Everyone was busy at the fort until a call came in for the fort but it was from the Chinese President.

Chinese President: Pure, this is an emergency!

Pure: What is wrong sir!?

Chinese President: This one can be only done when it's winter we are currently sending a team of sick and untreatable diseases to the fort in order for them to be cured.

Pure: Sir with all due respect, that is absolutely crazy!

Chinese President: These are diseases that have evolved throughout the years; Sage 5 cancer, Advanced Leukemia, and other untreatable diseases are on their way.

Pure: How long do we have?

Chinese President: Ten hours, twelve max.

Pure: Anything needed?

Chinese President: A sub-zero room and a BH4 lab.

Pure: I'll see what I can do.

Pure hangs up.

Pure: Everyone, we are on red alert!

Alisha: What's wrong!?

Pure: The Chinese President has given the heads up that we have the worst diseases to date coming to the fort.

Carolina: What!?!?

Horatio: How long are we talking?!

Pure: Ten hours, twelve max.

Mima: What's needed?

Pure: A cryo-room and a BH4 lab.

Mima: There is a BH4 lab set up for just in case emergencies.

Pure: Since when?

Mima: Since Shen thought that the zombie apocalypse was going to happen so he made arrangements in case we ever came across the cure for that or any other lethal disease.

Jack: Seriously?

Mima: Better safe than sorry.

Jack: Good point.

Pure: Ok we got the room but what does he want a cryo room for?

Xiao: Wait a minute.

Pure: What is it?

Xiao goes through some of their research and looked up on the internet to find what was needed.

Xiao: Here it is, the diseased dozen.

Pure: What's that?

Daiyu: It was one of the top secret projects that Shen was working on. The diseased dozen is twelve individuals who came from all across the globe with evolved diseases. They were sent to china so that a cure could be found before it could be spread and kill a lot of people. They live normal lives inside a cryogenic freezer set to fifty degrees Celsius.

Seth: Won't that turn them to ice sickles?

Xiao: That's where it gets scientifically weird. Our dad made a compound so that their bodies could adapt to that temperature and use the humans' ability to adapt to any condition so that the disease would be slowed down but they won't. The only time to move them from lab to lab was in the winter time when the temperature was close enough to theirs so that the disease won't relapse and get stronger.

Pure: Which means we need to accommodate for them.

Xiao: But don't keep them apart, they have found love and bonds from them being together from since childhood. There are six boys and six girls so we have to pair them off and keep them close.

Sandra: How are we going to cure them?

Pure: They think my regeneration can kill the virus or if that can't work they would have some way to containing it or living off of it.

Lucinda: Like, you living off of that radiation.

Pure: Exactly, now let's get it set up for them when they arrive and bring out the hazmat suits. Mima plot a clean course to their rooms and make sure they are comfortable, everyone else, let's get those rooms ready. Lucinda, Sandra, Arachnid and Artemis have to stay out of range of them at all costs, we don't know how it will affect you or your biochemistry.

Monster Girls: Got it.

Everyone prepared for when the diseased dozen will arrive. When they did a normal ship came towards the fort with a container that had Cryogas connected to them. Everyone at the fort had hazmat suits on and the monster girls headed to the nearby shore to be away from the heat and waited until the all clear was given. Once the boat docked Pure met the Captain of the ship.

Pure: Welcome to the Destiny Fort captain.

Captain: Pleasure is all mines, we got a package for you but it's almost out of Cryogas.

Pure: You didn't pack extra?

Captain: We did but keeping it at the correct temperature take a lot.

Pure: Ok everyone, let's get it inside!

Pure, Alisha, Horatio, Jack, Xiao and Zhēnbǎo each took a side of the crate and lifted with the help of the soldiers to put it on the truck and get it to the cryo-room. Mima made a transition section so that the diseased dozen can get into the room without a sudden change in temperature. Once it was locked in Mima used one of her drones to unlock the door and direct them into the room. Mima talks through the drone and helps them inside.

Mima: This way everyone, new accommodations are waiting for you.

All twelve of them followed and went inside the room and they shut it with Mima's drone, she then took it to the decontamination room where it was cleaned of any diseases. Once the room was completely sealed and the Cryogas was working. Once that was done they decontaminated the route they took and made sure there was no way of anyone getting sick, everyone went to the decontamination room where they were all sprayed with a chemical that neutralizes anything. (The teams' all have custom hazmat suits to accommodate their tails and wings so they won't feel uncomfortable.) Once that was done they decontaminated the route they took and made sure there was no way of anyone getting sick. The AI teams made sure and it was completely clear of the diseases.

They installed some computers, monitors and games inside so that they would feel more at home, beds to accommodate them and refreshments for the long trip they had. Pure showed up on a monitor and greeted them.

Pure: Ladies, Gentlemen and children I welcome you to the Destiny Fort. My name is Pure, the commander and the person who is going to cure the diseases that are running through your veins. May I ask your names?

Person: We don't go by names; we go by numbers.

Pure: Then may I ask your numbers?

Person: My number is 9, this is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12.

#6: Wait a minute, I know that name, do you know Shen?

Pure: Yes, I did, unfortunately he is dead and my team is continuing his work and his legacy.

#3: Why do you look like that with the eyes and thing in your chest?

Pure: You haven't known what was going on outside of your containers, have you?

#5: Some words get around and we heard someone who saved the world twice from evil.

Pure: Well, that was me.

#7: It is an honor to meet you in person.

Pure: The honor is mine, I have the time to tell you the story of what happened but first I want to know what disease we are dealing with and who has what.

#2: Advanced Leukemia.

#3 Advanced AIDS.

#4: Advanced Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

#5: Type 5 Diabetes.

#6: Advanced Influenza.

Pure: Xiao, is that all in your fathers' notes?

Xiao: Got it right here. He made different solutions to each of them to keep them at bay but not to completely cure them. He had some theories to do it but didn't get the time.

Pure: That's where we come in. See if you can prove some of those theories work and find a path to cure them. If we can cure the diseased dozen, then we can cure its earlier stages and finally have them under control.

Daiyu: Let's get to work children.

Xiao, Zhēnbǎo and Daiyu headed to the BH4 room which was underwater and away from any type of work since it was ten kilometers down and was big enough to do any lab work. There was a tube coming from the diseased dozen to the lab so that samples and testing could work. In the meantime, Pure told the Diseased Dozen what they have missed and what has happened to him.

#7: Did that really happen to you?

Pure: Yes, it did.

#9: You are just like us but your condition is workable.

Pure: With a lot more things included.

#5: We wish we could experience the world outside but the world has other ideas.

Pure: Yeah, fate can really throw a curve ball at you.

#3: Or in your case a fastball.

Pure: Simple, yet true.

#9: Can we see your reactors and tails?

Pure: I don't see why not; we are in the same boat anyway.

Pure showed his reactors and tails to them.

Pure: I know it's not pretty.

#10: We have seen bad but that is way worse.

Pure: It's something that I live with but I work through it.

#2: So have we.

Pure: So, I know you guys knew Shen, how was he for you?

#9: Shen cared for us like no one else ever did, it would seem he used your tech with his bio to make us stable and be able to live under these harsh conditions for us to survive.

Pure: He and I used to share the same idea; to create a utopia for all people with their differences but that was put off for 24 years when both of us came under certain circumstances.

#11: In those 24 years he worked tirelessly to try and cure us, he even talked about you, how you had crazy ideas but workable despite all of the odds, but that was cut short when he developed cancer of his own.

Pure: He was passing the torch onto his children and me to finish what he started since he was the one who prepared for all of this. Since radiation gives me regeneration, he was hoping my blood could cure you twelve or at least find a way to make you live with your diseases like a normal person again.

#1: We would like that very much.

Pure: I'm looking through the reports Shen left and it does detail what you guys like to eat and what you guys favorite would you like me to get it for you guys?

The Diseased Dozen: Sure.

Pure: Ok, let me get to work on this.

Pure leaves the Diseased Dozen to get settled while he heads to the rest of the team.

Pure: Ok guys we got a dozen orders to fill in, let's make them feel like home.

Carolina: You are sure you can cure them?

Pure: Shen made a promise to them that he would help them, I am just here to fulfill that promise.

Xiao (over comm.): And we will.

Alisha: The part I'm shocked about is how they are still alive under those temperatures.

Seth: Yeah I have been wondering that too.

Pure: He did two things; one he used their blood to make them go cryogenic so that they would be normal but the disease won't since bacteria doesn't work under sub-zero conditions. Second is that the human body can be very scary Seth, it can adapt to an environment when given enough time, it's how I developed my regeneration through radiation from computers and phones, my genetics harnessed the radiation and used it to speed up cell regrowth.

Seth: So just anyone can get radiation?

Pure: Nope, each person's genetic makeup is unique but the adaptation part is very frightening. You and Mima help the twins and their mother on the research and cures, I'll handle the outside help. Right now, let me see what I can cook up for them.

Pure walks away looking at the menus each of them have designed for the disease to be kept at bay and still enjoy themselves.

Jack: Now I think nightmare is an understatement right now.

Horatio: Like he is death itself?

Jack: Exactly!

Horatio: You haven't seen him let loose on a game yet.

Jack: I hope not.

Alisha: Let's just concentrate on our tasks before we lose our heads.

Alisha and Carolina catch up with Pure to help him with what they need.

Lucinda: We should keep our distance since they are contagious.

Sandra: But we should at least try to talk to them and get to know them better since they are like that.

Arachnid: I'll keep an eye on them and make sure they are ok.

Mima: I can set up times when you guys to talk when you have time.

Everyone got back to work and the twins got to researching how to cure the diseased dozen. Pure was going to finish what Shen started and made sure it was a utopia for everyone. (This is a memorabilia episode to tribute to the people who died against diseases and to help the causes on how to cure them. Twenty-four years is too long for these diseases to be cured and they could get out of hand.)
