The Avatar of Evil is the final boss of Metal Slug 5. It is a demon that has controlled the Ptolemaic Army throughout the entire game.

Tier: High 8-C physically, 9-B to 9-A with other attacks

Classification: Demon, Ptolemaic Army Leader

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, large size (Type 1; About 45 meters tall), flight, scythe proficiency, energy projection, and smoke manipulation (Can emit spheres of energy from its body and clouds of smoke from its scythe, both of which set the opponent ablaze on touch), Danmaku, possibly cold aura (The protagonists felt cold in its presence, but it may be due to the high altitude of the battlefield), mind control (Via the White Mask), power bestowal (Granted powers to the leader of the natives)

Attack Potency: Large Building level physically (Due to its sheer size), Wall level to Small Building level with other attacks (Can one-shot the likes of Marco Rossi with any attack, which may also be comparable to their strongest weapons)

Speed: Unknown. At least Subsonic (Can fly at high speeds despite its size) with Supersonic+ to possibly Hypersonic reaction/combat speed (Its attacks travel as fast as the Metal Slug protagonists, who can dodge bullets and cannon shells)

Lifting Strength: Class M (Can lift and swing a massive scythe)

Striking Strength: Large Building level

Durability: Large Building level (Its size alone should warrant this. This was only defeated by attacking its weak spot, and even then it survived a large amount of shots)

Stamina: Superhuman (Despite all the damage it received during the fight, it managed to survive and escape)

Range: Tens of meters by virtue of large size

Standard Equipment:

•Scythe: A huge weapon that can release a mysterious type of smoke, which burns those who touch it.

•White Mask: A mysterious relic that appeared in front of a group of natives, whose leader decided to wear.

Intelligence: At least Above Average (Controlled the mind of the leader of the natives and used him to subsequently take control of the Ptolemaic Army. It seems to possess a certain degree of combat ability)

Weakness: The skull on his chest.

Notable Attacks and Techniques:

•Energy Spheres: The Avatar of Evil creates many energy blasts from its body and sends them towards the opponent, who will be enveloped in flames if touched by them.

•Scythe: The Avatar of Evil swings its scythe against the opponent, releasing clouds of purple smoke during the impact. These clouds can set the opponent ablaze on touch.
