I know the name is weird
But I came up with it on the spot one day and kinda got used to it and it stuck with me

Really clawseers are not born, their mass produced, meaning made in a factory. Really their almost like humans mass producing phones, our phones are used for entertainment,  convenience, and just in general are there as a release from boredom.

Clawseers are not seen as their own individual beings because there are literally billions of them and none of them have individual traits unless freed from captivity or freed from their 'owners'

This being said Septus, Sirus' "brother" is not actually her brother. She was there as a mentor for his first 3 months of life, and while she was like a sister to him, the two are at the least 100 years apart in age, and are not actually blood related. Though for sentimental reasons they call each other brother/sister

Though they are manufactured, each do have their own separate consciousness, experiences, emotions, and traits. Though they're all treated like a part of a matching set, simply because they're easily replaceable
Manufactured clawseers are preordered, made, then put into basic "training" where they learn what their future 'owners' think will be necessary.
They are basically slaves used for whatever the master wants
