get your arm like that?

He still doesn't say anything.

Pure: Randal, get me missing persons, see where this kid is from.

Randal: On it.

Pure went into his bag and got a snack, he opened it and rested it on his lap, the boy looked inside and there were chips inside. The boy reached into the bag and took out the chips and starts to eat them.

Pure: Anything Randal?

Randal: I am seriously getting nothing on him; I'm even checking facial recognition.

Pure: Keep looking.

Pure kept driving until more enemies showed up behind him. The nitrous was reloaded and he only activated one to get away, he opened up a portal and jumped in but he didn't go back to the fort, instead they ended up at the forest. Pure got out and went to the other side; he opened the door and undid the seatbelts. He picked him up and carried him into the forest.

Pure: Miguel.

Miguel was in the tree and he saw a leaf next to Pure, he jumped into a leaf next to him and ended up next to Pure.

Miguel: Hey Pure.

Miguel sees the boy in his hands.

Miguel: Who is this?

Pure: I found him homeless and in a cardboard box, his arm is missing.

Miguel: Is it severed?

Pure: That is the thing, the arm is already healed up but he can only use one, the other one is gone.

Miguel: Do you have any idea who he is?

Pure: We are still searching on his name.

Li came and he realized who it was immediately.

Li: Hiro!!

Li dropped what he had and came to him.

Li: Hiro, you ok?

Hiro recognizes Li and he nods his head.

Pure and Miguel: You know this kid?

Li: Yeah I do, he was born in South Korea, he has a birth defect and he can't talk and has no left arm. He and I were in the same container but they threw him out when they saw him as a defect, they put a bullet in his chest right as they closed the container, after that I don't know.

Hiro went under the jacket he had on he got from the trash and there was a bullet wound that was already healed.

Li: I'll take him, he trusts me the most.

Pure gave Hiro to Li.

Li: Rose!

Rose came back from the field and heard Li. Rose came to them and they got Hiro to Li's tree. Rose went to get some food, Li drew a bath for Hiro and once it was ready he let Hiro get in and made sure he was ok since he could only use his right arm and can't talk but he is still smart.

Li came back out and went back to Pure and Miguel.

Miguel: How do you know him?

Li: Because I met him the same way.

Pure: What?

Li: From when we were kids in elementary, I saw him there in an alleyways trying to find something to eat, I helped him out whenever I had spare food. Soon enough he waited on me to see if I had any and I spent a little of my allowance to make sure he had something to eat to get through the day. One time he followed me home and knocked at the door, I answered and saw it was him, it was raining and I told him to go around to my window and I let him in.

Miguel: That is thoughtful of you.

Li: I kept him quiet and kept him near the house. He liked to read and write, I bring him a book when he is done with the other one and I gave him a binder with a lot of pages. Even though he had only one arm he was a very skilled writer.

Pure: How skilled?

Li: Ever heard of the One-armed writer?

Miguel: Wait, wait, wait, you are telling me that is him?

Li: I submitted his work under that name for him to get the credit. Since he can't talk but can write I manage all the heavy details while I leave him to writing. The time we got captured and sold was the same time we were headed to the authors since they wanted a face meet.

Pure: Thought they would get two for the price of one.

Li: But we hid the binder containing his work together, only we know where it is. When I got out I checked the author's websites and usual book releases and his weren't out. It would really make him happy if you could find it back.

Pure: Where is it?

Li: Pull up a map.

Pure pulls up a map of South Korea, Li searches and he pulls up a spot.

Li: Here, we put it in the sewers in a section that doesn't get flooded; there is a fake wall there.

Pure: Be right back.

Pure opens a portal and goes into South Korea, ends up right at the coordinates. He sees a sewer entrance, opens it and goes into it. He ends up on the catwalk, he punches the side of the wall and he senses the fake wall. He went to it, he opened the fake wall and there were two binders. He took them up and put them in his bag. Pure then went up to the streets and went through the portal. He ended back up in the forest with Miguel next to him.

Pure: Got them.

Pure took out the binders and gave them to Li.

Li: He will be very happy.

Li takes them and goes up to his tree where he was eating a hot plate of food and fresh drink squeezed for him.

Li: Hiro, got something for you buddy.

Li showed Hiro the binders and Hiro was happy, Hiro stopped and he was excited his work was safe. Hiro put the binders down and opened the binders. His writing was excellent and dramatic; both binders were filled with his work.

Pure: This is mind-blowing right here.

Miguel: You can say that again.

Li: He knows how to work with what he has, eat up and your new home will be ready soon.

Hiro had a puzzled look.

Li: Yeah, we live here in the forest, I live here and soon you will too, now eat up.

Hiro put the binders down and continued eating. Pure and Miguel went outside to a nearby tree.

Pure: I have been meaning to ask, what's with what's with the extra tattoos and the special ability a couple days ago?

Miguel: Blossom and I fully bonded to each other and the forest.

Pure: Bet that was a special time for you two.

Miguel: Yeah, it was.

Miguel touched the tree and his tattoos were glowing, he made the tree next to Li's a house for Hiro to live in. Miguel has also been learning a few tricks from Blossom through the years.

Pure: Nicely done, now let's get this place set up for him.

Pure and Miguel worked together; they made all the necessities for him, including a bookcase and a place to write. Once everything was set up and Hiro was finished eating they brought him over to his new home.

Hiro looked at Li.

Li: Yeah, it's your new home.

Hiro headed inside and he saw his new home, Hiro was amazed that this was his home now.

Li: Want me to stay here with you or you would like Rose to be here with you.

Hiro went to Rose and she placed her hand on his head.

Li: All right, see you later.

Everyone left except Rose and Hiro; Rose had his binders and placed them in the bookshelf that was provided for him. Pure left a drone to keep Hiro safe, Rose sat down on the bed. Hiro went to the window and he saw everyone working together. Hiro was feeling very tired, Hiro came to Rose and sat down in the bed next to her. He rested his head on her lap. Back with the rest of the team, Miguel and Pure were talking until Blossom and Raheem came to them.

Blossom: Hello Pure-Senpai.

Pure: Hey Blossom, everything ok?

Blossom: Everything is ok Pure-senpai.

Pure: I see you Raheem bonded with Violet very nicely.

Raheem: We bonded in more ways than one actually. I'm now the King to her Queen and I can understand her now.

Pure: Understand how?

Raheem: Her pheromones allow her to talk to me in my head so I can understand her directly.

Pure: Nice.

Raheem: Yeah, it's pretty sweet.

Pure: Where is Abagail?

Miguel: In the trees with Ivy, I think those two have some chemistry together.

That made Pure's gears screech in his head.

Pure: You serious?

Miguel: Don't shoot the messenger here.

Pure: I am not going to, I got Liz and Daiyu at the fort and they are getting married.

Miguel: About time, those two are practically built for each other.

Pure: Ease off the nitrous Miguel, they were in pain before they found love, some things needed some time.

Blossom: When will they be officially married?

Pure: We are trying to sort out this threat to let them get married but how the pieces are moving at the movement, I have no idea.

Miguel: Good point.

Pure: Anyway, I got to head back to the fort and deal with this problem.

Blossom: Bye Pure-Senpai.

Everyone split up from there and Pure was headed back to the car. Miguel appeared in front of Pure. Miguel had a piece of paper in his hand. Pure took it from him and got into Thunder.

Pure: You two really going to ask them when this is over?

Miguel: Yup.

Pure opens the piece of paper and it was the ring ideas for Blossom and Violet.

Pure: I'll get working on these when I have time.

Miguel: Thanks.

Pure started up Thunder and headed through a portal; Miguel went through another leaf and ended up inside his house. Pure got back to the fort and parked Thunder back in his garage spot. Pure got out and went to the main hall.

Pure: How is she handling?

Mima: Your suspicion was as good as mine but she is just cooperating, did the whole nine yards on her body scan and the flash drive, nothing to even raise a red flag.

Pure: What has she given us?

Mima: What she has to use and what she had before she got out of there.

Alisha called over the com.

Alisha: Honey, she wants to see you real quick.

Pure: On my way.

Pure headed to the interrogation area and went to Julia's cell.

Pure: You called?

Julia: Yes I did and I have something you and your team really needs.

Pure: But I'm guessing you want something in return.

Julia: Is there any way I can talk to one of those cute boys that are here on my way to this cell?

Pure: -smirks- I had a mind you would say that when you got here. I'll make you a deal then, if all of your information pays off the death penalty is off the table and you can have your shot.

Julia: High stakes are we?

Pure: Go big or go home.

Julia: At this point, you have a deal.

Pure: What is it you want us to know?

Julia: Right before I left I saw a list of artifacts that they were searching for, I researched a few of them from every culture and they point to things that can make the person become gods.

Pure, Randal, Seth, Vincent and Qiang: Gods?

Julia: Anything that can raise the dead, make you immortal, regenerate rapidly, anything in that category.

Seth: That explains why they were trying to figure out what switches were flipped in your head.

Julia: You need to stop them before they get their hands on any of them.

Pure: Thanks for the info, deal?

Pure reaches out his hand.

Julia: Deal.

Julia reaches out from her cell and shakes Pure's hand. She let's go and Pure heads to the main hall.

Pure: Seth?

Seth: Way ahead of you, searching for artifacts with that specific detail.

Mima: You really think she is going to keep it straight?

Pure: She better.

Chun and Ming came to Pure with the children in hybrid mode. They gave them to Pure and they transformed back.

Pure: Thanks you two.

Pure pet both Chun and Ming and they head to the cafeteria. Pure went to the cafeteria as well and sat down while Chun and Ming were getting something to eat. Pure took off his hat and Pure Jr. took it and put it on, Pure took off his scarf and Auriella put it around her neck. Pure put his sword down and put his coat on the hilt. Both kids looked at Pure and they were happy that daddy was back home. Pure was smiling too, he was happy that his own children were his bit of sunshine in his darkness.
