They flew and ran out of the cave and towards another mountain.

"COME BACK!!!!" Seshivaha wailed. Glithsmorada came out of the cave and he pulled himself onto her back as they rose high into the sky.

And the chase was on.

Without much effort the dragon caught up with the kids. "COME! RULE WITH ME!" Seshivaha growled.

"NOOO!!" Evangeline swealed. She flew as fast as she could while still holding Elander by his hands and him dangling 800 meters above the ground.

Glithsmorada put out her putrid claw and snatched him away. But she lost hold and he started falling... and falling... and falling. Evangeline didn't think twice before dipping down and flying after him.

She wasn't the only one who did though. Elizabeth was also trying to get him. Glithsmorada grabbed her by puncturing her  wing and pulled her back. Evangeline saw her cousin and was now in a huge dilemma. Save Elander, a demigod she had just met, or save her cousin she had just recently learned about who was so selfless she came into this place only to be with her.

She had to save Elizabeth. She bolted upwards and towards the dragon. She dared not look back at what would became of Elander and entered the cave.

Angela on the other hand had sensed Elander falling and twirled her tail anti lock wise to slow down the fall. She was almost successful by doing so but he fell on his head, cracked his scull, his brain fell out and he died.

Angela couldn't believe her eyes. She then noticed her two friends were gone and realized they must have been caught.

In the cave Seshivaha had thrown Elizabeth back into the cell and was telling Evangeline about how he and Glithmorada met and how it was love at first sight. Evangeline impatiently half-listened while trying to figure out a new escape plan.

"And thats when I knew... we were MEANT for each other!" He said and Evangeline nodded, her mind was racing. He placed a new lock, one that wasn't so easy to break on the cell gate. Once he looks away she has to try break it! But how would she get past his dragon?
"And so we got married and eventually even had a child." He finished.

"Nice." Evangeline sighed. "I'm thirsty." And she gave a pathetic cough.

Seshivaha stood up immediately and went to get her a jug of water.

She took the chance to try the lock. "Elizabeth!" She whispered and looked back to make sure the dragon was asleep. She looked asleep, now if she actually was, she wasn't sure...

"On the count of four try to push the door. 1 2 3... 4!" Evangeline used all her strength to pull and Elizabeth to push but actually it had to be done the other way around...

"Idiots" Glithsmorada sighed.

They tried again just as Angela arrived. She was carrying a branch on her back and on top of it was Elander's body.

"PULL!!!"
"PUSH!!!" The two girls yelled boisterously to each other.

And they managed to break open the door once again.

"He died..." Angela said cocking her head towards Elander.

"Oh..." the other two said as they dusted themselves off. The dragon licked her lips and grabbed him with her long tong and swallowed him in one bite.
*crunch.
"Finally!" She said and licked her lips.

The three grimaced and then tried to leave.

Seshivaha came back and when he saw all of them together he dropped the jug and rolled his eyes. "For Elen's sake! Can't you just STAY in your cell?!" He flung the gate open with magic and threw the three inside.

He looked down at his hands and rubbed them together and ash fell. "Ooh! I gotta get eating or I'll die!" He licked his lips and winked at the girls. "Who's it gonna be?"

The girls were petrified. They started screaming as he came inside to pick his next meal.

"STOP! Wait! Seshivaha! Please don't eat them! They're my friends! They're the only family I've got! Please I beg you, have mercy on them." Evangeline pleaded.

"Any friend of a wrelitch is an enemy of mine. Besides, once you lose this little family, you'll only be left with me." He said and gave a horrendous laugh.

"So. Who will it be? I'll even give you a choice. But you better choose fast because I can't grow back legs like I used to..."

The two girls looked at each other silently in fear. The silence was so loud they could hear each other's heart beats running a thousand kilometers an hour.

"I'll do it." Elizabeth finally said and she stepped forward.

"No! I'll do it!" Angela said pushed Elizabeth out of the way.

"No Angela! You can't." Elizabeth argued and gently shoved Angela.

"I can and i will!" Angela threw herself in front of Seshivaha and shoved Elizabeth away.

"You have a big loving family to go back to. I don't." Elizabeth argued and gave  Angela a push. "Whereas I just have an irresponsible dad who has a thing for moms."

"I HATE my family i wish they were all dead! I've not had one nice moment in my childhood where I haven't been bruised, burned or tortured!" Angela yelled.

"Well at leas you have a mom. Mine abandoned me! Shes as good as dead now anyway. I wish i had your life." Elizabeth cried.

"And I wish I had yours." Angela said her tone of voice lowering.

"So... who's it gonna be?" Seshivaha asked and stroked both girls heads. "If you don't choose I will. And I chose you!" He said and pushed Elizabeth aside and bringing Angela right in front of him.

"no." Glithmorada said. "Shes of dragon decent. I will not eat her remains."

Angela gave a huge sigh of relief then widened her eyes. "I mean..."

"No. Its alright. I understand." Elizabeth said. Seshivaha took a step closer to Elizabeth. He looked her in the eye paralyzing her while he reached into her chest, withdrew her heart and took a bite. His eyes widened in disgust and he spat it out as Elizabeth fell cold on the floor. Dead.

"SHE'S ALSO A WRELITCH!!!" He  screeched making an attempt to wash out his mouth. But it was too late. His whole body changed and took Elizabeth's form.

"GLISHMORADA! GET CHILDREN NOWWWWW!!!!!" Seshivaha wailed in Elizabeth's voice.

"Right away my love!" She unfolded her wings and flew out.
