Two days later a container ship was passing by to the fort and it came in to drop off something. It dropped off six crates and left. It was cleared and left the fort. Pure came out and there was a note on one of the crates. It read "Here is something to show our thanks. Oh, and make sure you open the crates at the top not the doors." Pure opened the crates at the top and he knew what came for him. Pure used his tails to bring them inside. He calls everyone to the cafeteria and they come.

Pure: Hey everyone, looks like we got something worth enjoying.

Horatio: What is it, what's in the crates?

Pure opens the crates and they contain Caribbean fruits and delicacies. There were coconuts, young and old, sugar canes, golden apples, mangoes from different islands, a lot of good things were in the crates.

Horatio: A tropical smorgasbord.

Lucinda: Some of these I have only seen in my photos but I always want to ask how they taste.

Pure: Well you will get that chance. Carolina, want to help?

Carolina: Sure.

Pure jumps up and grabs a few sugar cane pieces. Pure rolls them down his tails and Carolina catches them. Pure takes a couple and puts them on the floor. Pure goes into his bag in which he repaired the straps and gave Carolina her knife. Auriella was in Alisha's tails taking a nap with Pure Jr. Carolina takes her knife sits down and starts carving the sugar cane, Pure were doing the same thing too.

Jack: How do you know how do to do that?

Pure: When you live in the Caribbean you learn a couple of things.

Xiao: like carving.

Lucinda: What do you make from this sugar cane?

Pure: Well the name gives it away.

Artemis: So that makes sugar?

Carolina: Yup.

Seth: Shouldn't you process that first.

Pure: Then you would miss out on some of the health benefits of sugar cane, it gives essential vitamins and nutrients.

Carolina finishes carving the sugar cane, breaks one off and hands it to Alisha.

Alisha: So how do you eat it?

Pure: You don't eat it per se; you bite on it and start sucking out the juices from it.

Carolina: Like this.

Carolina splits it up into four, puts one in her mouth and bites down and starts to suck on it.

Carolina: Mmm, looks like they had a good haul this year.

Alisha takes a turn and she bites down and starts to suck it too. She likes the taste coming from it.

Alisha: This is not as sweet as I thought it would be.

Pure: Horatio, want to carve some?

Horatio: Sure.

Pure throws over the sugar cane he was carving and grabs a couple of coconuts. He comes down and places them down.

Xiao: Why did they pack these old ones with the husk coming off?

Pure: Because...

Pure rips off the husk with his bare hands and catches something familiar to everyone.

Xiao: It's holding a coconut?

Zhēnbǎo: Then why is this one so young?

Pure: Because this has coconut water in it and it is very nutritious and useful.

Arachnid: Useful how?

Xiao: Back in World War II the coconut water was so dense it could be used as plasma for blood transfusions.

Arachnid: So this saved lives?

Horatio: A lot of them.

Pure uses his sword and cuts open the coconut. He uses his tail and grabs a large pitcher and pours the coconut water in the pitcher. He then grabs a spoon and scoops out the jelly out of the coconut and puts it in a bowl for everyone to get.

Pure: Want to take over Jack?

Jack: Why not looks fun.

Pure: Just throw the husks over there for new and old ones, you can make baskets out of it.

While Horatio was peeling the cane and Jack was cutting the coconuts for its water and jelly, Pure looked around and used his tails and grabbed a whole set of passion fruits, grabbed a really large barrel and started cutting them open and put what was inside. The others were going through what else they had in the containers. Rick started cutting up pineapples to share around for everyone. Alisha started helping Pure with the passion fruits while the monster girls were exploring around the fruits that were there and how you eat some of them. Lucinda took a liking to mangoes, especially the ones that had a little red on them. Sandra took a liking to the golden apples which were sweet and crunchy. Arachnid was going crazy on the sugar cane since she could use her fangs to suck out the juices inside and get a tasty treat. Artemis was enjoying the pineapples that Rick cut. Xiao, Zhēnbǎo, Liz, Daiyu, Rick Marshal all tried out some of the treats that came to the fort and some of the troops there enjoyed it too. Pure left a bundle in a container for the diseased dozen so that they could get some when they are fully cured. Pure made passion fruit juice and since Rick was the bartender he went crazy on cocktails. Pure used some of the sugar cane juice with the passion fruit juice and some essence that was packed in the container for a passion fruit juice that no one would ever forget. Pure then found some limes and seasonings then he had an idea.

Pure: Want some Barbadian cooking guys?

Alisha: Show us what you got.

Pure started preparing dishes for everyone, Xiao and Zhēnbǎo took some drinks and did a checkup in diseased dozen's progress on their cures. The latest results came in and it showed the cures were working, but it would take some time before they were completely cured so they had a while to wait, #9 was already out of heart surgery with no complications, they had administered his cure a few minutes after the new heart was working. He was ok and recovering nicely

Xiao: Hello everyone, we brought tropical drinks for everyone.

#8: I always wanted to try some tropical drinks.

Xiao puts the drinks through the exchange box and the diseased dozen takes them and enjoys them. Xiao switches what the drinks were in so that they wouldn't freeze in the sub-zero cold. Xiao and Zhēnbǎo brought plenty to go around. Xiao and Zhēnbǎo came back to the cafeteria to an aroma filled room of spices and scents. Carolina wanted to help to so Pure let her.

Xiao: Mmm, something smells good.

Alisha: Pure and Carolina are working their magic.

Pure: Xiao do you know where the soy sauce is?

Xiao: Behind the parsley.

Pure: Got it, thanks.

Everyone watches Pure and Carolina work like crazy.

Pure: Got that onion diced?

Carolina: Next set ready to go. Got the browning?

Pure tosses it over and Carolina catches it. Carolina takes a taste.

Carolina: Need a little salt please.

Pure uses his tail to give the salt to Carolina. Both of them use their tails to get through the work faster.

Pure: While everyone is waiting, try these out.

Pure sets down a few kabobs and lights them on fire with his dragon breath.

Horatio: Whoa.

Pure: What, I was training so I learned how to use my dragon breath.

Jack: You learned how to use yours Alisha?

Alisha: Yup.

Alisha uses her breath and it blows out the fires on them.

Pure: Weren't you on bed rest?

Alisha: I was bored.

Pure: Fair enough.

Everyone enjoyed the kabobs and Pure had spare time to make seconds. Once most of the work was done and all that was left was to let some things simmer or bake to finish. They sat down sipping on a drink and taking a breather.

Horatio: How in the world do you still remember all of that?

Pure: When you been through what I had you can only hold on to the good memories to keep you going.

Arachnid: And those would be?

Pure: Cooking meals for others, sucking a whole day away on sugar canes, all the little things.

Carolina: Yeah, there were some times that were bad but the good was all we could ever hold onto.

Alisha: Can't argue there, the memories of my family happy was the only thing keeping me going in the military and now I can make even more memories having a family.

Pure: Absolutely, let me check the food and see if it is ready.

Pure goes and check on the food and it was done. He uses his tails and fire magic to carry all the food to the tables and sets them down. Carolina and Liz set out the plates and Pure had made portions out for the monster girls as well. Everyone graciously enjoyed the food and the cocktails. After that everyone was satisfied and full to the brim they all sat down relaxing.

Daiyu: That tasted better than gourmet chicken.

Artemis: -burps- Ooh, that went down really good.

Lucinda: I swear I can't eat another bite.

Pure: I guess there isn't any room for desert.

Alisha: Desert!?

Pure goes into the kitchen and pulls out a huge marble cake big enough for everyone. There was a huge tub of icing and Pure quickly decorated the cake and divided it among everyone.

Sandra: Well, one more thing couldn't hurt.

Pure: A toast to a new family.

Everyone: A new family.

Everyone ate their cakes and relaxed for the rest of the day. When the sun starts to set Randal was carrying Arachnid to their bedroom when she spoke.

Arachnid: Pure knows how to have a good time.

Randal: Yes, he does.

Arachnid: Ooh, I'm still wobbly from holding all of that in.

Randal: Let's get into bed to let it settle.

Randal and Arachnid got to their bed which was a spider web and some pillows and a blanket in case it gets a little chilly. Arachnid crawls up the web and settles down then she pulls Randal up and webs him in the web.

Randal: Ok, what is this about?

Arachnid: Randal...

Arachnid touches Randal's face gently.

Arachnid: I want to bear children and I want to start right now.

Randal: Are you sure that is not the food and alcohol talking?

Arachnid: No, it is really me talking and I really want to have a child.

Arachnid pulls the string on her dress and it comes loose.

Arachnid: Will you let me?

Randal pushes her over and has him on top, since he knows about spider webs he knows how to get out of spider traps like that one.

Randal: How can I say no to royalty?

Randal kisses Arachnid and they make love to each other in their web. (If I tell how it goes down for the monster girls someone will shoot me so I will skip that part, if you want to know, ask me.) All of the couples wanted children so badly and they made love to their partners except Pure, Alisha and Carolina who had the fruit of their love in their arms and they were not going to let them go.
