I'm so proud of this ;w;

For this piece I tried..well, it wasn't realism, per se; I still incorporated my own art style features. But I suppose you could say I was trying to be more detail-oriented? I spent a great deal of time on things I usually gloss over, such as complicated linework, more intricate fur shading/values, anatomy, composition, and the details in the eyes. And I really, really like the outcome, it was 100% worth all of the extra effort.

For comparison, here's an art trade half that I did a few days ago for Aura:

Even though it was only a few days ago, the trade half from today was much better than this one. I like both of them, but from now on I'm going to try to move away from the more simple style that I used here and try to add more details to my art like I did in the one from today. I actually had a lot of fun adding extra details, so that's an added bonus as well ^^
