"Dang it." Susie sat back in her chair. "I've been stood up. Wait, how do I say that correctly?I don't know," she talked to herself. 

"W-waiter..." She heard a girl at a table across the room stutter. Susie and her were some of the only people in the restaurant. She then said something to the waiter that Susie couldn't hear as she stirred her straw in her glass. After five cups of Susie's favorite soda and a side order of fries, she figured that it was about time to pay and leave. 

"H-hi, there..."the girl walked up. She wore a nervous smile. "Can I s-sit here?"she asked as she touched the chair across from Susie. 

"Yeah!" Susie nodded. "I was stood up, if you couldn't tell. You too?"

"Actually, I suddenly really had a c-craving for this p-place's food. I guess I-I k-kinda got lucky m-meeting you here!" 

"Don't say that..." Susie laughed a bit. "Anyway, you. What are some hobbies of yours?"

"Me? N-nothing much. I'm the t-type of g-girl who will b-be more likely to b-be doing reading than gardening o-or something artistic." 

"I can respect that." Susie smiles. "Sometimes hobbies can get stressful." Susie looked down. "I know it's very direct, but are you single?"

"Y-yeah! You're interested in someone l-like me?" the girl asked. 

"Yup!" Susie replied. 

The waiter walked up and took our orders. It was nice to eat with someone.
