WingDings

Fun fact: when I was little, I once tried to teach myself to write in WingDings after I saw a couple of kids messing around with fonts on the computer at school because I hated it when people read over my shoulder. It didn't last long, haha

Here's a chart for you, if you're interested in solving my little puzzle. Please excuse my terrible handwriting.

And here are some handy-dandy WingDings facts that I stumbled across while looking for that chart:

-There have been several coincidences revolving around some of the characters used in the font, and some people believe(d) that there are messages with malicious intent hidden in some character configurations.
-In Webdings, another substitution code, when the letters "NYC" are spelled out, the symbols consist of an eye, a heart, and a city landscape. However, in WingDings, "NYC" spelled out consists of a skull and crossbones, a Star of David, and a thumbs up. This, in the wake of 9/11, led some people to believe that this was a pointedly anti-Semetic message.
-In addition, the symbols that appear when "Q33NY" is typed out apparently had some people believing that Microsoft had played a part in the terrorist attack of 9/11. The symbols are a plane silhouette, two vertical rectangular shapes, a skull and crossbones, and a Star of David.
-Both of these are false, however, for several reasons:
-The two rectangular shapes  are pieces of paper and not buildings. In addition, the attack was not carried out by or targeting Jews, which renders the Star of David invalid. On top of all of that, "Q33NY" was not the flight or tail number of either of the planes, and it likely has no relevance at all.
-It is likely that the WingDings symbols were randomly generated.
-the font had not been changed prior to 9/11

-WingDings is a substitution cipher

-The font was created in 1990 by Microsoft

-WingDings and WingDings 3 are categorized as symbol fonts, while WingDings 2 is categorized as a dingbat font

-WebDings was released after WingDings. This was partially for the purpose of clearing up the "NYC" controversy.

-WingDings is not meant to be read. It was intended to be used as add-ons for documents.
-For example, if you needed an arrow to indicate that the reader should flip the page, WingDings provides an easier way to find such symbols

-WD Gaster, a hidden character in game Undertale, presumably speaks in uppercase of the original WingDings, according to Room 264 (also known as room_gaster)

-I'm probably not using trustworthy resources, so don't take my word for it
