i am okay I just had an panic attack because of stress of tution and one girl we were doing the same no of tutions

we were having tutions and there was a sudden time misplacement so she was like tell sir to change the timings and shit I told the teachers and since I have anxiety I had trouble to say things and I am really antisocial so then something happened and she was like why did u tell sir this not that and shit and cuz of stress I got an attack and by mistakely I said that I am having an attack and she was like "oof don't take stress and shit" and it really angered me
