Kael rolled me over for him to be on top. For a moment, our eyes locked together. My hands reached each side of his face, slowly pulling him lower. The motion was all it took to break him from the trance. His elegant green hair cascaded, signing the parting distance between us. Matter and time halted the instant his lips sealed onto mine.

Before I knew it, I was bare. My pouch was shaken at the side of our bed. Kisses resumed its trail down to my neck. Each region left a mark of Kael's warmth and the heat emanated as he went lower. When his mouth attained one of my breasts, I couldn't hold back any longer. Eager, I gripped his head to ratify haste.

As if reading my mind, Kael rose and smirked. He dipped and started teasing my nipple with his tongue. Sensation plunged into my core, making my body arch. He put his hand on my back where it elevated from the bed and lifted me to straddle him. I cupped his face and devoured his lips. Unlike his chaste kiss, mine was fervour.

"Let's see the star," he let out with a hoarse voice.

With one swift move, he hoisted me up. I coiled my legs around his waist while my arms curled behind his neck. His flesh hand hugged me firmly, and the metal one lost from my knowledge. I was preoccupied with ravishing him and only heard his trousers falling to the floor. He reversed until we reached the window. When his back hit the glass, the frame drew open. Light wind entered from the outside. The aircraft's stall-speed granted its kindle. He swivelled and settled me on the ledge.

I laid back, my hair falling from the edge as I looked up. Stars started to flicker in the dark sky. Constellation formed in the void. It was breathtaking and thrilling. When I brought my eyes back to Kael, I was the centre of his gaze. I ran my hand over his thick chest and moved down. He purred when I reached the V under his tier of pax.

"Are you ready to open up?"

Despite unacquainted with the meaning, I hummed. I was far lost in his emeralds which looked golden under the glint. When my eyes move lower, I finally witness what I avoided looking at even during our last endeavour. He wasn't kidding about the show; the length indeed earned my attention. Impatient, I bucked my hip to urge him—passion unyielding for more invitation.

When he closed his eyes, I knew what was coming. The strands strayed between his eyes when his head jerked back. His pleasure eased in between my opening. I gasped at the sudden pain. It hurt more than I remembered. But soon, the discomfort quit and euphoria took over. His metal hand braced on the wall,  the flesh one gripping where my hip joined my thigh. His grunts and moans filled up the closure. I had a sense of satisfaction that I made him so vulnerable at the state. I felt his hold weaken amidst collecting strength. Once or twice, he looked at me with shaded eyes. His lips kept airing my name with the word love following. Never in my life had someone said it so many in such a short time.

"Eve, I love you," again he said. He bent, kissing me. At the same time, I felt something wet falling to my face. "It's time." His fingers moved to where we merged. He caressed me to take in more of him. My legs parted in reciprocate. My mouth sprang open when I felt my nether clenched. Pleasure took me to my edge in such a rush, making my body tremble.

"Keep looking at the stars," he emitted, voice hardly distinct while fighting for breath.

For a while, my eyes stayed on him. His chest was throbbing wildly. When our gaze met, he gave me a look of pleading. Was he shy for me to watch him? I relented and threw my head back to face the sky. Instantly, his thrust became faster, harder, and rough. I held onto him to avoid falling. Another of my surge neared, and suddenly he bent. He gripped my head and angled me to the side. I caught his eyes turning red, and his mouth unlatched. Fangs protruded from his gum. I cringed, but as if intentional, my pleasure reached peak. The sudden prick on my neck forced my whimper to set. My eyes widened. The star diminished from my sight when a vision penetrated my mind. It was as if my soul had left. I could feel the particles around. I could see far beyond the milky way and hear the slightest collision of substance. While I was dragged into the half awaken state, I felt something fill me from under. Like a snap, I was brought back to awareness. Kael's eyes were closed as he rode off his sensation. Crimson marked the edge of his lips.

"You hurt me!" I clamped my neck, finding it cold. Every drop leaving my skin had been licked clean.

As if absent, Kael pulled out and picked me up. He didn't utter a word nor react even as I started banging his chest. He put me down on the bed, laid next to me and hugged my waist. I stop hitting him when my eyes took up his face—gone the tightness he usually wore, replaced by peace.

"Kael." I tried again. My fingernail traced his face right where the scar resided, calling for attention.

"I did," he replied lazily and pulled my hand down. "Claws off, darling."

"Why would you do that!"

"So you could taste the cloud."

I blinked, suddenly realising something on my tongue. It tasted strange. Yet, I refused to believe him. "I'm not stupid," I spite.

Kael scoffed and opened his eyes slowly. "The smallest plasma had a flavour. It just happens that human couldn't achieve the extend by their built senses."

My mouth parted to argue, but he beat me to it with a peck on my lips.

"I've used up my energy for you. Give me 5 minutes to recharge."

"5 minutes isn't enough for anything," I snorted.

He chuckled. "That's more than enough to make you shudder."

Darn his wits. I stopped arguing, knowing he would take advantage of anything I would say.

In seconds after wearing my suit, my soreness healed. I pulled up the blanket over Kael and got off bed. It was quiet outside, only the sound of my footsteps registered. Rooms made up on each side while a hallway lined towards its deck. Anita sat motionless on one of the chairs in the cockpit. Twamo was snickering next to her.

When I stepped into their platform, Twamo swivelled. He clicked something next to his ear, putting out the gentle gleam in his eyes. "Sorry, I was watching something," he began.

I got curious. "Watching with what?"

He clipped out something from his eyes. "It's an optic screen," he said, showing what looked like clear contacts.

"Neat."

I took a seat next to Anita. With a pat on her shoulder, she tilted. "Hai there," I let out, earning a smile from her before she reverted to her previous body posture and continued staring at the windshield.

"She's not like you. Sadly." Tware's voice came from the corner of a hidden spot. I veered slightly to him, looking at him twiddle with his equipment.

"You know what I am, do you?" I quipped.

Concurrently the twins hummed.

My hand gripped the gun I shielded under my cloak. "Are you planning to sell me out?"

"No. We owe you for sparing us," Tware replied. Twamo nodded in agreement. "And we think you should escape from Kael while you still can."

The latter shocked me. "Why?"

"Yes, why?"

Just when I thought the situation couldn't get any worse, a voice reverberated from behind us. The twins jumped on their seats. I swivelled, taking in a sight of Kael's stern face.
