Ben was trying to keep one specific thought out of his head at this very moment. Surrounding him was a large cloud of steam, and much to his unfortunate luck... or incidental luck depending on how you look at it

The thing he was trying to keep out of his head... is currently being pressed against his chest. Zooming out looking past the steam we see a nearly nude Ben wearing nothing but a towel around his waist. And he was currently being hugged by Rachnera who had nothing on her person at all in a sauna.

"Come on Rachnera, can't we just sit back and relax?" Ben asked blushing red. "Come on babe, we are relaxing, and besides. Seeing our future daughter has made me... a little tipsy" she replied.

"But come on, she said see you for the first time in six years" Ben argued back, having seen how the future would be he wanted his beautiful little Arachne daughter to have the same beautiful radiance as he saw her now. "Besides, we both saw her didn't we? She's beautiful Rachnera, just like you. If we do something now it may mess up the future... we may lose her" He added.

Rachnera's eyes widened, and she cried a little... "I'm... I'm sorry" she said crying into his shoulder. "It's okay, you were just over whelmed with joy" he said patting her back now focused on making her happy.

"It's not everyday a woman gets to meet her daughter before she's even born" Ben then picked her up a little and lifted her chin so she was looking at him. "And besides, just because we can't do it now... doesn't mean we can't do it at all" he said, and what's with that grin he has.

Rachnera got the idea and she made the same face, "so long as we play it safe right?" She asked giving him a fairly small but passionate kiss. "I'd rather die than be with anyone than you" Ben said, "and now that you've said it I'm also thinking about how it was like".

"Just for the record if something goes wrong it's your fault for getting it into my head... and my fault for letting my instincts get the better of me" "oh come here you!!!"

If you're wondering how this all came to be... let's go back a few hours...

Our view comes to a large vehicle that carried undeniably big as well as precious cargo. Inside was Ben as well as Rachnera, Miia, Centorea and Lala, as to why they were taking this little trip... let's just say that Ben found a Xenosite in the bathroom at the house.

More like it jumped out of his toilet and attempted to latch onto his head, for two good reasons he kept it at bay and smashed it. Reason 1, he didn't want to be turned into a mutant DNAlien, reason 2, THE THING WAS IN THE TOILET!!!! Would you want a parasite that's been in the toilet on your head?

Anyway, there was bad news and good news, and complicated news, bad news there was a Xenosite Queen under Kimihito's house and and the alien parasites had damaged the house quite a bit. Good news Reinrassic or Reiny and the Highbreed's planet was moved to this world.

And said Highbreed supreme had personally came to earth with an extermination team alongside to personally get rid of them. Also an excuse to say hi to a friend, complicated news until the threat is permanently removed Smirh had sent them to a new Linimal resort.

"How did that Xenosite thing get under the house anyway?" Miia asked confused and scared. "Reiny said something about a incompetent twerp ejecting a Xenosite Queen into space after the move as a prank" Ben explained. "So nothing more than a juvenile prank then?" Cerea asked, "bingo" the shapeshifter replied.

"On the bright side we get to go to a resort" Rachnera commented, "oh yeah that is a pretty good thing isn't it?!" Miia exclaimed. "I wonder what kind of resort it is?" Ben inquired, then they came to a complete stop.

And much to Miia and Rachnera's demise, the place was snowing... and it was odd because... ITS FREAKING SUMMER TIME!!!!

"Uh... why is it snowing?" Ben asked bewildered, then noticed his arthropod like sweetheart and his serpentine companion trembling. "S-s-s-so c-c-c-cold..." Miia said, "my metabolism is falling" Rachnera muttered.

"SNOW NO!!!!!!" Ben exclaimed as he tried to use HeatBlast's powers to warm them up. "Better keep that up, otherwise death will claim them" Lala said as he tried to keep them warm.

Eventually Kimihito and the rest finally showed up, but Kuroko just drove off.

"So... cold..." Draco muttered shivering like a leaf, "in freezing" Suu exclaimed and she turned even more solid. "Beloved, we mermaids are used to the cold, but we can't breathe very well when the air start to dry up" Mero said.

"OMNI TO THE RESCUE!!!" Ben said as said alien, then blasted them with heat and hot water. Then someone came out of the resort alongside Cerea "oh good you're keeping them warm, I managed to get the proprietress out to help" she said.

The woman in question, was easily decided as a Linimal, she had light blue skin, Snow White hair and almost lifeless eyes. "Hello there, I am the proprietress of the snow ball Hot Springs Resort. Yukio the Yuki-Ona" she said, "uh 'Ice' to meet you" Ben greeted back continuing the hot onslaught...

Okay that sounded weird...

"Zounds, Another facility run by a Linimal". Centorea commented "looks like it" Kimihito replied, the snow woman then froze a path to the resort in question. "Please use this ice path I've provided to bring the other guests inside" she said, "I'd help but that'd chill them further".

Ben sweatdropped (despite the cold weather) "I can understand, been there done that" he commented. Finally everyone was safely inside, little to say the cold blooded house hold members were relieved to be warm again. Even though Heat Blast's Fire kept them warm enough.

"Huh... is it just me or is the floor actually warm? does this place have underfloor heating?" Miia asked dreamily. "Yes, I thought it might make
Things easier for our cold blooded patrons" Yukio said, "in addition it also prevents me from freezing the floor". "Hey where's Ben?" Draco asked.

"He's busy at the moment" Rachnera said, she was seen holding a flaming something, or rather someone close to her warning her up again. "Hey" Ben greeted as he was being hugged, she later lead them to their room which was freaking huge.

"For real?! It's huge!" Kimihito remarked, "this room was specially designed so guests with large stature could feel at home, along with that the tatami mats are not only completely waterproof, but also perfectly flush with the floor making them accessible to all guests" Yukio explained. Then to the room's bath "the bathtubs are made with 100% Japanese cypress" she added.

"Wow when it comes too complete comfort you guys don't hold back" Ben said, the proprietress then lead them to the hot spring baths. "Woah these things are huge" the alien shapeshifter commented, 'I can imagine Humungosaur sitting in them with only his chest, shoulders and head above water' he thought.

'Well hopefully they aren't mixed baths anywhere maybe now I'll get some me time without any girls dropping in on me' he added. Funny thing before Ben got to this world, Took an assignment in Japan and decided to take a dip in a hot springs bath to relax... only to have both Looma and Attea drop in on him...

Literally, the two alien princesses actually did break through the ceiling and drop on top of Ben trying to get him. Imagine how surprised, shocked and or excited/jealous... depending on how you look at it... the other patrons were to see them. And how mad the proprietor was when he saw his roof broken.

'Hopefully there's a mix bath somewhere here, then maybe I'll be able to..." Rachnera thought as her face grew red... but not from the thoughts running through her head. Rather the heat from water as Arachne's need the perfect temperature to survive.

"Anyone see where Yukio went?" Kimihito asked, "said something about getting a special suit, Apparently Yuki Ona aren't too fond of warm temperatures" Ben explained. You'd think that it wouldn't be a good idea to let a snow woman be the proprietress if a hot springs. It's like letting Suu be a manager of a five star hotel at sea on a cruise ship... (reference... 😏; Oh ey oh!! Oh ey oh!! Come along with me... let's head out to see, what this world, has for you and for me now... this boats rocking!! Cuz we're living the suite life now!!!)

The woman in question had arrived wearing a helmet similar to an old style diving suit from the 1940's.

Think of that ghost from scooby doo who wears the glowing green diving suit...

Yukio then showed the gang around the baths, displaying all the different baths such as acid baths, herbal baths, electric baths, heck they actually had a hot lava bath for fire based Linimals and a cold spring for ice based ones. In addition to those deeper pools for larger bodied Demi humans like Centorea. Shallow waterfall showers for guests who can't submerge themselves like Suu.

And a steaming sauna for patrons who can't endure high temperatures, such as Rachnera, all of which come from the same hot springs water which has multiple health benefits. "This place is amazing" Ben said, "thank you, and since Smith told me you were from another dimension and have powers front the stars..." Yukio lead him to a room which had multiple glowing crystals and rocks.

"We came across these in a crater a few months ago and the coordinator mentioned you helped a store owner get rid of a very harmful one" she said as Draco approached them. "It would be helpful if you can tell me which would be beneficial to our baths and which would be bad" she added.

"Not a problem" Ben replied, "was that also the day we met, as in when Suu sprayed me with poison?" Draco asked. "Yeah why?" Ben replied, "so that's the purple object I saw flying into the sky out of sight" she said in realization.

Ben had scanned a few, lucky only like two of them were bad, Corrodium again... thankfully perfectly sealed in rock. Another mineral which was apparently from Chromastone's home planet, though it enhanced the strength of anything it Came into contact with it gave off a rather nasty radiation. Ben had dubbed it Sterrodium...

The rest had actually been used in alien beauty products that did wonders for earth women. Some made them look younger, gave them baby smooth skin, and even gave them an inviting glow. And now not glow in the dark kind of glow...

"And now for our resort's crowning glory" Yukio took them to the back of the place. "The open air bath with a view of the snowy landscape" "Wow this is like totally what I was picturing!!!" Miia squealed. "Not to be like Papi, but I really want to get on that bath!" Draco added excitedly.

"Uh Pardon Yuki-San but these are all woman's bath" Kimihito intervened, "where are the men's baths?" Ben asked. "Actually" the Yuki Ona started, "this is a mixed gender hot springs"...

At that moment Ben knew... there was no getting out of it, he was now at the mercy of Rachnera in the Hot Springs water. The couple had left the others to the open air hot springs and went to the sauna which is where we were earlier.

And now we see Ben and Rachnera in Kimonos walking back to their room, "that was a good sauna" Ben commented. Rachnera however looked a little annoyed "it would've been if Yukio hadn't butt in" She retorted. "It was probably for the best, it was getting more than enough heated in there then it already was" Ben said.

Speaking of the snow woman, Yukio had just walked next to them, "oh hey Yukio" the alien teen greeted. "Greetings, if I may ask, Mind if I have your current feedback on the Resort so far" she said.

"Verbally or on paper?" Ben asked, "Both If possible, and maybe some pointers to help me improve here" Yukio replied. "Well... maybe some themes one day a week... like for instance a sci-fi theme one week and the next week a prehistoric theme... and after a traditional Japanese theme... and so on and so forth" Ben suggested.

The Yuki Ona thought for a while, "actually that does sound like it'll attract some patrons" she admitted. "And maybe work on your stoic expression" Rachnera added.

In a moment Charlotte fell out of a portal next to them, "CHAROLETTE?!?!" Both yelped in surprise. "Hey mom, hey Dad... oh hi Auntie Yukio" she greeted, the Yuki Ona looked confused. "Uh... Charolette what are you doin here?" Ben asked, "oh I was originally chasing my pet when he ducked under a time portal and shot me back into the past" the teenage Arachne explained.

"Also why'd you call Yukio Auntie?" Rachnera asked, "oh where did you think I was born, before I hatched from my egg you and Dad along with Uncle Kimihito and the rest decided to go here for their honey moon and you two took me into a spring..." she explained. "I ended up hatching right in the water,  ha ha... my first step turned into my first swim" she chuckled.

The two looked like their minds were shut off... "well better be off, later" she then disappeared...

Moments later

"Phew... I'd never thought a hot springs would be the place I'd catch frostbite" Kimihito commented. Apparently Ben and Rachnera had caught Yukio when she was heading to the baths for her endurance training so she could at least stand the heat of the water. Kimihito was coincidentally in there and had said something about her managing a smile.

She got very flustered and accidentally froze the water, "I'm just as surprised" Ben said using a combination Heat Blast Fire and Armadrillo Drill on the ice. "My sincerest apologies! I cannot believe I would do this to a guest" Yukio let out.

She was actually considering closing up the resort in penitence until Kimihito said that he had a request if she did feel that bad. And that was to practice smiling on cue, and surprisingly it worked.

Since then more younger male patrons have come... as an unintended consequence Ben's reaction to her smile made Rachnera temporarily possessive of him... not that he was complaining though...
