Midnight sat patiently her other partner next to her. Hiroshi, a young man that had long curly hair. A pair of glasses resting on his nose bridge. Second in command to Midnight's faction. He is  well adjust man that has much knowledge of general warfare. They both work together in protecting The Oasis. To Midnight's left was Jupiter.

Next to her sister was a taller woman, Justin. Her build was dense, muscular. She had her dirty blonde hair hanging down. She seemed to be chewing on gum. Her demeanor was sassy, sturdy. Compared to Jupiter she seemed like the one on charge between the two. Both took care of the people and services part of this nation.

Continuing to the left was Phoenix. Sitting along with his twin sister. He waited patiently with a younger looking man, with a couple leaves and plants poking out from his head and clothes. He had more of a baby face. He had a shorter comb over. His smaller stature seemed like a mini Phoenix. He sat patiently. Tapping his hands on the table. Both Phoenix do more on the services as well, with things like people's trades with neighboring communities etc, with policing etc. Although, newest of the group they do their best working together with the rest. 

Comet and her 2nd in command were on Midnight's right. She is a mouse like creature, smaller stubby, lab coat and glasses. Both of them overviewing the customs and technology aspect of things here.

All of them sat patiently. They were all gathered here for one reason. An alliance.

Midnight had informed them about it when PJ had recently came by. They got word that they wish to come to an agreement. So Midnight did her part in gathering everyone. "You think anything will come of this?" Asked Hiroshi. Pushing his glasses up.

"Truthfully. I do hope so." She admitted. Feeling somewhat anxious.

"Hey Midnight." Started Phoenix. "You think that they'll listen to what you have to say?"

"You mean, we?" Interjected Comet. Phoenix sighed and waved his hand. He nodded agreeing with his sister.

"Yeah, well I was wo-"

"Sorry to interrupt." Spoke a voice from the door. A guard. Armadillo like creature. "They've arrived."

The room fell silent. No one muttered a word. The guard opened the door up more, along came a group. 6 figures. Skeletons. All seemed the same. From the last few times they were seen. Pj, Lux, Error, Ink, Cross, and Dream. 

The armadillo guard closed the door, locking it. The room was quiet. The Oasis members stood up. Midnight glanced to Comet. "Glad to see you all could make it." She said sternly.

"Thank you for having us." Said Dream quietly. He seemed to be gently holding onto his robe.

"Please, take a seat." Coldly stated Midnight. The 6 grabbed a chair. All having different mannerisms in the way they sat. The silence was thick. The court also sat down.

"Again, thank you for accepting our proposal." Dream started. "Um, I just wanted to start with, sorry." He held his breath. "We have neglected your actions. Blindly turned an eye to your efforts, and have provided no aid to you all." He sighed. "I'm afraid of what my b-"

"I hate to interrupt." Cut in Comet. She stood. She typed into the table screens. Showing many different graphs and charts. Pictures. Massacres. "We are here to negotiate. Not talk about sappy nuisances." she stated sharply. Again Comet typed a couple notes on some hologram. "Nightmare's reach is expanding, quickly." She showed a map many little dots scattered around. The map resembled a solar system. "He's been missing for a couple days now. We haven't been able to track, monitor or anything." Dream sighed.

"We want to make sure we are all protected. If this is what he is doing. We must form an alliance now." He looked to his group. Then to The Oasis members. "We will provide aid. I can provide a protective veil among this land. It will completely protected from his touch." 

"SoMe Of Us CaN fIgHt, bUt wE'Re gOiNg tO NeEd MoRe." stated Error. Ink nodded.

"We don't have the same amount that you all have."

"Military might? What for?" Started Phoenix. "You don't need soldiers, or guards, or police, in anyway. So?" His second in command piped in quickly.

"We can't expense our military. We need all hands on deck. We are much more vulnerable state then all of you." Phoenix nodded.

"Although under the radar. You all have a much better security." Said Jupiter glancing to Dream. "If you can simply provide more for us on that front, I don't see why we shouldn't give them a chance to protect themselves with our armies." Jupiter ended. 

"It would be a mutual exchange." started Cross Simply leaning back and look at the children. "We will aid you in anything you need, and you will do the same for us." Midnight hummed to herself. She whispered to Hiroshi, he simply nodded agreeing to her.

"If he comes knocking to your door step..." She stood. "Then we will be the first to strike." The table looked at her. "I hope that all of you..." She stated looking to the end of the table. "Stay for as long as you see fit."

Before the other group could say anything, Jupiter piped in quickly. "May I excuse the secondaries of the court?" she asked.

Midnight blinked for a moment. Stumbling on her words. "Oh, yes. You are all excused for the time being." Hiroshi stood and grabbed some papers. The other 3 also followed. The doors just behind them. The silence was thick. 

Jupiter spoke first. "If this is the alliance that we are making, I hope, you will not abandon us this time." She mumbled.

"I-" Cross quickly stopped him.

"No mention of our relations. We are not related with any of you, as Nightmare." Stated Midnight coldly. "No one outside this court knows." Error scoffed.

"aNd hEr?" he pointed gently to Comet. 

"No offense, cousin, but-" Lux started.

"How can we trust you?" finished PJ. Comet looked to the side. "You conspired with him. For years."

Midnight stood quickly at her sister's defense. "Don't you dare start!" She clenched her teeth. "You have no right to be insulting Comet, especially since you two have done the same!" she yelled. Directing her words to Cross and Error.

Dream picked up the tension. "She's no threat." started Dream quietly. "I sense no malice in her." he looked to her a soft smile across his face. "I'm deeply sorry, for what we have done." He stood. "I am a terrible uncle. I abandoned you out of fear. This resentment you feel is valid. I have not been the best. I thought this was the course to go." his voice cracked. "I believe that all of you have love within your hearts, I hope that love one day reaches your father." He bowed gently. "Please, If you'd allow me, I'd want to be part of your lives once more." 

"No need for formalities." Said Midnight standing. "We, in some way are at fault too."

"We choose to shelter ourselves as well. Simply to protect you all." Said Comet, looking away. "We care about you all." She finished. Dream gave a quivered smile. Tears swelling in is eyes. 

Dream's voice cracked. "Thank you so much."

Sorry it is a bit rushed! I really wanted to put something out, since I was late a couple weeks ago. Just been very busy with school! Next chapter is pretty much half way done so YAY! I will do my best to stay on time :)
