Chapter 3
Hiccup
I walked through the castle, and doing my normal routine as I normally would, Stoick came towards me with a worried expression on his face.
"Your Highness, what is the matter?" I asked him.
"Have you seen my daughter anywhere? I am looking for her." He explains.
I was in total confusion. I thought she was in her room, taking a nap.
"I thought she didn't want anyone to disturb her. She was pretty tired from yesterday, Your Grace." I said, trying to calm the King of Berk.
"You should check on her, boy! You are her personal servant, after all." Stoick demanded.
I nodded in respect of the King and went to Astrid's headquarters.
"Astrid?" I asked, hoping that everything is all right.
I heard no reply, which is quite unusual.
I opened the door and I gasp in shock. The Princess is not here.
"Astrid, where did you go?" I muttered as I decided to look for clues of where the Princess went off to.
Toothless
It has been a day since the Wizard cast the evil spell on Astrid. She wasn't happy and I couldn't bear it.
"Astrid, are you all right?" I asked the young Princess.
She looks at me, "Uh, Toothless, do I look ok? I'm under a spell!"
"It can't be that bad, you know." I said, grinning.
"Oh, like what?" She asks sarcastically.
"Well, you can fly since you're a dragon like me." I point out.
She looks at her wings. "I can?"
"I can teach you if you want." I offered, but then looked embarrassed in front of the Princess.
"Toothless, that's very kind of you." She replies.
I smiled at the Princess as I gather up my wings.
"First thing to do of learning how to fly is to run as fast you can. Like this."
I demonstrated in front of her and I opened my wings.
"See? After that, open your wings and let the wind guide the way. You can do this, Astrid." I said.
Astrid
I saw Toothless was flying and I had to admit, I am a little bit scared of it. I never done anything like this before.
"Come on, Astrid, what's the worry? Enjoy it!" Toothless said.
I took a deep breath as I run as my legs can carry me.
I didn't look as I opened my wings and I feel the wind in my face.
Toothless said, "Astrid, open your eyes."
I did as Toothless said. I gasped of the sight.
"Wow." I said in awe, gazing of the view of the beautiful kingdom of Berk.
Toothless grins, "I told you it was great, wasn't I?"
I laughed at the Night Fury.
"Ok, Ok! You're right! Being a dragon do have its upsides. I never knew how beautiful the view of the Kingdom would be like." I said.
Toothless looks at me, "Really? You don't know how beautiful the Kingdom really is? Don't you ever go beyond the castle walls?"
"Dad never let me, ever since my mother passed away." I sighed, looking at the village.
"That seemed hard, living in the castle alone with your Dad." Toothless said.
"I am not entirely alone. Hiccup, my personal Servant, also lived with me in the castle."
"You seem like you love him." Toothless smirks.
"Me? Um, I don't know if I do. He seems concerned all the time." I explain.
Toothless looks at me then laughs at my explanation.
"What's so funny?" I asked the Night Fury.
"Astrid, you don't realize this, but it looks like Hiccup loves you, but doesn't know how to show it." He said, reasoning with me.
Can it be true? Does Hiccup love me? Then why he didn't tell me?
"Astrid, look!" Toothless said.
I looked at his direction, and with an shocked look, there was Hiccup, sitting on a rock on the Cove. He looks shaken up, mostly because of me.
"What shall we do, Toothless?" I asked my Night Fury friend.
"Go to him, of course!" He replies.
He flew to the ground.
"Toothless, wait!" I yelled, but I tried to land as he can, but I fell down to my face straight down.
Hiccup jumps up in total surprise to see two dragons landing beside him.
"What the-" He said.
