This is about Severus Snape. 

He always wanted to be the DADA Professor, but do you know why? It's because the position was cursed. Voldemort cursed it, as he himself wanted to be a professor at Hogwarts. When he got rejected, he simply cursed it. 

Everyone that had the position either died or something bad happened to the person and Severus always had a miserable life. 

That's the theory I thought about once, and I also looked at TikTok and saw many knew this too, but not sure if all members know of this theory!
