Midnight got down the carriage. Removing her hood as the scarf fell down too. As she walked she saw her brother running up to her. "You can fill me in later, for now make sure Gabe is on his way. Hiroshi should be here soon." Phoenix stayed quiet as they walked to the top floor. They made their way to the open spaced meeting room. A table being present that had a hologram of The Oasis. Inside the room was Jupiter and her second in command and Comet and her second in command. "The other two should arrive soon." stated Midnight as she typed in a few words on the key pad. 

As she typed into the keypad the double doors opened. It was Hiroshi and Gabe casually walking in. "Just in time." Stated Phoenix as the giant window started to close dying down the lighting. They came in and grabbed some chairs from under the table. Phoenix looked over to his older sisters. "So what's the problem." The two looked at each other. 

Comet bent down and typed a bit.

Slowly the table's hologram changed. It was a visual map of the multiverse, at least a more simplified version. Comet zoomed a bit to show the one universe. It had a little caution sign. Both sisters looked at each other. "That small percentage we found..." started Jupiter. Comet took a seat and changed the visuals. It showed a graph. "It's slowly decreasing." Midnight watched the graph. "We assumed that it had to be something like some class 6 Nightcrawlers etc. but then..." Comet changed it again. The graph stopped. "My group is still there over seeing everything, but we're worried as to what cause them to enter." 

Comet again changed the visual and showed the multiverse again. "The protection doesn't allow any sort of being like him to enter, whatever caused the malfunction is a huge risk in having it be operating still." She started. "I suggest we evacuate them for the time being until we get the issue resolved." 

Immediately Gabe interrupted. "Evacuate? That's a lot of lives we'd being taking in. We don't have that many resources to give in one go."

"Yeah, but if we leave everyone that's there to fend for themselves then that'll just be unfair." remarked Justin. 

"Doesn't matter." Stated Midnight. She looked over to Comet. "Have you gone to go investigate what may have caused this." Semi squeaked as she stepped forward.

"We have a hypothesis that it could've been what happened to our barrier that could've effect all of them." She pushed up her glass as she looked at Jupiter.

"Cp-3 is Investigating right now. They'll collect the information for Comet and return it back to her. It's better to have a stealthy group." Jupiter then turned her watch on. "I'll go check up on them every now and then." 

"Have you gone to check the other connected universes?" asked Hiroshi. Jupiter shook her head. 

"We haven't detected anything out of the ordinary except here." Comet responded. "I don't want to waste our resources for something so minimal." she stated. 

"Either way keep everything in check. Justin think you can send a few squads to investigate other linking universes?" Justin nodded, she really couldn't say no. Midnight looked back at the map. "If we're able to minimize movements on out for now we can most likely catch some information as we go. We move slowly he does too." 

"Hey Midnight I have a q-" Phoenix was quickly interrupted by a beep. Jupiter jumped before looking at her watch. 

"Oh shit we gotta go guys. We have a Shelter to go open. We can finish this later."

Clapping could be heard from the center of the city. All 4 leaders standing proudly at the front. Journalist were squeezing their way to the front wanting to ask questions and talk to them. The guards held their ground and kept them at bay. The leaders only looked back at the shelter. They smiled and headed inside. The animal shelter was one of a few. There really isn't an overpopulation of stray animals but it never hurts to have one. These kind of places were always funded by them. Things that'll help the community. For example they completely revamped places. Abandoned malls turned to homeless shelters completely funded and executed by the government. They like doing these thing it's the least they can do for all the pain that their father has caused.

As the 4 leaders went inside their were animals roaming the place. Up for adoption. They looked at each other and smiled. "Pretty sweet huh." Said Jupiter. Midnight nodded. Glad that they were all here. "We should get a dog."

All 3 of them sighed. "Jupiter remember the last time you got a pet?" Asked Phoenix. The girl mumbled. "We can't get a pet, I'd rather not put them in a situation where we won't care for them." He sighed.

Comet butt in a bit. "100% agreed. It's like having a kid."

Jupiter grumbled. "Yeahhh." She said as she crouched down to pet a dog. "Can't deny that they're cute though."

As soon as she pet the dog there was some commotion outside. They all 4 heard a male voice coming from the outside. A knock could be heard as they turned. "Chance?" Stated Phoenix as the man bowed.

"I am sorry to have interrupted this event, but there's trouble."

All 4 leaders rode horses as the gates of the city came into view. The line of greenery and metal could be seen as they got closer. As they approached the gates opened.  They galloped through as the barrier around coated them with a similar barrier. This is a temporary measure that last roughly 5 hours. As they followed the commander to the outskirts of the valley where the forest met they heard birds chirping. They quickly paced as they saw the forest. Carefully they got off the horses as the went inside. Quickly they followed as Chance stopped. "Here." He stated. He crouched and using his sword he moved the leaves and undergrowth. It showed a pit completely dark. Midnight peered over. The bottom, had thorns or vines. They were shadowed and still. In the middle was something glowing. As they stared into the light they heard whispers. Almost as if beckoning them.

Comet was the first to get released from the trance. She blinked a few times before noticing everyone else. "Hey!" She yelled hoping for them to also get freed from the voice. They shook their head and blinked a few times. "Seems like it's been here for a while, given the debris." Comet stated as the others chimed.

"What do you think it does?" Asked Phoenix. Midnight watched as the light glowed brighter.

"Better if we block off this area. Cage it up make sure none of us and that includes neighboring nations, come near. We cannot keep this...thing unsupervised." She said as she turned to face the commander. "I will issue a report to our research groups to immediately make sure they come and investigate." Midnight hummed as she squinted her eye. "For now we find out what this is and then we figure out how it even got here." She looked back to her siblings whom were already talking with the small group that was here. Is that bastard finally making a move?
