In the morning the drones came and touched down gently with their packages. Once they were secure Mima's drones came and picked them up and put them near her workstation. When Mima woke up (in sleep mode for an AI maybe) she saw the boxes there and called everyone to the cafeteria when they woke up

Pure: Ok everyone, the cakes are here. Let's see how they taste.

Everyone takes the cakes out of the boxes which had a little refrigeration system put in to make sure they are still good and set them out with their number next to them and started tasting them.

Arachnid: I like number 3 from Gwen, what is that?

Mima: From the look of their list, a red velvet cake.

Randal: I can work with this; you can put us down for this one.

Mima: Ok a red velvet for Randal and Arachnid.

Sandra: What's this one?

Mima: Number 5 from Tanya? She calls it a rocky road cake. Nuts and bits of chocolate in vanilla.

Jack: It definitely looks like the rocky road, what do you say honey?

Sandra: I like it.

Mima: Ok, rocky road for Jack and Sandra.

Pure: Don't forget to try the icing samples everyone.

Everyone tried every single cake and icing sample so that they would pick which one they wanted. Once the tasting was done everyone signed off on which cake they wanted and Mima sent two drones out with what cake they decided on. In the medical bay the doctor came back with Athena's results. The doctor called Horatio and Lucinda to the medical bay to give them the news.

Horatio: Hello Doctor are the results in?

Doctor: Yes, but this one had to take a little extra time for analysis to come through, sorry about that.

Lucinda: No problem really, what did you find?

Doctor: Well she is a hybrid all right but she has really good attributes from both of you.

Horatio: How so?

Doctor: well for one thing, she has feet and they are fully functional, she should be able to walk like a normal person.

Lucinda: She will be the first of my kind to walk on land.

Doctor: She also comes with a bonus; in simple terms she can breathe underwater.

Horatio: What!?

Doctor: I would be lying if I said she couldn't, she has the attributes that allow her to do so.

Lucinda: Anything else?

Doctor: I did find one thing though, she does have some dragon attributes but they are not active, they are dormant.

Lucinda: Dormant?

Horatio: Sleeping.

Lucinda: Is it bad?

Doctor: I have no idea at this point but I can tell you one thing though, I added a small amount of adrenaline to her blood and it became active which means her heart must be pumping at a certain rate for it to become active.

Just then Athena was crying. Lucinda went over to take her up but she stopped.

Lucinda: Uh guys, you might want to see this.

Horatio: What?

Horatio and the doctor came over and Athena had transformed somehow. She had wings, horns, a tail and even had dragon scales that showed up on her skin and a little breath coming out of her mouth. Lucinda was going to pick her up but the doctor stopped her.

Doctor: Wait a minute, put this near her mouth.

The doctor gives Lucinda a digital thermometer and she puts it over Athena's mouth and she got a reading.

Doctor: -500 degrees Fahrenheit!? That is below absolute zero!!

Horatio: How low do I go?

Doctor: Only -250 degrees, this is amazing!

Lucinda: Can I hold her?

Doctor: Don't put anything in her mouth, if it is that cold she can make anything brittle in no time flat.

Lucinda picked her up and tried to calm her down. Once she calmed down her wings, horns and tail disappeared and she stopped breathing coldness from her breath.

Horatio: Ok that was weird.

Doctor: You can say that again.

Lucinda: She calmed down and she turned back to normal.

Horatio: It must be her dragon power.

Doctor: Whatever it is, it seems it works when she is frustrated or mad.

Lucinda: So what to do?

Doctor: Best to keep her happy, but you can take her back to your room, she is cleared from the medical bay.

Horatio: Thank you doctor.

Horatio uses his water magic and takes Athena to their room. Lucinda had the space set up for her and Horatio set her down in her crib. Lucinda came and sat down next to the crib.

Lucinda: Now she is very special.

Horatio: She is and we should help her control her emotions so that she doesn't get out of hand.

Lucinda: Agreed, but for now she is our little girl.

Horatio and Lucinda stayed with Athena looking at her and were glad that she was born. In Daiyu's room, Daiyu and Liz were having another loving time with each other. They were finished and Daiyu was lying down on Liz at ten feet with the covers over them.

Liz: Feel better?

Daiyu: Yeah, dealing with those engines and the wedding plans can stress a girl out.

Liz: I hear you, but it is nice that everyone is getting married though.

Daiyu flips over and looks Liz in her eyes.

Miguel: I'll call a drone to drop you off at your home just tell it where.

A drone comes down and opens its cockpit. The person gets inside and the drone goes vertically upwards and it changes from hover mode to jet mode and it takes off.

Blossom: Is he headed back home Miguel-kun?

Miguel: Yup, how are the others?

Blossom: Some are headed home and some want to stay and make a life here.

Miguel: That's good Blossom.

A person comes running from the beehive.

Person 2: Miguel, Blossom, something is wrong with the hive!

Miguel: What is it?

Person 2: All of the bees stopped working and went to the central hive and are just hovering there but I'm not sure why.

Miguel: Let's go Blossom,

Blossom: Right behind you Miguel-kun. Rose-kun, Violet-kun!

Violet and Rose heard Blossom and they rushed to the hive. They saw all the bees at the central hive just hovering there.

Blossom: Something is wrong.

Miguel, Blossom, Rose and Violet went under the bees and came to the central hive. They saw the queen bee outside the hive and she looked weak.

Miguel: That is the queen bee but what is she doing outside the hive?

Blossom: Looks like she is dying.

Miguel: Don't they usually give birth to a new queen?

Blossom: Yes, but for some reason she didn't, why?

Violet came to the queen bee and she picked her up. Violet comes to Blossom.

Blossom: The queen says she can't lay anymore queens for the hive to continue growing.

Miguel: That is terrible!

Blossom: It is and we can't have the hive dying on us!

Miguel: What can we do?

Violet tells Blossom something.

Blossom: You can't be serious Violet-kun?

Violet nods her head.

Miguel: What is it?

Blossom: Violet-kun is going to take her place and become the queen bee.

Miguel: Can she do that?!

Blossom: But the problem is she can't be turned back.

Miguel: What will she become?

Blossom: A bee dryad that works and takes care of bees and produces them to make a hive thrive.

Miguel: Is there any other options?

Blossom: At this time, none Miguel-kun.

Miguel looks at Violet.

Miguel: Do you really want to do this; you can't go back after this.

Violet nods and she brings the queen close to her mouth, the queen made a drop of honey that only she can make. Once the drop was made the queen let go of the drop and it fell into Violet's mouth once the drop fell into her mouth she swallowed it and she put the queen back on the hive and she gave her last breath telling the hive that Violet is their new queen. Violet felt something in her stomach, it was the honey reacting to her and changing her.

Blossom: Violet-kun has to go through some changes with Violet-kun's body, Miguel-kun, take Violet-kun back to the trees and we will look after Violet-kun until the transformation is complete.

Miguel: Ok, hold onto me Violet.

Miguel went and picked up Violet, he got her back to her tree and set her down in the house she made for herself. All of the bees followed behind them and didn't sting anyone.

Blossom: Rose-kun and Blossom-Chan will stay with Violet-kun and make sure Violet-kun is ok. Go and help the people, Miguel-kun.

Miguel: What about the bees?

Blossom: They won't move without a queen so best thing to do is wait.

Miguel went outside and saw the bees waiting on the top of the tree. One of them came to Miguel and he looked at it.

Miguel: Don't worry, if I know Violet she will pull through.

The bee went inside and saw Violet in pain from her stomach; she was changing from the inside out. The bee touched down and came close to Violet. Violet saw the bee and she reached out her hand and the bee flew onto it. The bee looked violet into her eyes and she looked at the bee. The bee went to Blossom and it rested in her hair, she didn't mind it being in her hair. Blossom and Rose stayed with Violet until her transformation was complete. No one knew how long it would take but everyone was hoping she would pull through.
