It is common knowledge that Dumbledore was the Secret Keeper of the Order Of The Phoenix, and he cast the charm, so he could have been the one to cast the charm on the Potter House as well.

That means he must have been the one to change the Secret Keeper to Peter. So the question is why didn't he keep Sirius Black out of Azkaban, if he knew the Secret Keeper was Peter? If he did, Harry could have had a loving childhood where he felt he was wanted instead of the Dursleys.

Everyone thinks only Slughorn likes to collect people but so does Dumbledore. 

The only difference is that Slughorn collects the people who are famous or going to be, while Dumbledore collects people who are ready to do anything that he asks without question; like Severus Snape: an ex Death Eater, Remus Lupin a werewolf and etc.

He realised that Sirius was not in support of Dumbledore's deeds about Harry, so he shipped him of to Azkaban even when he was falsely accused.

Does that mean Dumbledore is technically one of the main villains? Yes.
