On a pleasant morning, Seo Yun Park, in a surprisingly good mood, decided to take charge at his office for the day. Little did he know that this day would unfold a series of events that would transform his life.
Meanwhile, Hye Yang, desperately seeking a job, noticed a job advertisement outside the very company where Seo Yun Park was in charge. seizing the opportunity, she went for an interview, hoping for a fresh start. Unfortunately, her fate rested on the approval of Seo Yun Park himself.
Upon reviewing Hye Yang's resume and discovering that she hailed from Daegu, Seo Yun Park unfairly neglected her, unleashing harmful words and discrimination. He rudely suggested that she was more suited for the market and ordered her removal from the company.
An old lady witnessed this injustice and attempted to teach Seo Yun Park a lesson in empathy. She warned him not to discriminate based on one's status in life, but he remained obstinate and unyielding.
The climax unfolds when Seo Yun Park, feeling unwell, took a nap and awoke in Hye Yang's house, thinking it was just a dream. Shocked at the reality, he frantically checked himself in the mirror and, to his horror, realized that their souls had exchanged lives. Now trapped in Hye Yang's body, he grappled with the surreal nature of his predicament.
As Seo Yun Park tried to regain control of his life, he faced resistance from the guards, who believed he was mentally unstable. Threatening to fire them once he returned to normal, Seo Yun Park found himself behind bars, experiencing the life of a wanderer.
In an unexpected turn of events, Cho Kim Yun, a stranger, extended kindness and financial assistance to Seo Yun Park during his difficult times. Although Seo recognized Cho, he chose to remain silent, haunted by the fear of being judged by his best friend.
The story concludes with Seo Yun Park's return to his normal life. Having endured the hardships of being poor and discriminated against, he underwent a transformation. Determined to be a better person, he learned the value of compassion and decided to help those in need without expecting anything in return.
In the end, Seo Yun Park built a company specifically for the people of Daegu, marking a significant shift in his perspective and actions. The narrative explores themes of redemption, personal growth, and the profound impact of experiencing life from a different perspective.
