I step out of my egg, I found mirror on the wall, I looked at it, my reflection told me everything, I was a cat, but no ordinary cat, I had deep indigo scales instead of fur, and big emerald green eyes, and.... Well how do i put this, I - have - wings, I gave them a little flutter.

I heard someone coming. It was a girl and a boy, from what their minds said the boy was Blaze, and the girl was Nova/Ivy. Instinctively, I hid in the shadows, but they saw me, I started to run, but I didn't know were I was going. Soon enough I ran into a wall.

"Well looks like we get to take this thing to darkness" Blaze hissed.

" Can't we just kill it?" Nova asked When I heard that I lunged at them, they imediatly ducked and I ran down the hall, and you know who I ran into, yes that is right, guards, a hole platoon of guards, my luck is SO GREAT. I immediately attack the first one killing the guard, I move on down the line as they attacked me, I was killing them off one by one, my body blazed with power. Blaze grabbed me by the scruff. I tried to swing at him but my arms were too short,they dragged me to a room, there was a dragon, a big one at that, she was a black like a shadow, in fact she looked like she was made of shadows, she had white glowing eyes. The dragon looked down at me.

" What have you fools brought me this time.... Dinner?" she snarled.

" Uh, no we found her in the halls killing guards" Blaze said, he seemed concerned.

"Interesting" the dragon said, she grabbed my tail, I istiktivly swung at her and hit her in the face, the guards, Blaze and Nova gaped, I didn't realize they were there. I glared at the dragon, my clawes did nothing to her, My eye got wide as she reached for me, I ducked away from her quickly and ran out the door I turned a corner just as the guards passed me, I found a grate that goes up the wall, I clawed the grate out and got in, I made sure to close the gate behind me.

I got to be honest, I was smart for a newborn dragonet. I heard some guards talking.

" Darkness is going to have our heads if we don't find this dragonet" Said a guard.

" Your right we should check the grate" said the other one.

UH OH, I started running through the grate, I stopped when I hear the dark dragons voice.

" I want the place to shut down, If that dragonet gets out, she might give away our location, SO go find her!!" She roared. I get out of the great and get on top of it. Now is my chance of escape. I headed toward a window, just as I reached it a metal sheet came down and knocked me off the great, I landed on the floor in front of the dark dragon with a thud. Blaze and Nova stared at me. The dark dragon turned to a orange dragon and said.

" Keeper, Take her to the cursing chamber" she hissed.

" Yes Darkness" Keeper said. So that was the dragons name eh. The Keeper dragged me to a room and chained me to the floor. I tried to get out dut it was hopeless. Darkness started to chant, I started to feel some pain, it got worse, I started to feel light headed, then the world went black.
