and there my heart broke into pieces I am sure he doesn't love me

"i am so sorry"

"you didn't let me finish I don't know but I want to love you I have this attachment towards you but I am confused"

i smiled he does like me

"about what"

"i have this attachment with someone else too I always wanted to get over it cuz I didn't know the term poly and thought that I was a um slut" and he laughed bitterly

"that is not true you will never be one and uh who is that another person"

jaemin POV

i am scared jun but I will tell you the truth

"um it's jeno"

then he squealed and hugged me, I blushed at the sudden action

"what happened" I said

"um how do I say this I am really happy because I like jeno too"

"huh what"

"yes you heard it correctly we both like each other and jeno"

"I can't believe it"

"you think I can, but"

"but what"

"I don't think he has feelings for us"

okay but why did my heart clenched at this I knew that I am actually shocked that he likes me but if jeno likes renjun I will let them be together moreover I would be more of a burden they don't need me

"so nana if jeno doesn't like us please promise me that we will stay together"

i smiled at him god I am really falling for him

"we will so are we in a relationship or not"

"it's you're wish"

"um can we wait because I am still confused with my feelings I know I am falling for you and him but we should go on dates and stuff"

"it's fine I will wait for you"

"really you will"

"of course I like you and your comfort matters so i will"

"thanks"

then he smiled at me and I smiled back suddenly he hugged me

"I can't wait for the day we will be together" he mumbled

"don't worry the day will come really fast"

we broke the hug and looked at each other damn he is so beautiful I went near him and kissed his cheek

author POV

the moment jaemin kissed renjun's cheek his eyes were wide open and his cheeks turned into a light shade of pink

"sorry I couldn't hold it you are too cute" jaemin said

"it's fine nana"

"so what do you wanna do now"

"um I don't know can we watch a movie"

"your house or mine"

"definitely yours my house is a farm of animals"

jaemin laughed at his statement and said

"so my house it is"

renjun nodded and they stood up and went to jaemin's house they arrived at his house

"sit and make yourself comfy I am bringing popcorn"

"sure"

renjun just sat on his sofa and was playing with his fingers he turned around and saw jaemin and smiled he never in his life thought that one of the people he liked will eventually love him back

he was really glad about that but his selfish self still wanted jeno to be with them he liked jaemin equally as he liked jeno but when the three were together it felt really complete and renjun was kinda sad about it

then jaemin arrived and handled him the popcorn and sat beside him

"what are we gonna watch" jaemin asked

"um I didn't choose anything so you choose"

"sure wanna watch friends"

renjun hummed as a response and unintentionally rested his head on the other's shoulder

jaemin looked at him resting on his shoulder and smiled (unlike someone flashbacks)

then they started watching the tv it was really silent and both of them felt someone was missing and both of them knew very well who that was

the small boy was just about to take the popcorn but accidentally grabbed jaemin's wrist

jaemin had fresh cuts from yesterday hissed in pain and the other boy was shocked with the taller's sudden reaction

"nana" the smaller said but it was like a whisper

then the older grabbed his palm and looked at him and the older's heart broke he looked so scared even though he didn't show any emotions

but a person's eyes never lie and renjun knew that jaemin was really scared renjun returned a look of softness he wanted to help the younger but that never mean he is going to invade his privacy

"can I" he whispered but the younger clearly heared it

he nodded but was clearly scared about renjun's reaction

renjun started folding his sleeves till it reached halfway through his arm and looking at his arm renjun's heart stopped

he couldn't believe his eyes

jaemin's arm was filled with cuts not only dried but there were many fresh cuts too and it was really sad to see that sight and the worse thing was there were more cuts then the day him and jeno had seen them

"nana why" renjun whimpered

jaemin unfolded his sleeve and showed a sad smile which renjun didn't want to see

"um people got reasons to do it and I have one too so that's the reason I do it"

then the older interlocked hands with the younger

"i know that nana and I also know that it's gonna be hard to get over these things but please don't hurt yourself I know it will take time and it's hard to left these things in a minute so take time it hurts to see this it really pains me to see you hurting yourself"

"i will try" and gave a genuine smile

"good" renjun smiled and continued to watch the tv

the silence between them got rather comfortable than awkward and they weren't in the mood for talking

they loved the way they were now silent but comfortable and who knew due to this small thing a relationship would have been born

and both of them are beyond glad that this happened

"jun" jaemin said

he hummed at the response

"um so how do I start this but uh will you go on a date with me tomorrow"

then renjun looked at him and smiled

"yes definitely"

"woah that was easy I thought I had to do a lot of stuff to ask you out" and the older laughed

"don't worry I don't like fancy things much and if the love is genuine then everything is perfect for me"

the younger smiled really brightly from renjun's words he swore he never smiled so brightly till date

after watching tv for a long time renjun fell asleep

"jun let's eat di-"

then he saw him sleeping comfortably on his shoulder and smiled the smaller looked the cutest when sleeping

he didn't want to distrub his sleep so he picked him up bridal style and led him to his bedroom

he placed the smaller in his bed and then changed

after changing he was about the room to sleep in the sofa renjun grabbed the ends of his hoodie softly and said

"please stay with me" in the cutest tone ever and jaemin could not say no to that

"fine I will sleep on the floor" he whispered to the sleepy boy

"no no it's uncomfy sleep with me"

jaemin's cheek turned into a deep shade of red hearing that

"you are okay with it right" and the older hummed as response

"fine"

jaemin came into the bed and both of them went into deep sleep and they were the happiest in their entire life

but somehow felt lonely cuz there was a person they needed too and both of them knew who that was

I am finally back after my long holiday sorry for letting you wait for a long time I hope yall forgive me

I finished my exams finally and I have independence now

and I will give really frequent updates now cuz I am on vacay

fun fact I was about to make noren together first but in the course of time renmin was better
