Part34 Nightmare

Khushi woke up from her sleep screaming. Arnav jerked from his sleep hearing her scream.

Arnav: Khushi... What happened?

Khushi gulped hard wiping her face. Arnav shook her shoulder.

Arnav: Khushi... Did you see a nightmare?

Khushi nodded yes horribly...

Arnav: Hey relax, it's just a dream...

Khushi looked at him horrified. Her eyes were teary.

Arnav: Khushi, why are you crying?

Khushi nodded NO pressing her head.

Arnav: Did you see anything unpleasant?

Khushi nodded yes.

Arnav: What did you see? Tell me Khushi...

Khushi: I... I can't...

Arnav: But why?

Khushi: It is a very embarrassing Arnavji...

Arnav: What's there to be embarrassed to say about your nightmare?

Khushi: It is...

Arnav: I can't understand, why you are so stubborn...

Khushi: I saw myself nude...

Arnav got horrified.

Arnav (composing himself): So what? You see yourself nude every day in the bathroom.

Khushi: But, I don't cry circling my knees for losing my purity.

She cried closing her face. Arnav closed his eyes cursing himself. Somehow, he understood it must be something horrible. Arnav touched her shoulder slowly.

Arnav: Khushi relax...

Khushi cried more making Arnav bewildered. He touched her head softly.

Khushi: Something is surely not good Arnavji. Something tells me that something unpleasant is going to happen.

Don't know why Arnav also felt the same. He also was feeling bad vibes.

Arnav: Do you trust me?

She nodded yes.

Arnav: Then be relaxed. I will take care of everything. Ok?

Khushi nodded ok.

Arav: lie-down.

Khushi nodded NO.

Arnav: Khushi...

Khushi was about to get down from the bed, Arnav pulled her towards him and made her lie down on his lap. Khushi tried to get up. He tightened her shoulder and warned.

Arnav: Don't...

Khushi looked up. Arnav gestured her to close the eyes. Khushi closed her eyes, clutching his track pant. Arnav stroked her hair soothingly. He saw the lonely tear in the corner of her eyes. Arnav wiped it gulping down. Khushi slept off on Arnav's lap... the best place in the world.

Though his love was on his lap Arnav was not in the mood to admire her. After a lot of struggles, he got her in his life. He sensed an unknown tension in her behaviour. He knew she wants to come to him, be close to him. But, she is not. Why? See, how peacefully she is sleeping on his lap? Would she do that if she doesn't like him? There is a lot to discuss with her. Let her relaxed. Arnav decided not to go to AR until Dhruv leaves Delhi and decided to shield Khushi.

Next Morning

Khushi opened her eyes from sleep. She saw Arnav sleeping, leaning on the headboard of the bed, in the sitting position, keeping Khushi's head on his lap. She got up from his lap hurriedly and slowly pulled his legs straight, not disturbing his sleep. Arnav was in deep sleep as he didn't sleep last night properly.

Khushi looked at Arnav. She remembered how soothingly he made her sleep on his lap. She extended her hand towards his forehead and stroke the hair strands smilingly. She went towards the washroom hurriedly, to avoid admiring him. She got halted on the entrance of the washroom and turned towards him as she couldn't hold herself from seeing him who was sleeping in the sitting position. She blinked her eyes sighing and went inside.

When she came finishing bath, Arnav was talking on the phone. The phone call should wake him up, she supposed.

Arnav (looking at Khushi): I will call you later.

Disconnecting the call, he got down from the bed.

Arnav: Are you alright Khushi?

Khushi nodded yes.

Arnav: I want to talk to you.

Khushi looked at him surprisingly. His face reflected the inner turmoil that he had something very serious in his mind.

Khushi (hesitatingly): I too want to talk to youArnavji.

Now, Arnav was surprised.

Arnav: Anything serious?

Khushi nodded yes.

Arnav: Will you wait for some time?

Khushi looked at him questioningly.

Arnav: Dhruv is leaving this morning. I have to go to AR today as I took enough leave already. There is an important conference in AR today evening. I will come soon finishing it. We will talk tonight. Ok?

Khushi: Ok...

Arnav: Good...

They started preparing "question papers" in their way for the biggest exam of their life. They were full set to finish all the issues which were torturing them.

Dhruv was ready with his luggage. Arnav, Khushi and NK were looking at the drama which was performing by Dhruv and Dhadi. Dhruv touched Dhadi's feet. She hugged him emotionally, with teary eyes.

Dhadi: You should call me daily. Or else, I will come to Goa.

Dhruv: you have to... let me settled down there. I can't live without seeing you Dhadi.

SubatraRaizada ran her eyes on Arnva and NK like, "See my Dhruv"There rolled their eyes.

Dhadi: Don't skip the food ever... Ok?

Dhruv: Ok...

Dhadi: don't drink anything so cold or hot... it will affect your tooth...

Dhruv (smilingly): Ok Dhadi... I will take care of myself. Ok?

Dhadi: Shall I come to Airport?

Dhruv: No Dhadi... I can't see you crying.

NK: Arrey take her with you. What if she would have forgotten something to advise you?

He teased.

Arnav: You will get the money in your account in an hour.

Dhruv: But, the manager said, it will two days.

Arnav: Usually it does, but you will get...

NK: After all, he is ASR...

Dhruv: Ohhh Arnav, I don't know how to thank you. I thought that I have to wait for two days to implement my PLAN. You made my work easier.

Arnav nodded his head affirmatively.

Dhruv: I'm leaving...

Dhadi nodded ok. HP and Mohan loaded the luggage in the car. Dhadi waved her hand sadly and went inside, wiping her tears. NK went to Arnav's car to go to AR. Arnav looked at Khushi. She was not relieved yet, it seemed.

Arnav: I'm leaving.

Khushi nodded Ok.

Arnav: I will try to come soon...

Khushi nodded ok.

Arnav: Don't think of anything. Call me if anything needed.

Khushi again nodded ok.

Arnav: Won't you say anything?

He asked worriedly but with a smile.

Khushi: I will be waiting for you.

Arnav nodded smilingly. He left with NK.

Mohan dropped Dhruv in the Airport and left. Dhruv saw Stephan was waiting with his friend.

Stephan: Hi Dhruv, he is my friend Roshan. He is the one whois going to go to Goa on your ticket.

Dhruv: Ohh nice to meet you.

He shook hand with Roshan.

Dhruv checked the message on his mobile. His face brightened seeing the Bank statement. One crore was been deposited in his account. He smiled thinking "After all, he is ASR" He deleted the message. He handed over the ticket and his mobile to Roshan.

Dhruv: after reaching Goa, call me through this mobile and connect me with my Dhadi's number in a conference call.

Roshan: Ok sir. I will follow your instructions.

They sent him off. Dhruv kept his luggage in the cloakroom. Dhruv headed towards the parking-lot with Stephan. They got into the car. Stephan drove off the Airport.

AR

Aman called Arnav. He attended it.

Aman: ASR, Dhruv boarded into the flight.

Arav: Track his mobile.

Aman: It was not reachable.

Arnav: He would have been put it in the flight mode.

Aman: Yup.

Arnav: let me know when his mobile gets the signal again.

Aman: Sure.

They disconnected the call.

Arnav looked at his watch. It will take two hours for Dhruv to reach Goa. He sat on the seat and closed his eyes. Khushi's nightmare disturbed him more than Khushi. She had seen herself nude and being crying for losing her purity. She cried... that means, it was not HIM to whom she lost her purity. Though he didn't believe in dreams he couldn't ignore Khushi's nightmare.

Roshan called Dhruv through his phone, after reaching Goa and connected him with Dhadi's number, in the conference call.

Dhadi: Dhruv beta, did you reach Goa?

Dhruv: Just now. You are the first person I'm calling after switching on my mobile.
