In the monster dimension, with the eastern team, they were doing some traveling until they felt an unfamiliar presence and Mekuboto could smell it.

Elysium: Easy Mekuboto.

Razor: She has been growling for the past fifteen minutes.

Jones: Our sensors are picking it up but we don't see anybody.

Captain Harley: Something is up ahead.

Everyone came up upon a really big house.

Ash: Looks like a mansion.

Mekuboto was growling fiercer.

Elysium: This must be what Mekuboto smelled.

Four monsters came out of the house, a wolf, a lamia, a Neko and an Arachne.

Neko: Welcome, we have been expecting you.

Jones: Be on your guard everyone.

Razor: You don't have to tell me twice.

All of them went inside and Elysium was noticing something on every single monster they pass. They had on a metal collar and two metal bracelets. When they got to the main hall they saw a wolf sitting there like royalty.

Werewolf: Welcome to my humble home, I have been hearing much about your travels.

Captain Harley: -whispering- This place is not on the map anywhere.

Jones: Watch all angles.

Werewolf: I have a few things here for you but I would like to see your special friend.

Elysium had a feeling and went on the defensive; Mekuboto climbed on his back and held on.

Elysium: For what purpose?

Werewolf: She is somewhat intriguing to me; I would like to just touch her.

Mekuboto was growling heavily.

Elysium: Sorry, we do not like that idea.

Werewolf: Aren't you her master, you can make her do whatever you want.

Elysium: I don't treat her as a slave; I treat her like everyone else, unlike you.

Kalon: What?

Elysium: Every single one we passed has a collar and metal bracelets, like they are slaves to you.

Werewolf: Hmm, looks like you catch on way faster than anyone that I have met but no matter, she will be mine.

Just then a smoke bomb came in front of them and a monster came out.

Monster: The entrance, now!

Everybody started to run in the opposite direction with Mekuboto still on Elysium's back and she was holding on tightly. They saw some heavy guards at the door, Jones threw his massive sword, Elysium threw two fireballs, Captain Harley shot her webs, Jessica fired off two arrows and Nico threw two daggers. All combined attacks disabled the guards and blew the door open.

Monster: Into the forest!

All of them ran into the forest right behind the monster. They kept running until each of them slid into a cave in a cliff. When all of them were safe they were catching their breath. Jones picked up his sword when he was running out.

Monster: That was close.

Avi: What in the world is going on in that house?

Monster: It's not a house it's a prison.

Razor: That is not any prison I know.

Elysium: What is going on in there?

Monster: That wolf you saw was a dark wizard, he has been using spells and enchantments to imprison people and he does whatever he wants to us.

The monster had on a cloak and they took it off, it was a boy Neko, he had on the same collar and bracelets from before.

Jason: Then if he is a wizard then why aren't you under his control?

Neko: Because I was given a special enchantment that charms and enchantments don't work on me. A gift I got from my chief at home. I was an adventurer like you until he captured me by force, he didn't see the enchantment but I played along to see what is going on and find a way out for everyone but these stop you from going anywhere.

Elysium: But Mekuboto smelled things fifteen minutes away from that mansion.

Neko: He trains some for inside and he trains others for outside, what she smelled was the ones he had for the outside, they were hiding the shadows and waiting for the order to strike.

Jason: Then why haven't you been captured?

Neko: When he was asleep I copied enchantments from his book and used them on myself to be invisible to him and everyone in a given area, it's how they couldn't find me but you can.

Elysium: You made an enchantment on the collars to not see yours.

Neko: Exactly, he hasn't figured out who it is yet because he is so caught up trading with some dryad he met a couple days ago.

The team looks at each other.

Kalon: She wouldn't be named Moriah would she?

Neko: That's it! She came here looking for rare ingredients.

Razor: What was the tradeoff for?

Neko: She had some book that he wanted and she got some ingredients, I didn't know them all but I did know one, an Angel's tear but that is used only to help people who are gravely injured.

Jason: We need to stop him to slow her progress on her endgame.

Neko: If you are going to take him out, you are going to need help and she has to stay here and her master. He will try to break the bond between the two of you.

Mekuboto came to Elysium and held onto him tightly and looked Elysium.

Elysium: Don't worry Mekuboto, I am not going to let anyone come in-between us.

Neko: If he is staying here, then you are going to need backup here in case that wizard gets any ideas.

Jones: Avi, Ash, stay here and keep guard. The rest of us, let's take this wizard down.

The Neko got rid of the cloak and was ready with two daggers. They climbed their way out of the cave on the side of the cliff and head back to the mansion.

Neko: What's the plan?

Jones: They can't see us but we can see them, we need to thin down their numbers before we even get a shot at this wizard.

Neko: Some of those prisoners are very loyal to him but he may still kill them regardless.

Captain Harley: I got an idea but it may require spinning a really big web.

Neko: You can't go past a certain range with me.

Nico: What we need is a decoy.

Jessica: I'll go, I'm just as fast as Nico and it will buy me some extra time when I am being chased.

Kalon: What's the plan?

Captain Harley told everyone her plan. She started to weave a lot of strings and Nico took a few strings with him. Jessica ran ahead armed with Nico in the shadows. While they were paying attention to Jessica, Nico was working behind them and incapacitating them quietly. He used the spider string and that told the others were collecting them and putting them out of the battle. Meanwhile Mekuboto was crying and holding onto Elysium tightly.

Elysium: Your master treated you badly.

Mekuboto lifted up her hair and turned around, Elysium saw scar marks on her back, wounds from before when she was frozen in the ice.

Elysium: Its ok Mekuboto, I would never do anything like that to you.

Elysium turns Mekuboto around and looks her in her eyes.

Elysium: I know you had a hard time before but I am your master and I will protect you like how you protect me.

Mekuboto just held onto Elysium and he just laid back and was petting her to keep her calm. Avi was keeping an eye on them and listening in.

Avi: I know imprisonment is bad but slavery is just wrong.

Ash: It's ungodly.

Avi: I can only imagine what she had to be put through.

Ash: We all lived it back on our earth.

Avi: What do you mean?

Ash: You may think slavery is just set to one person but it isn't. Over on our earth, centuries ago it was a dark time for slaves. They worked all the time until they couldn't work anymore and was just tossed aside like a bone.

Avi: That's terrible.

Ash: They were whipped, tortured, used for amusement, sometimes sitting down and reading the story of slave after slave puts you right there in the middle of it. It felt like you were no longer in charge of your body and they would twist your mind to however they pleased.

Avi: Have any tried to escape?

Ash: Some did and some didn't, all of them wanted to be from the chains that bound them to a place they were supposed to call home but they stood up and fought.

Avi: Even though they could get killed.

Ash: At that point, they didn't care; all they wanted is to be free so that their children didn't know the hell they went through.

Avi: What about the ones that are loyal, like those ones out there.

Ash: At that point, I don't know loyalty is a funny thing; you don't know where their loyalties lie. On our earth we run on respect or honor. Those are reliable.

Avi: Honor I know about but respect I never heard of.

Ash: It is when you deeply admire something that they did, either defeating a powerful person or saving your life.

Avi: Then I would be in a life debt to that person.

Ash: Kind of like that.

Avi: But still...

Avi and Ash look back at Elysium and Mekuboto. Mekuboto was calmer now and Elysium was still rubbing her head keeping her calm. Elysium was listening in on what Ash said and he understood what Mekuboto felt or at least trying to since he is an AI. He used his other hand and goes for one of hers. He placed his hand in hers and just sat there helping her forget. Meanwhile the team made their way to the mansion, incapacitating and keeping them quiet so that they don't know where they are.

Jason: Ok, here we are, how are we getting in?

Neko: Ring the front door?

Razor: We got another way we call ringing the doorbell.

Jessica: You mean?

Razor: Yup

Jason: Then ring it.

Razor and Jessica used their fire magic to blow the door open, with Jessica using an arrow she made to blow and Razor using a fire strike. The resulting blast blew the door open and knocked back anyone behind it.

Neko: If we can silence the wolf, he can't use any of his magic.

Captain Harley: I got something in mind for him.

Jason: Switch to knockout attacks only.

Everyone used attacks that would make them unconscious as they moved up or incapacitated them to be of no use to the wizard. When they got there he was ready to fight.

Werewolf: I knew it was someone that I captured would betray me but this time I have the advantage.

The werewolf snapped his fingers and the collar was getting tighter around the Neko's neck.

Neko: Guys, I can't breathe!

Jessica: Oh no!

Jones: Get the collar off.

Kalon: I can't!

Werewolf: I didn't pay attention to you because I knew you would bring more prisoners, should have thought of that a long time ago when those others escaped, but no matter, you are mine now.

Kalon: We need to buy him some time!

Jones was looking at the werewolf and he was still looking around.

Jones: He still doesn't know where we are.

Razor: I got an idea, tilt your head.

Razor ripped off a piece of his clothing, wrapped his sword and jammed it in-between the collar and the Neko to buy time, he jammed it behind his head to do so.

Razor: This is not going to hold forever!

Captain Harley: It has to!

Everyone spread out in the room and Razor brought the Neko closer so the invisibility will still work but the werewolf casted a dispel spell that got rid of all enchantments in the area.

Werewolf: I have you now.

The werewolf was going to say an enchantment but Captain Harley stopped him by webbing his mouth shut. Jessica launched three fire arrows not at him but behind him to get him off-balanced, Nico moved in and stole his staff. Kalon moved in and restrained the wolf. Everyone moved in and had the werewolf pinned down.

Jones: Undo what you did to him.

The werewolf was not complying and a portal opened up, it was Moriah and she was not happy, Kalon wrapped the werewolf.

Moriah: You.

Kalon: Moriah, wait, we know why you are doing this!

Moriah: How do you know my name and you have no idea what I am doing.

Kalon took out the book and showed it to her.

Moriah: Then you should stay out of my way.

Jessica: Listen, we are with you on bringing your love back but doing it like this is not right.

Razor: Guys, I'm losing him!

Moriah saw the Neko almost losing consciousness.

Moriah: You told me all of these people are under your protection, release him.

The wolf was still not complying.

Moriah: You aren't a saint, you are a thief and a thief must be punished.

Razor: Don't, if you kill him you are just as bad as him.

Moriah: You know what those thieves did to me and he must get what he deserves.

Just then Elysium, Mekuboto, Avi and Ash came running in. Mekuboto saw the Neko, took off one of her gauntlets and managed to get her hand in before the sword broke. Mekuboto was trying to break it but she needed help.

Elysium: Mekuboto, open your hand.

Mekuboto opened her hand and Elysium used his magic to ice up the collar.

Razor: Hang in there, take one deep breath.

The Neko took one deep breath, Mekuboto started to bend the metal since it was starting to get brittle. She used all of her strength to break it until everyone heard a massive sound of metal breaking. Mekuboto opened her hand and she had a piece of the collar in her hand but her hand was bleeding. Mekuboto then ripped off the collar. The Neko caught his breath just in time.

Razor: That's it, breathe.

The Neko sat up and was still catching his breath. Elysium saw Mekuboto's hand and grabbed a cloth.

Elysium: Easy Mekuboto, easy.

Elysium wrapped her hand up and Mekuboto kneeled down and let him bandage her hand.

Elysium: There we go.

Elysium turned around and Mekuboto got on his back. Moriah saw all of this and was walking back through but Kalon stopped her.

Kalon: Moriah, I feel your pain but you can't keep killing people like this.

Moriah: They killed the love of my life; the only way for her to be safe is for all of them to die.

Kalon: You think she would still love you after how much bloodshed has happened?

Moriah was thinking on it for a minute, she was starting to cry.

Moriah: As long as she is back alive in my arms, I don't care.

Moriah walks through and the portal closes, everyone looks at the werewolf and knocks him out.

Razor: God, that was tough, you ok man.

The Neko nodded his head and was ok.

Ash: That was a really close, thank god you got to her in time to not kill us all.

Jessica: If she is like that then we have a chance to get to her and end this.

Jones: That might be a while, we will be lucky if we meet again.

Kalon and Captain Harley were removing any trinkets that would provide magic, they kept his hands apart and his mouth shut with Captain Harley's webbing. All of the slaves the wolf had came to the main room.

Jones: You think they will fight for him?

Ash: Possibility.

All of them came to Elysium and Mekuboto; they saw the bandage on her hand and him defending her. One of them spoke.

Prisoner: Please, let us go.

Mekuboto got off and took off her other gauntlet, Elysium helped her out and they were breaking the collars one by one easier after a while of letting them go and disposing of each collar from all of them.

Jones: That the last one?

Neko: Yes.

Prisoner: Thank you for freeing us.

Elysium was bandaging and using his healing field to heal her wounds.

Elysium: There we go, stay close to me ok?

Mekuboto nods.

Jones: We should get him to a nearby prison; you all should come with us to a nearby town.

Razor: Yeah, I am going to need a new sword after all of that.

Jessica: We should get whatever this guy had in storage for treasures.

Everyone headed down to the treasure room, it was a massive room filled with a lot of gold, clothing and artifacts.

Razor: Wow, this is a lot!

Jason: We should sort out all of this.

Captain Harley: Everyone, give us a hand!

They started to go through all of the gold, trinkets and artifacts, they found a lot of useful things but they shared it with the prisoners. Just then Ash found something.

Ash: Hey guys, I found a dragon skin.

Just then the dragon skin came alive and put itself on Razor.

Razor: Whoa hey, what's going on!?

Elysium checks the artifact book and finds it.

Elysium: Looks like we have a heroic artifact, that is called the Dragon Cape Hands, it grants whoever wears it extra two limbs to do whatever the person wants.

Ash: Is there a downside to this?

Elysium: The skin picks its user and you can't take it off.

Razor: What??

Elysium: Says it right here, the skin will only come off when you are dead.

Razor: So you are telling me I am stuck with this for life?

Elysium: That is the analysis.

Ash: Well, how do the hands work?

Elysium: It says you have to think of them as extra limbs; it is connected directly to your mind.

Razor: But can the headpiece come down?

Elysium: Yes, it says it doesn't disrupt the link.

Razor took the hood off and unclipped the cloak he had on before and just let it fall off.

Razor: Ok, let's give this a try.

Razor thought of two other arms he had and the cape came apart in two pieces and formed into two hands.

Kalon: Whoa.

Elysium: Let's try something,

Elysium took up a piece of gold and threw it to Razor; he used his new arms to grab it. The arms are three times his arms when he thinks of them. He works the coins through his four hands but he needed practice with them.

Razor: Harder than I thought.

Jones: Going to need some practice with those.

Captain Harley: You know with those you can handle bigger weapons.

Razor: I could.

Prisoner: I found something for you.

The prisoner found the hairband and the other arm bracelet to the dragon heart set. Elysium took them and gave them to Mekuboto. She put them on and got back on Elysium's back so her hands could get some heal time.

Avi: We should strip this place and burn it, this place has been a hell for too long.

Everyone worked together and took everything out of the house. Once they had everything, they poured oil everywhere. One of the prisoners had a torch in his hand and threw it inside. The place quickly caught fire and everyone started to walk away.

Jones: There is a city a couple of miles ahead, if we step it we can reach it by sunset.

The team and all of the prisoners started their trek with the werewolf as their prisoner. They had everything from the house with them and Razor was helping since the strength of his new hands was actually stronger than he thought. Elysium kept an eye on Mekuboto's wounds. With everyone helping they managed to get to the city at sunset. The guards there saw them coming and they were shocked.

Guard: Whoa, what is all of this!?

Jason: Prisoners of a terrible person.

They threw the werewolf on the floor and they recognize who it was.

Head Guard: Get him to our king now and get these people settled in immediately.

Everyone was directed to the castle courtyard where they waited on the king there. A minotaur came out and everyone bowed to him.

Minotaur King: You may rise eastern team and you have my thanks, this one has been on our bounty hunting list for a long time. We have the bounty here for you and these poor souls will be given what they need.

Jason: We brought all he had for you before we burned down the place where he held them as prisoner.

Minotaur King: Very good, they can stay here until they are ready to leave.

Jason: We are also going to need new equipment.

Minotaur King: Our blacksmith is at your disposal.

Elysium: Also some healing.

Minotaur: Of course.

Everyone set up camp for the night and Elysium got Mekuboto the medical attention for her hands. Elysium picked up Mekuboto and she held on without using her hands. He took her back to the courtyard and everyone was settled in getting something to eat, sorting out shares of gold for everyone and getting equipment for their journey home. Elysium sat down with Mekuboto on his lap.

Elysium: What is the status on all of them?

Ash: Getting a hot plate of food and a good nights' rest to begin their travel.

Kalon hands Mekuboto's dinner which was a big piece of meat. Elysium helped her by shredding it up with his hands and feeding it to her.

Captain Harley: You really understand her.

Elysium: It took some time but it's like understanding someone that needs help in their own special way.

Jason: How long is it going to take for her to heal?

Elysium: Herbalist says a few days.

Razor: Well, I might need a few days for my hand-eye coordination to work with my new arms.

Razor had a ball and he was using all four of his arms, interchanging with each of them to work better.

Avi: What about them using a weapon?

Razor: The blacksmith has something special for me in the morning.

Jessica: Now that that is out of the way, let's talk about Moriah.

Jones: Whatever you were talking about, had her unstable.

Avi: It's like she didn't know if to help us or help him.

Nico: I'm just glad she did neither; we don't know how much dark magic she learned.

Elysium: Or even if she is getting any closer to resurrection.

Avi: After hearing and seeing all of that I partly don't blame her.

Ash: What is the other part saying?

Avi: It's wrong to take a life, even though they are a criminal like the one we captured.

Razor: What is happening to that guy anyway?

Jason: Hanging in the morning when everyone splits up.

Razor: Back on topic, what about that dark magic she is using, think it has any tricks up its sleeve?

Ash: No idea, it can go any way with that type of magic.

Kalon: I'm running on one big if right now, can I?

Jones: All options are available right now, what's yours?

Kalon: If we let Moriah revive Lital, we need a method of getting that dark energy away from her.

Jones: We should send a message to Dragon Mountain and the Destiny Team. They might have a solution for that.

Ash: I'll send the message.

Ash gets up and heads into the castle, Mekuboto finished eating and settled down in Elysium's lap.

Jones: We might need two people keeping an eye on things while everyone gets some sleep.

Avi: I got lookout tonight.

Captain Harley: I'm with her.

Jones: All right, night everyone.

Everyone got some rest while Avi and Captain Harley kept watch. Elysium carried Mekuboto and set her down. He laid down too and she came to him and snuggled next to him. Elysium rubbed her head for a little bit before going into sleep mode. When Elysium was in sleep mode Mekuboto shifted herself and she was looking at Elysium while he was in sleep mode. Mekuboto said something for the first time in her life.

Mekuboto: My... nice... mastah.

Mekuboto fell back to sleep and held on to Elysium but she watched her hands. Mekuboto was bonding with Elysium more and more every single day and it was growing into something special.
