On a beach island with lots of sandy area, tropical trees and some buildings. Down below are some kids running around on the beach trying to putting each other in a race..

???: Y/n..slow down.

A young 5 year old kid was running from a certain brown spikey haired girl racing each other. One of them is Y/n Starlight.

*Replace the eye color with crystal blue and you don't have any bandages.*

The other little kid was a girl that has brown spikey hair, blue eyes, white shirt with navy stripes on the sleeves and collar, red shorts and sandals. This was Sora..

*picture a kid female sora as this with blue eyes*

Kid Y/n: Try and catch me!

There was another little girl stand under a bridge watching Y/n and Sora coming her way. She had red hair, blue eyes, was wearing a frilly white/violet dress with a yellow necklace and white/pjnk/violet shoes. This is Kairi..

Kid Kairi: *cheery* Y/n wins!

Kid Y/n: Yay!

Sora was panting from the running and was sitting on the ground..

Kid Sora: Why..do you have to be so fast?

Kid Y/n: My dad trained me a lot.

???: You must be strong then..

Y/n and Sora then turned to see another friend of theirs, Riku..

*picture her as a young 5 year old Riku, but with shorter hair*

Kid Riku: You're getting faster, Y/n.

Kid Sora: *pouts* No fair.

Y/n: I'm sure we can be strong together. *pats Sora's head* I know that.

Kid Sora: *blushes, then hugs me* Do you really mean it?

Y/n: Yeah!

Kid Kairi: No fair! *hugs Y/n* Don't take him for yourself. He promised to pick flowers with me.

Kid Sora: What?

Kid Y/n: I did promised.

Kid Riku: While that happens, I'm gonna race you to the Papou tree.

Kid Sora: *gets off of y/n* You're on!

Riku smirked as she took off running, promoting Sora to chase after her and leaving Y/n with Kairi.

Kid Y/n: Where should we go?

Kid Kairi: I know a field nearby. *grabs my hand* Come on!

She dragged the young boy to an open flower field in the center of Destiny Islands.

Kid Y/n: Woah.

Kid Kairi: Grandma always brings me here to pick out my favorite flowers.

Kid Y/n: What flower do you like?

Kid Kairi: I like alot.

Y/n and Kairi decided to scroll along through many open flowers. /he young man then took notice of a pair of crystal clear ruby roses with a gold stem and leaves.

Kid Y/n: *eyes sparkle* Oooh...

He grabbed the stem of the rose and pulled it out. He then felt a pleasant sensation for a second before it stopped. He feels the pedals of the flower to realize that these are true gemstones.

Kid Y/n: Wow.

He turned to Kairi and goes to her.

Kid Y/n: Hey, Kairi. Look what I found.

Kid Kairi: *eyes sparkle at the sight of the flower* woah..it's so pretty.

Kid Y/n: Yeah. But not as pretty as you guys

Kid Kairi: You think I'm pretty?

Kid Y/n: Mmhmm..my mommy tells to be honest with my friends. So, yes..you are pretty, Kairi.

Kairi then blushed red as she held onto the flower.

Kid Y/n: Let's go back.

Kid Kairi: O-ok. *looks bashful* B-but can we hold hands?

Kid Y/n: Sure.

Kairi held his hand as they traveled out of the flower fields.

Kid Kairi: *inner thought* Y/n thinks im pretty..

[Timeskip]
They arrived at the Paopu tree as they saw Sora and Riku sparring with Sticks. Next thing, he heard a familiar voice..

???: Hey, sweetie .

He turned to see his mother coming his way.

Marilyn: Are you having fun?

Y/n: Yeah. Look what a found. *holds out a crystal Rose*

Marilyn: Oh, Wow. That looks amazing.

Kid Y/n: And shiny too.

Marilyn: *chuckles* It's time for lunch. *holds out hand*

Kid Y/n: Ok, Mommy. *grabs her hand* Bye, guys.

Sora and Riku: Bye, Y/n.

Kairi walks over to y/n with a blush while holding one of the crystal flowers they found.

Kid Kairi: Thank you for the flower, Y/n.

She leans forwards and plants the young man a kiss to his cheek. This made the boy's face turn beet red as she pulled back..

Kid Kairi: When where older, promise that we will spend lots of time together.

Kid Y/n: O-okay. I will.

He left with his mother as Kairi turned to see the shocked looks of Sora and Riku.

Kid Sora: N-not fair!

Kairi then made a mocking gesture and pulled her tongue out..

Sora: I'm gonna get you!

Kairi: Try and catch me!

The red-headed girl then took off with Sora chasing after her as Riku stared..

Riku: *sighs* Kairi got lucky. Next time, I'll show Y/n I like him more.

[With Y/n 10 Years later]
*Y/n's POV*

[15 year old self]

I was sitting on the long Paopu Fruit tree, watching the waves splash around. I can't believe it's been a year since mom disappeared and I've been trying to find out what happened since.

[Recap]
5 years ago, Mom had to undergo a mission that required her to use her Keyblade once more. Yeah, that's right: my mother is a Keyblade Master. I found out from watching her fight these unknown things called..Unversed. I was inside at the time. She came back from it and decided that to have better protection for myself, my mother decided to give me the power to wield a Keyblade of my own one day and train me. She also left me something in my room. A small box that I never opened.

When I was Fourteen, my mom had to go to another mission..but she never came back. I feared that she perished. But my heart tells me that she is fighting strong. And that gave me the drive to look for her one day.

Y/n: It's been a while since mom disappeared. I know that she couldn't have died. I refuse to believe it.

???: Hiya, Y/n.

I looked down Kairi coming my way, smiling down towards me. I also saw that she still had that Crystal Rose i gave to her on her wrist.

I'd be lying if I said she didn't look good. That and male teenage hormones coursing throughout my body. Thankfully, she doesn't need to know that.

Y/n: Hey, Kairi. You still kept that flower on you.

Kairi: Of course I have. You are the one that gave it to me and it's sentimental.

Y/n: Yeah..*gets off tree* you still look beautiful with in on.

Kairi: *giggles, then hugs me* Thank you.

Y/n: You really like to hug me a lot, do you?

Kairi: What can I say? You are like a teddy bear that brings happiness.

Y/n: Do you wanna sit with me?

Kairi: Sure.

We both sat down on the wooden edge and overlooked the waves.

Y/n: Do you still have dreams of seeing other world?

Kairi: Yeah. I still believe that there's do much more than the Islands we live

Kairi: Say, Y/n.

Y/n: Hm?

Kairi: Remember that promise I made about us being together more when we're older

Y/n: *chuckles nervously* For us to spend more time together?

Kairi then decided to take it up a notch by climbing over my and sit on his lap.

Kairi: *giggles* You make a wonderful seat.

Y/n: Thanks??

Kairi: Also..I wanted to asked you something personal.

Y/n: What is it?

Kairi: Well-

???: Hey.

???: You better not trying to pull a fast one on us.

Me and Kairi turned to see our  childhood friends Sora and Riku walking towards them..

[Sora]

Y/n: Hey, Girls.

Riku: Hey, Y/n. *sees Kairi* Kairi.

Kairi: *smiles* Hey Riku. Hey Sora.

Sora: Hey, Y/n. Kairi's not bothering you, is she?

Y/n: No, no. We're just relaxing.

Riku: With her sitting on your lap?

Y/n: I..honestly don't mind. She's done it before, so I'm used to it.

Sora: *walks up to them and hugs me from behind* It's not fair you get him all the time.

Kairi: Y/n is the very first friend I met before you two, so i wanna spend lot's of time with him.

Riku: Almost like his girlfriend??

Kairi: *blushes* N-not like that.

Y/n: *chuckles* Say, Sora. I heard that you're getting better with that wooden sword of yours.

Sora: Yeah. Though, I still cannot beat riku.

Y/n: Mind if I spar with you?

Sora: *perks up* Really?!

Y/n: Yeah. I like to see what you are made of.

Sora: Sweet. I'm so gonna beat you.

Y/n: *gets up with Kairi in arms before setting her down gently* Bring it, Spikey.

Riku: Don't forget, we still need to work on that raft of ours.

Y/n: We know.

Sora goes to the open sandy area and gets get wooden sword.

Riku: Try to go easy on her.

Y/n: I will.

I then go and get another wooden sword and stood in front of the brown haired girl as we got into our battle stances.

Y/n: Feeling scared, Sora?

Sora: You wish.

With that, we then charged at one another for a play Swordfight.

[Somewhere else]*Night-time*
A figure in a dark brown cloak can be seen overlooking Destiny Islands..

His keen interest is with Y/n as he is close to his path.

???: The Boy's power is starting to awaken. But I fear that he'll be a hinder my plans.

He raised an arm and it pulsed with dark energy..

???: Perhaps it time to Jumpstart his journey.

He crafted a ball of purplish/black energy and shot it upwards into the sky. This in turn created a storm that will brew.

???: With that done.. now we wait.

A dark corridor appeared from behind the fellow as he went through it before it disappears.

[With Y/n]
*your current house and bedroom*

Y/n was laying on his bed, twirling some rings in his hand.

These we're his parents wedding rings. The silver one was his dad before he died and the gold one was his mom before her disappearance. He kept them as a memento.

Y/n: I can't believe that the raft we have is nearly done. Soon, we can sail to the new world. Well, they can.

He got up from his bed and took out a medium sized box that his mother gave him. He opens to to see that it was a shoulder brace.

[Yes. You will have a very early Jumpstart in your Keyblade career. Picture the shoulder brace as part of your Keyblade Armor inactive]

On the center of the pad was a clear square-emrald cut energy gemstone pulsing with light. He grabbed the brace and placed it on his right shoulder and pressed on the shoulder brace as a bright light emitted from the brace and covered Y/n.

When the light dimmed, the young man was donned in clad black armor with many silver lines. The elbow sleeves were light gray, the chest had dark gray lines with a heart symbol on the chest. His helmet had a resemblance to a "For Honor" Gladiator.

He removed his helmet and looked at himself in the mirror.

Y/n: I will find you one day, Mom.

Intriguing...

Y/n: Huh?

He looked around for that feminine voice he heard. All of a sudden, he heard it again.

You will be the next light. I just know it.

It was complete silence after that. Y/n was confused as he didn't know who that voice was. Next thing he heard was his telephone ringing. He goes to it and answers it.

Y/n: Hello.

Sora: Hey, Y/n.

Y/n: Hello, Sora. Did ya need something?

Sora: Y-yeah. I was wondering if you like to come over to my mom's place?

Y/n: Is she ok with that?

Sora: Of course. She always love having you here.

Y/n: Ok. I'll be right there.

Sora: Later.

He hanged the phone up as dispersed his armor. He got some new clothing and kept the Keyblade armor on before heading to his friends house.

Y/n: I wonder she wants to tell me.

[Sora's POV]
I was in my room feeling a bit shy at telling y/n about how I felt about being with him. All the things he done for us, being with him..i-i got to tell him.

???: Hey, Sora.

I turned to see my mother near my door.

*What Sora's Mother will look like on the story*

Sora: Hey, mom.

Sora's Mother: You friend Y/n is here. Shall I send him up to your room?

Sora: Yeah.

She headed downstairs and calls up Y/n as he entered my room.

Y/n: Hey.

Sora: Hi.

Sora's Mother: Try not to have too much fun in there~

Sora: Mom!

Sora's Mother: I'm just messing with you. Dinner will be ready soon.

With that, she left to the kitchen, leaving us to ourselves.

Sora: *thinking* Ok..I got to do this.

[Timeskip]
Me and y/n were relaxing in my room thinking of what we should do when we explore..

Y/n: Hey, Sora.

Sora: *looks at y/n* Yeah?

Y/n: What do you think the other worlds would look like?

Sora: I don't know. I guess we'll have to find out.

Y/n: Also..was there something you wished to tell me?

I realized what he said and remember what I wanted to say to him.

Sora: Y-yes. *twiddles her fingers* Do you remember that time where I scraped both my knees in our secret cave room?

Y/n: Oh, yeah, when were 8 to 9. Ehile you were hanging in our secret cave,, many spiders appeared when you were alone. You screamed like hell and when you tried to run, you slipped and scraped both of your knees into some rocks when you try to escape them. I heard you cry and headed towards you to see you hurt. I carried you to your mom, we bandaged you up and I left never your side until next morning.

Sora: Yeah. I never forgot that memory. It made me so happy when you stayed with me.

Y/n: I hated seeing you hurt. I never want to leave you in pain.

My heart beaten in a way that makes me feel enveloped when near Y/n. I came close to him and hugged him close to his chest, nuzzling on it. He held me and stroked my hair, which felt nice..

Y/n: Why must you be cute, Sora?

I felt my face heat up from what he said and looked at him.

Sora: Y-y-you really think I look cute?

Y/n: Yeah..I do.

I kept looking at his clear eyes and felt memorized by him. I climbed on top of him and wrapped my arms around his neck.

Y/n: Sora..

I leaned closer to seal the deal. Before I could, loud thunder made both of us jump. High winds picked up and slammed my windows open.

We separated and looked outside to see the sky looking terrible.

Sora: A storm?

Y/n: A bad storm like this could destroy the rafts. We better get to them.

We climbed out of my window and ran towards the rafts

Y/n: Riku and Kairi's boats are gone expect ours.

Sora: KAIRI, RIKU, IS ANYONE THERE?!

Y/n: Lets split up. Maybe we can find them at their houses.

Sora: Ok.

We ran different directions to try and find them. 5 minutes later, we came back to one another..

Y/n: I couldn't find Kairi. What about you?

Sora: *shook my head* have you seen Kairi or Riku?

Y/n: No.

Sora: *feels worried* I came back as I saw this storm and was worried about the raft.

Y/n Wow, it looks like it could mess it up big.

Just as we were talking, the black creatures i saw in my dream appeared from the ground. There were also these humanoid dark creatures that showed up too.

[Shadow and Neo- Shadow]

Sora: N-no way. They're real??

I looked towards Y/n who had a blank look on his face and he held out his hands.

Sora: W-what are yo-

A flash of light appeared next to his hand and out came from it is..a giant key??

[Y/n's POV]
I summoned my Keyblade from seeing these things appear. I can guess Sora was shocked of me having this, but I can't explain it now. I got into my fight position as the

Y/n: Go hide, now.

Sora stood back, but kept her distance behind a tree as one of the dark creatures started to jump at me. I swung my weapon and sliced it in half. Two more jumped at me with their flaws at the ready. I blocked them with the shaft and struck them down. I finished the rest of the creature's with a rapid slash on every one of them.

After they were dealt with, I dispersed my weapon and turned to Sora who was in a state of shock and awe from what I did.

Sora: *in shock* Y/n..w-what was that?

Y/n: Something my mom trained me in. *looks at the Paopu tree* That must be where Riku is. Come on!

We ran towards the island we sat at yesterday, to see if Kairi or Riku is on there. We only saw Riku, but something about her was off..

Sora: Hey, I think I see Riku on the island. But Kairi isn't there.

Y/n: Great, maybe she can help us find her.

We both went to the Paopu tree spot we watched the sunset at and saw her, staring into the ball of darkness

Sora: Riku, where's Kairi I thought she was with you?

Riku: The Door has opened.

Sora and Y/n: What?

Riku: The Door has opened. Now we can go to the outside world.

Sora: What are you talking about? We have to find Kairi!

Y/n: Yeah..we can't just leave her..

Riku: Kairi's coming with us!..Once we step through, we might not be able to come back. We may never see our parents again. There's no turning back. But this may be our only chance. We can't let fear stop us. I'm not afraid of the darkness!

Sora: Riku..

Riku held her hand out towards us while a dark essence engulfed her. Sora tried to grab it but was pulled back by it. I tried to escape it but it had me in its grip too. Sora reached out to grab Riku's hand but she couldn't get it as we were engulfed by the darkness. Just when everything was about to fade, a bright light emerged, causing us to be blinded. After it dimmed, we were back on thr ground.

Sora: Huh, the darkness, it's gone and so is Riku. *stares at a key-like weapon in his hand* W-what's this?"

Y/n: Nice. You got a Keyblade like I do.
*sees more dark creatures appearing* Let's deal with them.

Sora: You got it

Me and Sora started fighting the dark creatures swarming the island, which took little time to do. After finishing them off, we took notice of a light come through the cave by the waterfall.

Y/n: Hey, it looks like someone is in the cave. Could be Riku or Kairi.

Sora: Let's go check, I don't think those creatures can get us in there.

We crawled into the cave and found Kairi in there but not Riku.

Sora and Y/n: Kairi!

She then turned to us, slowly with an errie look on her face..

Kairi: Sora...Y/n...

Before we got a chance to say anything else, the door behind her opened up and let out a strong gust of wind. The wind blew Kairi forward and we tried to catch her but she vanished into thin air when she reached us.

Sora: What the..?!

The wind started to blow me and Sora out of the cave and the pressure made me fell unconscious.

[No one's POV]
Y/n and Sora started to come to after the blowback from the opening of the mysterious door. The brown haired girl looks around, and sees that the islands had been destroyed.

Sora: Oh god, what happened here?! *looks over and saw y/n lying on the floor and goes to him* Y/N! WAKE UP!

Y/n: *groans, and feels Sora shaking him awake* Huh, what happened? *sees debris of Destiny Islands floating* Woah, what happened?"

Sora: I don't know, the islands have just been destroyed though.

They looked around for a way to escape until a puddle of darkness rose up from the ground, revealing the Darkside heartless.

Y/n and Sora's Keyblades appeared in their hands and they both got into a battle pose, prepared to fight the large dark creature together. They both nod at each other indicating it was go time.

[Fight]
Y/n and Sora both knew that the dark creature's arms were easy targets since they were usually close to the ground. The dark creature attacked first by slamming it's right-fist into the ground, creating a dark vortex that created smaller dark creatures in smaller quantity.

Sora quickly took them out continuously swinging his Keyblade at the small dark creatures while Y/n swung his Keyblade numerous times at the large creature's arms. Once Sora finished off the small dark creatures, she rushed over to Y/n and helped him with his assault on the large creature's arms. He and Sora swung their Keyblades at the dark creature's arms numerous times inflicting major damage.

The large dark creature began conjuring spheres of darkness that followed Y/n's and Sora's movements. They easily deflected the spheres using their Keyblades back toward the large dark creature. The large creature positioned it's arm close to the ground. Y/n saw this as an opportunity to finish the fight and jump onto the creature's arm and ran up toward the creature's shoulder. Once there, Y/n leapt into the air and swung his Keyblade down on the large dark creature's head, delivering the final blow.

Upon the monster's defeat, it was sucked up into the red eye vortex in the sky, and a powerful hurricane swept through the entire area pulling everything upward into the sky. Y/n and Sora clung onto a piece of driftwood that was stuck in the ground for as long as they could, but the strength of the sky vacuum soon overpowered Sora's muscles and forced her airborne into the vortex.

Sora: Y/n!! *gets swallowed by the darkness*

Y/n: Sora!! *reaches out to her, but couldn't get her*

Soon after, He himself lost his grip and was sucked into the air toward the vortex. And just like the large dark creature, Sora, Y/n, and Destiny Islands itself was claimed by the darkness.
