thirteen days had passed since hanamaki was over matsukawas house, and their relationship had relatively gotten better. matsukawa gave makki a ride home everyday, their flirtatious banter had gone back to when they first met and makki hadn't seen matsu flirt with another person since.

"guess what today is!" oikawa asked as he approached the couple.

"hmm, hannukah?" hanamaki teased.

"no no, that was last year, today is easter," matsu added.

"no way, we already had easter in 2014," makki continued.

"ha-ha, very funny," oikawa scoffed rolling his eyes playfully, "it's halloween!" he chirped.

"nahhh, it's mother's day," hanamaki said, oikawa then punched him in the arm.

"anyways," oikawa continued, "are you guys going to teru's party?" he asked as if rhetorical.

"hmm-"

"yeah," matsu interrupted.

"oh, you're going?" makki asked.

"yeah," he said, "unless i'm not allowed," he teased.

"oooh, do whatever you waaaant," makki replied also teasingly.

"i mean, i wont go unless you do," he said, in a tone that suggested that the statement wasn't true at all.

"how cute," he commented, "but, i'll go," he said.
