Prawn & Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

Chicken Boneless 300 gm
Prawns (boiled) 300 gm
Onion 2
Garlic cloves 2
Ginger 1 piece
Tomatoes (chopped)  2
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Curry leaves 4
Green chilies (chopped)6
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup

Method:

Heat ½ cup oil in pan; add 300 gm chicken and 300 gm boiled prawns. 

Fry on high flame. Now turn the flame low and add 2 chopped onions, ginger piece and 2 crushed garlic cloves.

Cook for 2 minutes. Now add 2 chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp salt, 4 curry leaves and 6 chopped green chilies. Fry well.

Add 1 cup coconut milk and cook for 15 minutes.

Now turn the flame off.

Add chopped coriander leaves, and serve with boiled rice.
