Scarlett's P.O.V

The girls and I all went back to my room. We all sat down somewhere and started talking. Of course, being girls, we decided to talk about boys.

"So Ariana, got any boys in mind?" Tiffany asks.

"W-what me? U-um....maybe...." Ariana says.

"WHAT!!! WHO!" We all scream.

"Jay......" She mumbles. "I can just see it!" Says Tiffany.

"H-hey. Let's ask if Scarlett has any interests!" Says Ariana, still blushing from embarrassment.

"No, not really. The only boy I have really talked to is Carlos, who is literally the most annoying human being ever." I say.

"I heard from Evie that Carlos might ask you to the ball." Says Tina.

"I can just see it!" Squeals Tiffany. "Stop saying that." I say.

"Sorry....but if you don't like Carlos, does that mean you're saying no?" Asks Tiffany. "Most likely." I say bluntly.

"But the ball might be the best moment in your life!" She screams.

"More like my Mom's life....." I mumble. "What?" Asks Tiffany.

"Nothing. Let's just focus on Jane now." I say. The everyone turns to Jane.

"No...I don't have any interests so don't bug me about it. Please!" She says, being really nervous.

Was Carlos really going to ask me to the ball? No, he hates me, I hate him. Our relationship is as simple as that. The ball is coming up 6 days. He would have asked me already. At least I think he would have. No! Scarlett stop it, remember what you said to Evie. Cute or not, he's a jerk. Or whatever you said. Dang it! Now it's messing with my head!

"Scarlett? Scarlett! Are you okay?!" Screams Ariana.

"What? Oh...um....yeah. I'm fine" I say. The girls hesitantly nod, but go back to whatever they were talking about.

Ok guys! I hope this was better. Now that Scarlett has heard some new information, will she act differently around Carlos? We don't know! Like literally, I don't know. I don't have any plans for this book. I'll try to find some ideas. So I hope you guys like it (If you're still there)!
