Rhan is a very complicated young man. He is someone who fits in, everywhere and with everyone. One would almost forget that he isn't part of whatever place or group you are at. A few words, a couple of smiles and with it a few minutes it's like he has always been your friend. Many of his friends say he is like a chameleon. He can adapt to any situation within a matter of seconds. It's a very rare to see this man surprised or even caught of guard. He can easily blend in any situation and play his part, regardless of what part he has to play. He can switch from innocent to scheming in a matter of sounds. He's a skilled manipulator and an even better liar, though he does dislike that term. He prefers to call himself an actor, not an liar. Liar is such a harsh word, actor describes his situation much better. It isn't like he wants to hide the truth, he simply plays his part.

Rhan used to be extremely insecure. He has been different his whole life. People always notice him first, be it from his hair or his personality. It made him incredibly insecure. He was used to being the odd one out and he despised it. He despised how much he cared about the opinion of others, how bad it made him feel when someone teased him about his hair or his loud voice or his harshness. His mind was constantly swarming with insecurities, spiralling himself down in a hole of self hatred. He couldn't stand the thought of people hating him, so he shaped himself in a way that no ever could. He learned to adapt himself to any situation. He learned how to be what people wanted him to be. He learned how to fit in. He loved it. He soon discovered that he was a natural at it, it felt so easy to twist his personality to the hot tastes, to become what they wanted. It was scary, how easily he flipped his personality around depending on who he spoke with. He can be extremely charming, knowing how to wrap people around his finger.

Only a few people know what is behind that mask. They knew the quiet, intelligent boy who never acts without thinking. Rhan is always watching everything. He observes and observes. That is how he can so easily wrap people around his finger. He is rather intelligent, something not many people take him for. He uses every skill to perfect his performance. He observes, creates plans and even manipulates if he has too. Sometimes  does he subconsciously manipulate people. It isn't like he wants to manipulate his family, especially since he cares so much about them, but it's like second nature. Though he will never put them in any danger. Rhan is fiercely loyal, which comes as a surprise to most people. They expect him to be selfish, and uncaring. But Rhan is loyal to the core to those close to him. It takes some time for Rhan to warm up to people. He isn't one to make friends quickly, or to care for someone. Yes he can fit into a group, and most people think they are his friend. But he doesn't care about most of them. He is barely fazed by violence against them. He isn't the most sympathetic person on the world. He doesn't care about you, at least not if you aren't close to him. He isn't cruel, he's simply apathetic.

Rhan barely knew his mother. He was but a small child when she send him away for his own safety.

A war was coming and Cruella didn't want her son to be caught in it. The woman was known to me cold and merciless, focused on her beauty and money above all. She was vain, selfish and cruel. But there was one thing she loved above all, her precious son. She had never intended to become a mother, knowing that the harsh world of fashion industry would jump on any weakness she had. The fact that she was a witch didn't make it any more safe. But fate had other plans and nine months after a fateful night was her baby boy born. The war started not long after and she sen Rhan to Rulux for his own safety. Only he never made it there. A group of trolls attacked him and his group before they could reach the kingdom. They, the fairies as the children were far to young to fight, managed to fight the trolls off. But as they reached the border of Rulux, they found they couldn't pass. The barrier was in its place and didn't allow them to enter the kingdom. The fairies brought them to a secret hideout in the wood, they protected this place with  a barrier of their own, to keep themselves and the children safe.

Rhan can't complain about his childhood. He never knew his mother, but he had a family nonetheless. The other children and the fairies became his family. They had everything they needed, running water, food and a place to sleep. The woods were perfect for the young children, more than enough space to play and chase each other around. Though Rhan did feel like an outsider from time to time. He wasn't hard to miss because of his appearance and some of the other bandits had the habit to tease him about it. He was incredibly insecure in his younger years, often distancing himself from the group to hide his growing insecurities. Insecurities about his looks, his voice, his face, his personality. Was he too loud? Too quite? Too harsh? Too soft? Every conversation felt like hell. He started to talk less and avoid the group. He rarely showed up to dinner and barely talked with anyone. It came to the point where one of the fairies sat him down and tried to talk with him. He eventually admitted how out of place he felt. She assured him that it was completely normal to feel insecure and that he shouldn't let them drive him away from his family. He didn't respond but he kept thinking about her words. Eventually he started to observe the rest of the group, observe their reactions, taking notice of their likes and dislikes. And he tried to converse again, with those observations in the back of his mind. He learned to adapt himself to any situation, he learned how to twist his personality to match those of the people around him. He didn't want to manipulate his family, truly! But this was the only way he could feel comfortable talking with them. Carefully hidden behind his mask.

He was 15 when the fairies and dwarves left, and never returned. He has been following their new leader ever since, and though he does miss the fairies, he doesn't mind following her. He does feel slightly betrayed by the former caretakers though, he feels like they abandoned them on their moment of need.

I was thinking, but it's completely up to you, if he could have some sort of emotional manipulation. Like he can make people feel at easy with him or uncomfortable around other people. Nothing too impactful, he can't control them. But he can give them some sort of feeling.

-Rhan is deadly afraid of dogs. If he sees a dog, he's sprinting the other way. Okay that's a little more dramatic than the truth, but he does strongly dislike dogs, even the small ones. You can see him tense whenever a dog is barking.
-He might be a little scared of the right hand man. Simply because the man is half wolf, wolves are bog dogs and he despises dogs. He tries not to show it but if he sees him in his wolf form, he goes sprinting the other way.
-He asked one of the fairies to enchant him. His natural hair is two coloured, one side black as the night, the other side white as the moon. It made him an outcast for so long and he pleaded with the fairy of she couldn't enchant his hair to make it look normal. Now his hair is a normal hair colour, at least until the spell finally wears of.
