Abyss woke up to all the water gone from the ocean. All the fish around her were dying from no water. She jumped out of her bed her feet felt wobbly from not walking in a while. Abyss stumbled and fell on the floor. 

"stupid fish legs" she cursed. She looked up the fish were dead. She looked around at her surroundings. It looked like a dried up terrain. She crawled out of the stone doorway. River stood there starring at her 

"what are you doing" he asked. Abyss flashed her scales 

"crawling". Abyss blushed Noticing what she had just happened. River blushed at her action as well 

"Abyss you know I haven't heard your voice in a long time" he said blushing more. Abyss tried to stand up but she fell again. River helped her up and she spoke 

"I'm so embarrassed and I'm sorry I should have spoke instead of just flashing my scales".

"its ok you haven't been on land in a long time"said River. 

"River". 

"ya". 

"where did the ocean go?"

"I don't know".
