"Um. Who...."
"Naina." I said excitedly.

I saw her face expand and she gasped so suddenly that we both laughed.

"NAINA OMG!" She hugged me and squeezed my hand.

"Hey how come you're in hospital?"

"Wait but - what you doing here? You look healthy to me?" I looked her up and down.

"Oh... Naina....." she began, blushing slightly.
"I'm pregnant."

"Oh my God congrats!!!!!!!!!" I hugged her again. She felt my glasses bang on her face.

"Oops sorry!😂" I chuckled.

"Hey you started wearing your glasses again, just like you used to in school when you were always known as 'topper Naina', hahaha," she mucked around.

I flushed and brushed my dark brown locks behind my ear.

I was basically the same as I was in high school.

"Hang on - you still haven't told me why you're here - and - why didn't you come and meet me all these years?!"

"Well, I actually........."

Suddenly I felt a tight grip on my shoulder.

"Oh.... err.... Hi Aditi," Bunny hesitantly surrounded us.

"Heyyy Bunny," I heard Aditi's sensuous voice chill up his spine.

Somehow he seemed uncomfortable.

"Um, we have to go now Aditi, talk later - see ya,"

He pulled a confused me out of the hospital abruptly.

"Hey! That was a bit rude." I said, thinning my eyes.

"Naina please - if she found out you had amnesia then......." he stopped suddenly.

"Then what, Bunny?" I said, suspiciously and I saw him gulping slightly.

"It's just that - I haven't told anyone about it and if she found out she'd be ..... sad? You know?"

His answer could not convince a nerd like me.

That's the advantage of being smart I guess.

"Bunny - please stop. You're not good at lying. You might as well tell me what you're hiding."

He sighed in impatience.

"Nai....."

"TELL ME."

"I haven't told anyone about your bloody amnesia!" He cried, not perseveringly.

"Well, what's the problem in telling her then?"

I felt offended by his rude language and impatience.

"FINE, IM LEAVING." I turned round to go, I felt tears pricking in my eyes.

"Baby......." he sighed.

"No, I'm not your baby." I said stubbornly.

"OKAY FINE, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW THEN HEAR IT."

I stopped.
